A bit bland, out of the way hotel. Was Ok but we could have done better.

Definitely not 4 star quality, it wasn't a bad stay but if you expect 4 stars you will be disapponted, and the transfers organized through them aren't the best.

Nous avons booké les chambres supérieures et avons eu 4 chambres différentes. Ça dépend de la chambre que vous avez. Dans 1 l'eau chaude ne fonctionnait pas bien et pas de climatisation. Elles sont spacieuses. Les draps sont lavés mais des taches subsistent. Le ménage n'a pas été fait. Il fallait demander. Du coup pas de bouteille d'eau le 2ème jour.  Il faut demander. Ils essaient de faire leur possible. On a demandé le petit déjeuner plus tôt partant tôt et ils l'ont fait. Pas mauvais comparé à d'autres retours que nous avons entendu mais mieux vaut être avertis que cet hôtel ne correspond pas à un 3 étoiles européen.

I had a spacious room that was well furnished, cosy, and clean. The staff were also super helpful and friendly - I would recommend this place anytime! :)

Ein gutes kleines sauberes Hotel. Es liegt in einer Sackgasse, deswegen ist es ruhig, auch wenn die Zimmer zur Straße hin liegen. Auf der anderen Seite ist ein Garten. Auf dem Dach gibt es eine Terrasse. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt eine Duschkabine und warmes Wasser ohne Boiler, sowie einen Ausfzug, alles keine Selbstverständlichkeit in Indien

Die Einrichtung ist manchmal etwas abgenutzt. Wenn man auf der im Zimmer befindliche Kochplatte kochen möchte, muss man nach Kochutensilien fragen, bekommt jedoch alles sofort

Buena atención del personal. Somos dos chicas viajando solas en India. Aunque fueron todos hombres que nos atendieron, nos sentimos súper seguras y fueron muy amables. El hotel estaba ubicado en el fin de un callejón, dónde se puede acceder en cocho hasta la puesta fácilmente, pero no se escucha el quilombo que hay en la avenida principal. Así que pudimos dormir muy bien sin ser molestadas por los bocinazos.

Nada grave la verdad. Si tengo que comentar algo, capaz no había veladores en el cuarto para apoyar cosas, pero esto nos pasó en varios hoteles en India y es lo de menos. Después, no había desayunador, solo una mini sala común para desayunar. Si ya se ocupó por otros huéspedes, teníamos que desayunar en la habitación. De hecho, así es más sencillo porque no hay que cambiarse para salir afuera. Y las toallas no estaban muy limpias. Igual nosotras llevamos nuestras propias sabanas, fundas de almohada y toallas, así que para nada nos molestó.

The size of the room was superb and the bathroom was lovely. Great shower. Good amenities in the room although I didn't use most. I ordered a lunch during my stay and it was tasty and ready in good time. Location is quiet, close the train station.

Unfortunately they couldn't help with taxis I needed to see the local area.

What a 'gem' of a find in Jaipur. A quiet dead end road with well kept surrounding properties. Quiet, large room, exceptionally clean and great facilities. Would 100% stay again.

As a solo female traveller the location, the guesthouse & the staff made me feel safe. The two front office gentlemen were kind & helpful.

No trained janitors or cleaning protocols. A bucket, broom and soiled mop used for all rooms & bathrooms. The janitors seemed trainable but definitely were not trained, yet. Most probably, the management has no clue either, so the rating of the property could deteriorate over time.

Es war die beste Dusche während unseres Aufenthalts. Wir hatten sehr heißes Wasser und der Wasserstrahl war sehr gut. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer eher Basic. In 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß beim Bahnhof oder befindet nächsten Metrostation.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer eher dunklen Sackgasse. Das sollte einem bewusst sein.

Great location away from the busy-ness of the old city. Very comfortable beds, and the staff were all lovely and welcoming. I had to get a rabies vaccine and the staff helped to organise someone to accompany me to the hospital - making the process super easy.

Contrairement à beaucoup de gens (au vu des autres commentaires), le manque de propreté. À notre arrivée, le sol et les surfaces étaient poussiéreux et il y avait des cheveux par terre. Les draps, même s'ils avaient été lavés, étaient tachés à plusieurs endroits. L'eau chaude pour la douche peut aussi être assez capricieuse. Nous avons réussi à en avoir les deux premiers soirs mais avons dû nous laver à l'eau froide le dernier.

The property was at a quite and cozy place away from the city Hassel and had good connectivity

Das Frühstück wurde ins Zimmer gebracht und war sehr gut ( Omelett oder Rührei mit Toast). Die Lage war ruhig, Zimmer sehr geräumig, Betten bequem, Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Preis-Leistung voll ok. Wir können es für einen Aufenthalt empfehlen.

