Casa con Piscina y terrazas

Buena ubicación en un sitio tranquilo y rodeado de naturaleza. Andrea fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento. En realidad a pesar de los puntos negativos que indicamos, con ánimo constructivo, estuvimos a gusto en el sitio, entendiendo el tipo de emplazamiento al que estamos yendo.

La casa en general está muy bien pero daba impresión de que no estaba bien construida y las terminaciones no estaban buenas. La casa es funcional, aunque los detalles no están tan bien cuidados. Creo que son cosas solucionables. No pudimos descansar nada bien debido a que unos pájaros habían hecho un nido en un espacio abierto (mal acabado) en el techo junto al dormitorio, incluso había excrementos dentro del cuarto, y el ruido era incesante. Ya estando ahí, respetamos a la naturaleza, pero es un problema de la mala terminación de la casa. También encontramos que, si bien la dotación y equipamiento de cocina/baño es muy completa, mayoría se encuentran con excesivo uso o desgastados. La señal de internet y WiFi no es muy buena.

The owner is very responsive and friendly and took care of our questions very quickly. The property is in a great location and you can easily access a local super market. Wineries of Casablanca and nearby beaches are a beautiful 20-25 minute drive away. The property has nice amenities like the pool, hot tub, fire puts, and extremely comfortable beds, couches, chairs and outdoor furniture. We enjoyed the quiet area it is in and all of the amenities of the property. If you like seeing the stars, this is an ideal dark location. We felt very secure with the security system, and perimeter fencing.

It appears maybe some renovations are underway as some details were not fully installed. This DID NOT impact our stay.

The hosts got us an extra curtain the day of arrival to try and get the rooms dark. and she would have fixed a tour in the winery where she worked, but we did not manage to fit it into our plans.

for the price your paying you're not getting to much. we felt/feel ripped off. Where to start (have pictures of everything)... - The rooms, even with the extra curtains were still filled with light, so we were up at 5AM every day and kids couldn't sleep until 9PM in the evening. - The 2nd floor isn't level (at all)... remember this is a place with possible earthquakes, we actually had and felt a small one while we were there. - The pool was the main reason we booked this home with the kids, but it was an icebath filled with dirt. - The house seems nice on picture but is honestly badly build AND maintained. Examples of this are electrical outlets sticking out of the walls with the electrical cables showing; The kitchen sink was loose/didn't flow well and seemed to have gunk/fungal buildup; The shower ran cold one moment and scorching hot the other; ... - The terrace was a hazard for the children with planks curling up and screws sticking out
