Beachside Chalet Steps from Einbay Beach

Friendly staff, chalet was clean and had a nice view

الشاليه نظيف جداً ومجهز بجميع الأجهزة والخدمات الأساسية. الموقع ممتاز وله إطلالة رائعة، و المكان هادي. صاحب الشاليه كان في غاية التعاون والاحترافية وسرعة الاستجابة.

-The view on the Golf field and the fountain was very nice. -Facility location was close to the mini-market and the sports fields (football and tennis). -The bed was really comfort and each room had it's own bathroom. -The car parking space was covered with roof top so the car was always in the shadow. -Modernised furniture design makes the chalet looks tidy and welcoming.

Unlike the other reviews written about this facility, the welcoming was horrible. We arrived a little earlier than planned 14:15 instead of 15:00. The weather was too hot to wait outside so i went to check the possibility if me and my family (with elderly people and child) can wait inside the facility in the shadow so I went to knock. As i see the keys were on the outside door lock i hear very loud music coming from the facility. I politely kept knocking and ringing the bell hoping anybody would open but nobody hears from the loud music. Eventually Ibrahim (the one who's supposed to welcome us there) was waving with his hands ✋️ it's not time yet..very unfriendly while having a phone call i asked him if we can wait inside and he rudely said (suit yourselves). The facility was dirty and almost nothing is as clean as in the listing. My son had to sleep on the mattress on the ground as there was no extra bed as listing description. Had to order extra bed sheets and towels which came very late. Some sheets were stained so i had to wash them myself in the facility. The chalet is far from the beach. This Ibrahim was talking very impolite each time we ask him something. At check out time Ibrahim was showing very on time asking us to check out. So check-in can be late but check-out is on time..alright. all in all the area is nice and calm but i think i'd find myself another chalet with better manager.

Lovely and comfortable stay Overall, we had a lovely and comfortable stay at the apartment in Ain Sokhna. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and nicely presented, and Ibrahim was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. He was always responsive to our needs, which we really appreciated. A few areas could be improved to make the stay even better. The kitchen could be more fully equipped with some useful appliances, such as an air fryer, toaster and microwave, as these would make it much more convenient for guests staying for several days. It would also be helpful to have clearer information in the listing about the distance from the apartment to the beach, as the beach was a little further than we expected. That being said, the beach itself was lovely, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. With a few small improvements, this apartment could be an even more comfortable and convenient place to stay. We would definitely recommend it and appreciate Ibrahim’s hospitality.

What we liked about is Ibrahim who was there to help us

It was far from everything , the beach , the pools , shop and food places .

Property was clean , modern, stylish, the view was amazing, sunroof was a big bonus , very spacious, location was good very quiet, if you enjoy walking it’s a bout 30 minutes walk to the beach, beach was sandy quite not crowded , my kids enjoyed the pool , it was about 7 minutes walk , there was one big one for the small kids , we came in the middle of the week , we basically had the entire pool for ourselves, next to it was a soccer field.we felt safe every one at the facility was nice and helpful.

The property was clean , quit and look like a villa not chalet . I love the stay and the beach .

Spacious living area and terraces, every bedroom has its own bathroom, large stove and fridge, quiet location, great view of the pond and golf course plus the sea view, staff is quick to respond, comfortable beds and clean beddings.
