J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’accueil, qui a été vraiment exceptionnel. Toute l’équipe est chaleureuse, naturelle, souriante et très avenante. On se sent immédiatement à l’aise, comme si on était accueilli par des personnes que l’on connaît déjà. Ils sont toujours disponibles, attentionnés et prêts à rendre service, avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Une mention spéciale à Mi et Jenny, qui ont été absolument adorables avec moi. Comme j’avais le pied blessé, elles ont été particulièrement prévenantes et ont même fait le nécessaire pour que le groom puisse m’aider avec mes bagages. Ce sont vraiment ces petites attentions qui font toute la différence. J’ai rarement eu un accueil aussi humain et sympathique dans un hôtel. Toute l’équipe a été vraiment super, très professionnelle tout en restant naturelle et chaleureuse. Un grand merci à eux pour leur gentillesse et leur attention pendant tout mon séjour. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Les seuls petits points qui pourraient être améliorés concernent le buffet, qui pourrait proposer un peu plus de variété dans les plats, et la salle de sport, qui est assez basique. Ajouter une ou deux machines supplémentaires serait un vrai plus. Mais ce sont vraiment des détails, car pour le reste, tout était super et j’ai passé un très bon séjour !

Khách sạn nhỏ xinh và phòng ốc bố trí thuận tiện. Tuy ngay mặt đường nhưng phòng không bị ồn, lại có view khá ổn. Các bạn nhân viên dễ thương. Bữa sáng đa dạng, thức ăn ổn. Vị trách ks thuận tiện đến các chỗ ăn uống.

Tuy nhiên có 1 điểm mình muốn ks cải thiện để giữ chân khách đó là 1 số khu vực trong phòng nên vệ sinh hơn. 1 miếng gạch ốp tường đã bị tróc, các góc cạnh không được sạch, khăn tắm cũ, màu ố và khăn lau mặt bị bong vải, khăn trải sàn bị rách. Đây là điều không nên có nếu muốn khách có 1 trải nghiệm tốt.

Phòng bắt đầu xuống cập, bồn rửa mặt xập xệ. Trải nghiệm nhận phòng không tốt. Khách Ấn Độ nhiều. Nói điều này có thể thành phân biệt chủng tộc, tuy nhiên với riêng nhóm khách Ấn Độ lưu trú cùng giai đoạn này quá ồn, quay phim chụp ảnh nhà hàng ăn sáng ảnh hưởng trải nghiệm của khách khác. 1 thanh niên Ấn Độ còn dùng tay để bốc và ăn trứng chiên ngay tại quầy đồ nóng!?

Отзывчивый персонал. Отдельное спасибо девушке с ресепшена Bichatla, которая любезно разрешила нам продлить проживание на 2 часа, так как наш самолет только был вечером. Номер убирают каждый день, полотенца меняют каждый день. В номере есть все необходимое.

Вылетает wi-fi постоянно. Еда не на европейского посетителя, приходится приловчится. Хотелось бы, чтобы меню разнообразилось и было ориентировано не только на гостей из Китая и Индии. Но голодными не остались, это главное

Harika zaman geçirdik. Tüm çalışan arkadaşlar çok ilgili ve yardımcıydı. Otelin konumu harika, plaj yürüme mesafesinde. Etrafında bir çok lokal ve turistik mekan var. Kahvaltı enfesti. Temiz odalar, olanaklar her şey tamdı. Çıkış yaparken Jenny Hanım ın küçük hediyesi beni çok mutlu etti. Her şey için teşekkürler 🙏 ☺️

The beds and pillows were super comfy. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful but not all. Great location! Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute Grab to the downtown core.

There are two Cordial Hotels. The smaller one is very loud. There are venders using PA systems in the street till 11pm. The rooms were not properly cleaned. The floors weren’t swept and clean towels and dishes were literally left in a pile on the chair. Sometimes a dirty glass was left behind. Wrappers and such were not disposed of by house cleaning. My first room didn’t have a safety deposit box so they gave me a new room for which I was grateful. The final straw was when they sprayed pesticide on my floor for an ant problem. My eyes were burning so they moved me to another floor. Then moved me to the newer hotel again, grateful however three room changes in the first five days after a 23 hour flight was not at all relaxing.

Location and breakfast are good, the room a lil bit small, and the bed sheet feels a bit dirty like there are some sand inside the bed idk why, but I clean it by myself

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten, dass diese aber nur circa 1,30 m breit sind, stand nirgendswo geschrieben. Zu zweit in einem 1,30 m Bett kann man nicht unbedingt komfortabel nennen

El mal trato de las personas que están en recepción. Cuando hice la reserva elegí una cama y me dieron una habitación de dos camas. Cuando se lo dije me dijo que estaba lleno y que solo podían unir las camas y poner las sábanas como si fuera 1, nunca lo hicieron. También me dijeron que al día siguiente me cambiaban a una habitación con 1 cama, tampoco lo hicieron. Señalar que me escribieron para saber la hora de llegada, les dije entre 11 y 12pm y me dijeron ok. No obstante cuando llegué me dijeron que debía pagar un fee para que me dieran la habitación antes, en ningún lado lo decía, cuando me escribieron tampoco me lo dijeron… pésimo servicio

Phòng không sạch, ga thì rách, ấm siêu tốc nắp rời ra từng bộ phận vẫn để cho khách dùng(cảm giác khách bỏ tiền ra mà ko dc tôn trọng)mặc dù đã nói với lễ tân và nói sẽ lên thay khi khách ra ngoài nhưng về lại vẫn ko thấy thay , gương trang điểm thì còn dính cả lông mi giả của khách ở trước, bình hoa ở bàn trang điểm chắc ko bao giờ lau chùi.điều hòa thì chảy nước.thất vọng so với số tiền mình phải trả

Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble ! La chambre était agréable et l’emplacement est vraiment top si vous souhaitez être proche du littoral. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant, le petit-déjeuner est complet et varié, et les équipements, notamment la piscine, sont vraiment très bien. Le rapport qualité-prix est également excellent.

