There was no staff to handle customers, I arrived at 6 and had to wait till 9:40 and then gave up, the property is simple not handled actively, the phone number is not reachable, now one answers the desk, the electronics are also left unmonitored (while I visited, I saw a motor pump a tank and overflow for hours after filling it before someone came to do something). And customers previously in the building always complained about harassment by the security guard/ receptionist for additional money, there were many people beside me waiting even longer than me at the reception.

Reviewed May 16, 2026Deplorable Firstly nobody was there at the reception. Then we weee allotted a room with used bed sheets. When we opened the shelf, we noticed an underwear in the shelf let by the previous guest... After one hour, electricity went out. For about one hour, thwre was no light or fan. Then they started the generator......... During the time, there was no electrcity connection in any of the plugs to recharge my mobile phone....... So I need a refund...

Reviewed May 6, 2026It was horrible experience. Nothing to like. Not stayed there, Saw the room and just got out within 5 min. They intentionally take the money first and did not refund. Unprofessional and rude behaviour. Blacklist this property.
The entire property was managed by a single person Name Karthik. More like he was a goon. First he taken the money and then didn't refund it. Bad, torned, dirty, stained linen. Whole property was complete disguise. Booking.com should not list these type of hotel. Not a hotel, it was worst than a lodge. Managed by goon. I WANT MY REFUND OTHERWISE I WILL GO LEGAL.

No tables or chairs to work, water was not provided, asked for hot water to drink denied, Asked for a first floor room denied Wifi password was not given but had to call and ask Once booked through booking dot com no one to assist where the hotel is. Pathetic Checked in at 21.30 in the night and he asked us to check out at 11.30 a.m. He started speaking rules. So if I had checked in late I should be allowed to check out late. Faught with him and got a late check out for 13.00 p.m

This property was handing not in a professional way since they are not changing the pillow covers or the bed sheet when the each tenant changes daily basses so we need to compel the person ( Ahamed- who was the incharge for 24/7 in the property. Also seems the people are coming with online booking.com telling to cancel the current booking and telling to take an other booking due to different types of rooms not available there so trying to act like not responsible kind. Also T.V remote are not working since low quality batteries are been used so no expecting they are keep changing or looking after each tenant change.

It's not for family, it's just for couples who wants to spend few hours, cleanessa and facilities below average. No water , no soap, no any facilities. It's cheap but atleast basic amenities should be provided. We stayed there for 2 days but didn't liked the place at all. Also they do not have any kitchen service , so for for water, tea you have to do Swiggy or zomato.
