We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The entire team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always greeted us with genuine smiles. They were always willing to help with anything we needed and made us feel truly cared for. What impressed us the most was their honesty and exceptional hospitality. I accidentally left a small bag behind, and the staff immediately contacted me and made every effort to return it. Instead of asking us to come back and interrupt our schedule, they arranged for someone to deliver it to the activity we were heading to. This thoughtful gesture saved us time and made our trip even more enjoyable. This level of care and hospitality is truly exceptional. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. I highly recommend this villa and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place and wonderful staff.

Yolun biraz dışarısında olması sessizlik açısından çok büyük bir avantaj sağladı. Neredeyse hiç gürültüye maruz kalmadık otelde konakladığımız süre boyunca. Personeller çok ilgili ve nazikler. Havuz da bölgedeki diğer villaların havuzlarına göre daha büyük ve daha derin bu da tercihimizde önemli bir rol oynadı.

The villa looks really nice and is very good equipped, has a lot of useful ammenities. The staff was always available and ready to help, room service was great. Dragon, their dog is amazing, we really loved him.

The balcony was a bit dirty and garden furniture is not comfortable at all, and also, after sunset you can not be outside because of the mosquitos, but this is not their fault. Shower head is rusty and old, there were caterpillars coming out of the shower constantly and toilet water smells really bad. The villa has a great potential but because of these things it is not quite worth of the money we paid.

We liked that the villa was private and had its own pool. We felt very relaxed and the place had a calming spiritual vibe. The staff were very friendly and communicated well.

The shower head wasn't the best and the couch wasn't the comfiest that I've sat on. Be these are minor things, because there are way more positives to this place. Also make sure you byo booze, if you drink. Otherwise the staff will do shop runs for you.

We had an amazing stay at Capung Asri. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the villa was beautifully built and very well maintained. The pool and the view were absolutely stunning. Without a doubt, this was the best accommodation we’ve experienced in Bali. Highly recommended for anyone looking for true relaxation and exceptional service

Wonderfully peaceful and private immersed in nature. Staff attentive but not intrusive. Breakfast amazing and healthy. They respond to text inquiries immediately. I would defineatley return. My kind of place! Inexpensive to hire taxis to go into Ubud.

We should have stayed longer!

The only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast. We ordered pancake but it wasn’t cook enough and was really thick. Selection of egg comes with hashbrown and tomato with bread; however, they were both tiny and wasn’t good. Dragonfly bowl was supposed to come with granola and chia seeds they were only for garnish not even one spoon of it on the bowl, so pretty much you having fruit puree with other fruits on top.

I had an exceptional stay at this beautiful villa in Ubud. The location was perfect — tucked away in a quiet area, yet still close enough to enjoy everything Ubud has to offer. It was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we were looking for. The staff were absolutely amazing. They looked after us so well throughout our stay and were always friendly, warm, and professional. Their attention to detail really stood out — nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made sure we were comfortable at all times. The villa itself was spotless and very well maintained. Everything was clean, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. You can tell they truly care about the guest experience. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Ubud. I would definitely love to come back!

The service was fantastic!! The staffs were so courteous and helpful, very understanding to our needs and tries to help us with everything possible. The villa was beautiful and spacious, with a decent sized pool and huge living room and toilet with good amount of privacy!

The mat used for the meal corner was quite dirty, but the staffs sent it for washing after I feedback to them. There was no kitchen or cooking equipment in the villa room so it was hard for us to cook supper.

This holiday resort was an amazing stay. The private villas was so smart and clean . The staff were really friendly and so helpful. The location is also very good , near the important locations in ubud. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a romantic getaway. The breakfast was so well organised and prepared for us . We also got the floating breakfast which was so lovely.

Beautiful location, but you have to get a driver everywhere, great of you are planning to stay in the villa. Clean, new and gorgeous room and garden and pool. The room was so modern. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The recommended driver Awan was specifically fantastic and helped us plan everything we did!

The mattress was uncomfortable, sagged in the middle. We got massages in the room which were wonderful, but they use the bed as a table and it was very wonky.

Wonderful villa, amazing facilities and floating breakfast. Truly romantic place to stay for a couple with wonderful staff always ready to help!

Capung Asri is a hidden gem! The natural surroundings is serene, with lush greenery and a calming atmosphere that truly lets you disconnect and recharge. All staff were amazing, they were attentive and always willing to help, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. Would highly recommended!

My first word upon stepping into this resort was "Wow"—it was like discovering a little slice of paradise, and I felt so fortunate to get to call it home for a few days. What made our stay truly unique was the incredible attention to detail in the villa; you could feel the care in every corner. The owner and staff were wonderfully attentive, with Mr. Pande giving us the warmest welcome. They even kindly allowed a late checkout when I had an urgent need. The entire experience was unforgettable, and the property itself felt nothing short of a perfect, peaceful paradise.

The week spent in Capung Asri villa was a unique and unforgettable experience. Due to its perfect location in a jungle it was our favourite place to stay during our two weeks of holiday. We managed to get a wonderful rest of both our bodies and minds and to connect to the spirit of jungle nature. The sound of jungle animals was very calming and relaxing. The staff tried really hard to make our stay very comfortable and they always fulfilled all our wishes as soon as possible. They prepared delicious breakfasts and dinners according to our needs and special requests. Their approach was very personal, and we felt to be spoiled. I was five months pregnant, and the stay in Capung Asri felt completely safe and clean. The only con was that it was too short. Definitely wanna come back in the future!