Die Toilette war noch schmutzig, als wir ankamen, es könnte mehr an Geschirr, Besteck in der Küchennische zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Ebenso mehr Toilettenpapier, da es nur sehr dünne Rollen sind. Wir haben jeden Tag extra angefordert.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Chambre spacieuse bien équipée et lumineuse (critère primordial en ce qui me concerne). Balcon avec table et fauteuils. Possibilité de commander boissons et repas (appréciable quand on n'a pas envie de ressortir) et personnel agréable. Au calme dans une voie sans issue mais relativement proche de l'animation du centre pour ceux qui le souhaitent. Présence d'un frigo : agréable pour des boissons fraîches en cas de canicule ou pour conserver des fruits.

Bouilloire ne fonctionnait pas mais possibilité de commander thé ou café. Poignée de douche mal fixée.

Это был наш самый роскошный номер в Индии! Все было идеально: и размер, и кровати, и горячая вода, и собственный балкон, Мы действительно могли здесь полностью отдохнуть и восстановиться к следующему дню. К тому же было очень тихо. Персонал также был очень внимательный и дружелюбный. Отель расположен не в самом центре, но на второй день мы уже приноровились с дорогой и почти не замечали расстояния. Мы бы вернулись сюда снова.

The hotel is extremely welcoming, helpful and accommodating. We stayed here during the Indigo crisis and were offered an extension to our stay at the same price as seen on mobile with no extra charges. All needs and expectations were met without any questions. Worth every penny.

Struggle to think of anything, maybe that the heater's cost is not included in the room's per night cost (although AC's cost is) as it is a necessity during winter.

Номер просторный - есть холодильник, чайник и чайный набор, приветственные бутылки с водой. Кондиционер. Кровать удобная. Можно заказать разные варианты завтрака, есть также возможность пообедать и поужинать. На втором этаже есть общая комната, где можно посидеть до заселения или после выселения, зарядить телефон.

Мой номер находился рядом с ресепшен и шум и разговоры мешали спать. В ванной комнате душ не огорожен шторкой - пол весь мокрый.

On the plus side, the staff were genuinely kind. They ordered food for me through a delivery app when I wasn’t feeling well, and gave us some bottled water for free when we checked out. Small things, but appreciated. We didn’t try the breakfast, but we did order a coffee which took a little while to arrive. Overall, it’s a budget stay with some rough edges, but the staff are nice and the price is hard to argue with. If you’re not too picky and just want somewhere simple to sleep, it does the job.

We stayed here for three nights and, for the price, it was generally fine — very much a “you get what you pay for” place, so go in with that expectation. There were a few downsides: one of our sheets had stains, the bathroom could’ve been cleaner, and housekeeping wasn’t done unless we specifically asked for it. The curtains didn’t block out much light, so an eye mask is helpful, and only one pillow was provided, which might bother some people. Noise was probably the biggest issue. Our room was directly above the events room, so it did get loud on a couple of evenings. We also heard quite a bit of door slamming and staff cleaning with music on early in the morning. If you’re sensitive to noise, definitely ask for a quieter room.

Hidden gem in Bani park. So clean and tidy. The room was spacious, had a massive compartment for our bags and clothes. Mini fridge, tea coffee sachets also available. They even have a menu if you need to pre order your meals. The staff speaks English fluently and the are soo helpful!!!

Nunca me salió agua caliente y se podría mejorar un poco la ropa de cama, se nota que está limpia pero muy viejita. Creo que para el precio, podría ser un poco más atendido eso. El servicio de lavandería es un poco costoso, tengan en cuenta que cobran por pieza y no por peso, yo pagué unos 25€ aproximadamente por un par de cosas, dejo la foto para que puedan tener una idea.

Rooms are clean and well furnished. It is near to Sindhi camp bus stand and railway station.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. They went the extra mile to support us when we were having some taxi troubles. They upgraded us free of charge, they stored our luggage for us, answered our questions, and were just generally lovely. The room was stunning - spacious, comfortable, clean, and the A/C worked marvellously. It was a perfect respite from the heat throughout the day. The location was great for either walking to a few restaurants or getting a Tuk Tuk elsewhere. We’d stay again!

The WiFi was a little slow for work calls so I did have to stand in the hallway directly below the router a couple of times. Also there were some very loud bangs in the night which woke us up, I believe from others in the hallways. Nothing too crazy, but worth noting if you’re a light sleeper. Finally the lemon soda that was served to us smelled really strongly of sulphur, so I don’t know whether these are made fresh.

The stay was very nice, calm and peaceful, the staff is very polite and helpfull as well as cooperative. Stayed for 3 days fully satisfied for every penny paid.

