- Decent lodging, clean. - Good price/quality ratio. - Kitchen decently equipped with equipment not usually found in a basic kitchen. - Functioning washing machine and shower had hot water all the time with no problem whatsoever. - Reliable Internet connection (about 50-60 Mbps download; 10-15Mbps upload) except for 1-2 hours one day. - Calm street at night, but a bit noisy during the day. - Close to lots of stores and a well-stocked D1 supermarket. - Diligent host.

- A big rat entered into the apartment 2 days before check-out (Nov. 27) and tried to enter my bedroom when I was sleeping. Host told me she would bring a cat to get rid of it. Yet it might happen again because of a hole in the wall or the ceiling. Definitely an issue to fix quickly before the next tenant checks in. - Apartment could have a desk (different than the table that is used to eat) and an ergonomic (office) chair for people working in the unit. - Both mattresses could be more comfortable (innerspring mattresses were a bit rough). - Kitchen did not have basic equipment and utensils such as a coffee machine and a cork opener, and cooking pots and pans were of cheap quality.
