The staff and the hotel was excellent. I did spend a lot of my time at the bar on the second floor near the pool. the staff were very attentive and couldnt do enough for me. I must pay special attention to Pradipta, Surojit, Tandrisa, Sayontoni and Jaya they were fantastic. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Great hotel, professional and supportive staff, especially Kiran and Muskaan. Clean and spacious room, location is also good. Breafast was good as well, and the staff there, polite and professional. A real value for money!

All was good but the gym was rather small, nobody was there even at 7:30am, and I had to figure out how to operate the treadmill. Equipment are quite basic.

Room ambience, beddings etc were excellent. Break fast was excellent but suggest to slightly increase the spread.

The property is new and rooms are large and clean. Comfortable beds, staff are friendly. They also have basement parking a big plus as this is not very common. The complementary fruit basket was wonderful. Coffee was excellent so rare find in these parts. Kudos for this!!

Hot water was a major issue but after repeated complaints they solved it. Location is in a congested area and noisy. Reaching was difficult due to blocked roads. Breakfast spread was good but could add more items. But overall good.

I reached in the morning and had to vacate by 4 pm. The hotel neither agreed for early check in nor for late evening check out on the same day. I ended up paying one day rental for 8hrs stay.Expected better understanding by the hotel and booking.com.

They genuinely cared about our comfort and were always available with a smile, making us feel like VIPs. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. We were also blown away by the delicious food, and the dining staff ensured we had everything we needed at every meal. It was clear that everyone took pride in their work, and it made our stay all the more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The staff is efficient and very accommodating, Aishorya and her front office team provided professional and courteous service. Sangita is a good server in the dining room. The food is delicious and well presented and prepared.
