I Love the staff and cleanliness

Staff very friendly and helpful. Apparently a family biz and related to FBI Director Cash Patel. I lived in that town for several years and return to visit friends often.

The room was fine. Air conditioning worked and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fine, I would stick with the bagels/cereal, it was adequately stocked. The price was good for the type of hotel this was.

Overall, the room was fine for a one night stay. The front office staff was very indifferent and did very little in terms of greeting or even acknowledging us. The lobby furniture is really dirty and could use a refresh.

The place smelled terrible and the room was SWELTERING. There was no soap in the bathroom to wash your hands or any amenities in the shower. We ended up leaving and staying at another hotel close by which was MUCH cleaner and had air conditioning.

Friendly night shift front desk attendant at check in. Quiet. Clean. Great adjoining restaurant.

Location and cleanliness

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was excellent, up to and including the manager, Nil. A guest set off the fire alarm by smoking, not once, but twice in the very early morning hours (around 3:15 and then again at 4:20). This was the effective end of our stay and we left a few minutes after 5, unable to go back to sleep. As can be readily assumed, we were not very happy about this, and although it was not the fault of the property, Nil agreed to give me a partial refund, which I appreciated and considered fair.

The biggest obvious issue is that Booking.com "House rules" says this is a pet-free hotel and it is not. It is pet-friendly, although those with pets are housed in a particular wing. We only stay at pet-free hotels due to my wife's allergies to animals. We made the best of it and she generally tolerated it fairly well. Breakfast was minimal and unappealing to us. We stayed two nights but were given only a single set of towels for each of us; a double set is what we usually see for two nights. The top sheet had some small holes in it, but otherwise we were satisfied with the room.

The fire alarm sounded at 3:40, woke us up but quit before we were dressed to leave. We went back to sleep and it sounded again at 4:30. We got up and left the premises.

Breakfast was a little lacking.

There was trash left on the floor in our room. The fire alarm went off at 3:20am and 4:20am, both false alarms. Scared my granddaughter to tears. We left at 4:30! The young woman at check-in was clearly irritated to check us in.

Very friendly staff. The second room I was moved to was very clean and smelled nice. Great location and excellent value.

First room I was put in was filthy. Stains on the bedding, dirty microwave, hair in the shower and VERY musty smelling. When I asked the young lady at the front desk if I could have another room she said “I can only move you once”. Which makes me wonder if this is a frequent request.

The in room furniture was in good shape. The bed was firm and comfortable seemed fairly new.

The breakfast room was pretty cluttered.

Quiet, calm environment. Professional and Clean. Convenient location with competitive price. Loved seeing the vegetable the garden outside - gave it a homey feel.

The mattresses were much too much to soft for us. Not an extra blanket in the room and by the time I thought to ask for more we were ready to go to sleep and I didn’t feel like engaging anyone.

The property was easy to get to from the highway. It was well lit plenty of parking and the Staff at the front desk was very friend

I did not like the fact that our room had potato chips all over the carpet, and I notified the front staff after the first evening when I noticed the chips all over the floor they made a note to tell the cleaning staff to make sure that when they change the sheets and replenished the towels to make sure they vacuumed up all the chips from somebody that stayed in the room before us well that never happened. I came back from my event after a hot day at about nine in the evening and I literally had to ask the staff for a vacuum cleaner and I had to vacuum the room myself I noticed that the sheets that were on my bed the first night had a permanent water stain on the corner, where you tuck it in and I took a picture of it and made note to see if they would change the sheets that day during our event when we arrived back, the sheets had not been changed although the beds were made the back floor was not vacuumed. The towels were changed, but the coffee station was not refilled and cleaned up. The cleaning. Staff is at fault and I will not return to that location ever again even though the front desk staff were very friendly and nice. They’re cleaning Staff failed in every way to do their jobs even after they were instructed specifically to vacuum up those potato chips during the day while we were gone, it never happened. You can see from the pictures the water stain on the sheets that I used to identify the fact that they did not change my sheets and the potato chips that were left on the floor that I actually had to vacuum up myself because the cleaning staff was gone at 9 o’clock in the evening I’m very disappointed and I will not stay there ever again and it is a reflection on the Wyndham corporation and Ramada.

The location of the Hotel and the value makes it an easy pick for me.

There's no sink in the food area

Have stayed here previously a couple times and usually like the breakfast and usually it's quiet and usually I don't have to ask for towels..when you book for 3 in a room there should be 3 sets, etc.

Breakfast eggs were cold and so was sausage gravy one morning..oj was empty..regular coffee decanters were empty one day..I got pancakes the size of a 50 cent piece one morning...two nights after 10 pm and at 5am we had loud children thumping on the floor...our mirror on the bathroom door had not been cleaned in a while...I feel you should know these things in order to correct them..we had room 222..thank you

We like the location of this hotel. Rooms are clean and well appointed. The breakfast area is well maintained and the staff is friendly. The attached Mexican restaurant was wonderful, too.

The bathroom is very small. Beds are not the most comfortable, but not bad. All in all, this is a great hotel.

Small extra charge for dog,got me a double queen room when my res was for a king,and a ground floor room.

Furniture was stained,bathroom toilet kept door from opening all the way.Sheets were worn out.Icemaker was only on 1 floor,and it was contaminated..No lobby coffee until breakfast

TV should be taller, for viewing in bed. The water was off for repairs at 11am on a Sat as we were preparing to attend our event.

The location was convenient for a quick overnight stop, and we enjoyed being able to have dinner nearby in town. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast had enough options to get us back on the road in the morning. The coffee was good, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Everything was clean, but the room had a noticeable lingering odor, possibly from the carpeting. It wasn’t overwhelming, but it did make the room feel less fresh.

Like things were missing, such as… there was only one packet of regular coffee, no plastic laundry bag, wallpaper in the shower area needed attention.

There was hair in the tub and shower. Several pieces of body hair. There was dry hair pieces on the bathroom floor. I had to clean out the shower before getting in it. The area that holds bars of soap had dark stains on them that I scrubbed off.

Clean and comfortable with easy access to the highway. Staff was great, especially the breakfast staff when the hot water ran out and they grabbed another jug.

The gps suggested the address was next door, but we found the hotel easily anyway.

The couch in the room was dirty, perhaps that could get a little attention however I do understand if People's dogs are not groomed or cared for and may bring dirt in the room with them.

Noise was brutal. Hours of noise that sounded like people were moving furniture above me. Hallways were eh.