Quelques points sont à revoir concernant le ménage des chambres. Le sol et la salle de bain n’étaient pas réellement nettoyés : les serviettes étaient simplement remplacées et la couverture remise au bord du lit. Il pouvait même rester du sable sur le rebord du lavabo après le passage du ménage. Autre point décevant : le service de blanchisserie. Nos vêtements ont mis quasiment deux jours à nous être rendus et, malheureusement, les taches étaient toujours présentes. À ce prix-là, nous avons eu le sentiment qu’il aurait été plus intéressant de laver nous-mêmes nos vêtements.

T he e staff who looked after the scooters were fantastic. The rest not so much. The breakfast was lovely though.

The “superior room” is w h at I would imagine a backpacker would like. There was a tiny bathroom with a tint wardrobe (2 people could not use this) and we had a twin room, the beds were so close you could hardly niece between them at all, and one small window with a view into the next hotel’s staircase, and a tiny window in the bathroom that was too high to see out of. Nothing like what was advertised

Отель требует ремонта, хотя в принципе для меня старый, новый не имеет значения если там чисто и опрятно. К сожалению в этом отеле понятие чистота весьма относительно. Наша комната была самый эконом вариант, но из за того что мы заплатили картой с нас взяли проценты, что получилось все равно дороже (учитывайте когда расплачиваетесь картой, уточняйте). Фото комнаты не соответствует с фото на буукинге. Очень маленькая, грязная комната. Пока мы там проживали уборки не было совсем, просто приходили оставляли полотенца, воду и чай в пакетиках (иногда это тоже «забывали»), такое ощущение, что только такая у них была работа. Дешевый шампунь, не было кондиционера. Такое ощущение, что отель экономит на своих гостях. Завтраки нормальные, но однообразные.

Хорошие завтраки, море рядом.номер большой все необходимое есть.

Уборка номеров на 3,когда ты в номере то убирают лучше.

I like the Buffet type breakfast, lots of options and its worth the money and stay. The location is near to Lotte Mart and Vincom Plaza. The place is near to store that sells Bahn Mi only 19k.

We appreciate it if there will be Water Dispenser for free water in the future if it’s possible, if not possible it’s still ok.

The hotel has a high volume of Chinese families and we was on the same floor as them and they were extremely noisy not hotels fault but the walls are thin so you hear everything

It was a nice hotel room

Upon checking out, I went to pay for the bottles of water I had taken out of the fridge in my room. The staff told me I could only pay with cash. I didn’t have cash on me at that moment as I had only arrived late the night before and was checking out early the following morning. I told them I paid for my room with card the night before when I was checking in. They told me that when paying for items taken from the fridge they would only accept cash. There was a card machine in front of me on the counter. I was literally staring at it. They wouldn’t accept card and asked me to go across the road to a shop to buy bottles of water so they could re stock the fridge. They actually asked one of their guests to run an errand for them, how unprofessional is that? They literally could have just let me pay by card with the card machine they had sitting in the counter, but they wouldn’t. When over in the shop, they also wouldn’t let me pay by card for the bottles of water because their card machine was ‘broken’; it just wasn’t turned on. I ended up having to walk six minutes to an atm, and six minutes back, where I then handed them the cash for the water. Overall, it was just a massive inconvenience and also incredibly unprofessional. I understand the staff are just following policy, but why is this a policy to begin with? They literally have a card machine at the reception desk but just won’t let you use it unless you’re paying for your room. Absolutely ridiculous. The shower was also cold, not warm at all.

Friendly and helpful staff. Daily housekeeping. Breakfast was okay, and the location was convenient, close to local eateries and convenience stores. Upon our request, the hotel arranged reliable transport to Hoi An, Ba Na Hills, and the airport. Great service and good value for money!

Almost no bugs, asian clean, europenian not very clean :) breakfast always the same, children from day 2 asked do not go there :D there were eggs, water melion, mango, rise. All the rest children did not eat.

Hôtel est bien placé, la chambre n’est pas trompeuse similaire aux photos. Chambre très grande et vitrée, le matelas est très confortable. La salle de sport est très bien.

Attention à la propreté de la chambre surtout la salle de bain qui est déjà très vétuste pour la nouveauté de l’hôtel , et de l’établissement. Insonorisation de la chambre, on entendait tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir. Le petit déjeuner est moyen, pas grand chose de sucré. Et le personnel est moyen aussi,

We found our room dirty. There was garbage on the floor and it seemed as though it was not swept. There was also a toothbrush and garbage in the hallway that eventually did get cleaned out.