Le personnel est super agréable, disponible, serviable et souriant. Très bons petits déjeuners, logement et piscine au top.

L'accès à l'établissement est assez difficile, un moyen de locomotion est obligatoire pour sller dîner. La sortie à pied de nuit est trop dangereuse.

Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Als ik een cijfer mocht geven, kregen ze van mij een dikke 10. De villa is modern ingericht en biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de jungle. Voor onze huwelijksreis hadden ze het bed en de badkamer op een mooie en romantische manier versierd. Echt een topverblijf!

Het ontbijt vonden we wat beperkt. Daarnaast hadden we helaas twee dagen lang geen (warm) water, wat jammer was tijdens ons verblijf.

The villa was wonderful, very spacious & felt private. The food was great & the staff were all amazing, so kind, helpful & the WhatsApp messaging made it so easy.

The property is stunning and only a few villas so you get attentive service. The villa was much, much larger than I anticipated. The breakfast options are fantastic and they confirm with a butler service. Highly recommend for a secluded escape!

The location is a bit further out but beautiful jungle view right from your villa.

The villa looks nothing like the photos on Booking.com. It is run-down, poorly maintained, and full of defects. The location is extremely remote, with no restaurants or shops nearby. Food has to be ordered 24 hours in advance and only vegetarian options are available – none of this was mentioned online. This place is not “luxury” at all. We were so disappointed that we left right after arrival.

Un endroit parfait pour se relaxer, la piscine est magnifique tout comme le logement. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L’équipe a été formidable et toujours au petit soins pour nous. Nous n’aurions pas pu passer un meilleur séjour.

Потрясающий вид на джунгли. На вилле все сделано в едином стиле, со вкусом, с вниманием к мелочам и большой любовью. Персонал максимально дружелюбный и очень старается. В номере есть колонка Harmam/Kardon с отличным звуком. В общем 10 из 10, особенно по соотношению цена/качество

Almost everything perfect, beautiful villa and really clean.

Although a honeymoon decoration was agreed upon, it was not done. During one night, something like an exorcism ceremony was held near the villa with shouting and screaming. Although we have respect for all cultures and religions, I think the workers should have given some warning because it was a really unpleasant experience.

Best and clean property all facilities are best. we will visit again surely . Staff is best they always have gud smile on there face which is great 😊

I like everything, evry single think , I spend 5 night of the best night of my life . Quite and coo at the same time l . I was there for honeymoon. And they make me and my wife very happy. The stuff very very respectful and helpful spicial that my wife wear hijab . So the ring the bill and wait at the door till someone alowed them to enter . The breakfast is amazing and the ask how it was evry morning. The ask what time I will come to the villa in case I need anything. They always check on us and if we need anything. Honestly its not enough the 5 start and this review its not enough . But for sure if I back to ubud I will be here again.

Amazing space and beautiful decorations for my birthday which they were in communication, the pool settings were amazing and the bed was very comfortable , made my wife cry of joy

The location is amazing, exactly like in the pictures, but in a very quiet place, you can hear the birds in the morning:)) The stuff was amazing, helped us when needed, they made our stay amazing ( for 8 nights). The best was Dragon, the "bodyguard" of the place, the cuttest and well behaved dog, always come to say hello and then left. For a dog lovers, we super enjoyed his presence. I really recommend the place and made our stay memorable( not mentioning that they found out it was my birthday and in the evening we found the villa super nicely arranged with a Happy Birthday message& cake.

We had a truly unforgettable stay! The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. My wife and I were celebrating our honeymoon, and the team went above and beyond to make it extra special. The romantic decoration with flowers on the bed and in the bathtub was absolutely beautiful, and the floating breakfast in our private pool was such a unique and lovely touch. The staff were incredibly helpful — they provided everything we needed, even going out of their way to grab items for us from the market and pharmacies whenever we asked. One of the unexpected highlights was meeting Dragon — their adorable and friendly dog who made us feel even more at home. A huge thank you to Kadek, Yuni, and Andre for their amazing hospitality. You made our honeymoon so memorable, and we truly appreciated every detail. We’re already looking forward to coming back

Overall perfect experience at this villa! The hotel staff treated us so well that we felt privileged. They took a close interest in every complaint (even the smallest). Every day, the room is disinfected and checked for geckos (lizards). I definitely recommend this place. If you want to find yourself in nature, choose this place, both the price and the accommodation experience are great! Breakfast was good, the location is also good in terms of its nature, but a little bit far from center (difficult to find a restaurant but luckily there is a market nearby).

Quiet away from city and private. Pool was great and had microwave and fridge and water machine etc. nice.

There were many ants. Asked staff half way through to spray but they didn’t. We get ants here too in the states and I understand we are in the forest etc but they were all over needed to be sprayed. The deck had a broken piece and broke more when we got out of the pool. Could not use the cool cabana to sit in as there were ants all over it too. Very hard for a tour guides to find us and could not drive back to get to the location we had to walk out everyday.

Everything is perfect in this place. We had a great time.
