受付の際かな、予約番号を入れる以外に家族全員の情報を打ち込むのは手間がかかりすぎる。 疲れて到着してるから、速やかに入室したいからね。 特にお年寄りは手続きが不便かなと感じる。 予約番号でいけるようにするべきやな。

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Direkte Lage an der Tanukikoji Strasse, mit einem eigenen Eingang so dass man bei Regen und Schnee gleich in die überdachte Strasse kommt ! Macht einen sehr neuen Anschein, alles modern und top gepflegt. Zum Fenster eine gute Aussicht, mit Seitenblick auf den TV Tower. Nette Extras beim TV, z.B. Auslastungsanzeige der Waschmaschinen. Dass die Auslastung der öffentlichen Bäder da angezeigt wird, ist ja schon Standard. Alles was die üblichen Business Hotels leisten und haben, aber noch ein bisschen besser.

連泊の時に、2泊までだと部屋の清掃は基本入らないのは他のホテルも同様なのだが、それでもゴミの回収はしてくれる所がほとんど。ここはそれがなかった。 朝ゴミ箱を外に出しておくべきだったのかもしれないが、チェックインが機械に入力したりして自分でするタイプのもので、フロントにスタッフはいたもののそういった事を直接確認する機会がなかったので、他のホテルと同じようにして出掛けて帰ってきてみるとゴミ箱はそのままになっていた。

部屋のバスルームは洗い場も広かったのに 洗い桶と椅子が無くてずっと立ったまま 体を洗わなくてはならず残念でした。 フロントに言えば用意してもらえるのか 聞かなかったのですが… 説明が無かったので分かりません。 ツインの部屋でしたが窓側のベッドが 部屋の構造上片側からしか移動出来ず 跨がなければ窓側に行けないので くっつけて使用したかったのですが 動かないタイプだったのが残念でした。 枕が硬くて合わなかったです。 空気清浄機が水切れで 加湿器が使えませんでした。

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026Staff lovely and helpful, parking on site, bed very comfortable, very clean. Amazing location in the centre of the city.
We didn’t realize the car parking expired at time of check out so we’re charged for two days to pick it up a few hours later. Not a big issue, and probably our fault for not checking but could have been more clearly communicated.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026아케이드로 통하는 동선은 쇼핑과 맛집 찾기에 최고였어요 호텔주변에 우리가 찾는 주요시설이 다 있었어요 가성비 숙소로 최고익니다 ^^
3일에 한번 린넨은 조금 불편함이 있었어요

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026お部屋がとても綺麗だったしベッドも寝心地良かった。宿泊者へのおつまみサービスがあり併設のビストロでとても美味しいつまみでクラフトビールを楽しめた。朝食はバイキングでしたがおしゃれに一皿づつ盛り付けてあるお料理があり、特別感がありました。
中心街ということもあり最寄の駐車場が遠かった。

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026房間很大也整理得很乾淨，早餐簡約但好吃，只是check in時需要在機器上輸入台灣居住地址，因此在入住前可以先準備好
停車位比較少，但附近都還有其他車位可以停