This is the best hotel in India we found after 4 months of travelling, and hundreds of hotels.. ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL! It's truly up to European standards of cleanliness, comfort, calm, and quality service. Choose this hotel with confidence, bring your family, and you won't regret it. BRAVO GEMS SUITES! An huge extra bonus: it's in family friendly clean upscale Bank Park in one of the cleanest streets in India!!! Down a quiet backstreet of Bani Park, always easy to get a tuk tuk from close by. Large room with hot water and good facilities (kettle etc.). Staff very friendly and helpful

Sheets weren’t the cleanest (however seems typical of India), we were comfortable in our sleeping liners. Not a lot of restaurant/ food options nearby, but recommended the Rajasthane kitchen which was next door and great

The staff was amazing. Check-in was easy, room service was always faster than expected, and the breakfast is good, with enough options. If the driver is in fact staff (rather than just using their space), I like his knowledge of places to visit. There were a couple that I wouldn't have seen if not for him.

It is a little hard to find, BUT that's a me-issue; I tend to look for out-of-the-way hidden gems (no pun intended). The driver, who I'm not sure is or isn't actual hotel staff, HIGHLY RECOMMENDS fabric or jewelry or carpet etc. "demonstrations" where of course you "don't have to buy anything but ..." you see where this leads. If it were possible to promote those as educational rather than sales, it would be nice. But I don't think that's how it works.

Spacious, clean and comfortable, super kind and friendly people who were very helpful.

The hotel is located on a quiet side street. My first floor room was very quiet and, with dark curtains, easily remained dark even when the sun was full up. The location is very good for getting anywhere in the clty. I walked easily and safely (considering India's relentless traffic!) to nearby restaurants and corner groceries. The staff was friendly and responsive to the minor issues and questions that arose. I especially liked that each floor has a public lounge for guests.

The sofas and chairs in the lounge need cushions to put behind the seated person to be comfortable.

This is a real gem of Jaipur. The room has so much space, the shower is amazing, it's in a very quite place close to everything. All the staff is so welcoming, always helping with bookings, restaurants, tours, breakfast wherever you want, specialy Ravi Sharma, he was always ahead taking care of us. They are really awesome people, working hard and happy. Thank you for making Jaipur special for us. We also love the Tuktuk that you provided with Luck the driver. Really nice guy, drove us safely everywhere.

We loved everything.

Very less space for approach. Car cannot evn come to drop or pick up. Very congested gulli. The cab driver suggested by the property was horrible. Very bad conditions of the car. Driver absolutely hopeless.

Lovely stay in a great location close to the pink city, as well some great restaurants very close by. All the staff were lovely and incredibly helpful and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

our stay was amazing. One of us got sick so we spend alot of time in the accomodation. the crew was very helpfull with all our questions and supported is to the fullest. this is truly a gem!

The property was a nice small but intimate hotel. The staff specially Ravi were amazing. Everything was a Yes 😊 I even managed to get a late checkout. One night Ravi came to get me from a few meters away as I was an afraid of the dogs on that street.

The bed was a little uncomfortable for me.

The entire set up.is just 2 years old but it seems the owners and the Team Gem takes utmost care of you asva guest and keep ups with the pace.

They need to clean up the approach road

We originally planned to stay for two nights and decided to stay a third night. The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating in extending our stay last minute. We stayed in two different rooms and both were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The showers have a door which is not easy to find in India. The biggest perk of the hotel are the staff though - they are extremely helpful and very committed to satisfying their guests.

It is somewhat hard to set the temperature in the shower and the pressure is rather low.

Excellent stay! Staff is very very helpful to make sure that we got everything we need. Room is big, you can let the room clean everyday if you want, Wifi connection is good and the food is excellent. Im on a diet and the chef makes a meal accordingly to my needs.I recommend Gems Suites to everybody visiting Jaipur.

The hotel is in a quiet area, 7 minutes by tuctuc by the Link City…near the hotel there is a nice coffee bar, where finally I enjoyed with local young people, speaking about everything and it was a way to go more deep that culture. Anyway, the most important thing is that it’s so quiet in the night, no noise in the night and in the morning, after a day around that traffic jam this hotel looks like a heaven. I loved my spacious room with a cute balcony , an incredible approach of the staff , they were so willing to assist on everything, convenient location - it was relatively close to the touristic attractions but somehow hidden among the buildigs and beautiful greenery, that made my stay so tranquil and restful

Regretfully, there was nothing good about the hotel, therefore I was constrained to check out from the hotel after spending the first night despite having reservation for two nights. Needless to say, I paid for the second night without insisting for a waiver.... pertinently, even the hotel, did not offer any waiver and gladly accepted the payment for the second night....

Hotel was extremely reluctant to issue Tax Invoice for the duration of stay and made every effort to dissuade me to not insist for a Tax Paid Invoice although the per day rate charged by the hotel was inclusive of tax No, running hot water facility in the bath room inamsuch as the capacity of the individual water heating unit/apparatus installed in each bathroom of the guest room is hardly 15 litres, thus, at the time of taking a shower, the hot water runs out within 2-3 minutes. Shower was not working. No buffet breakfast facility available contrary to the mis-leading impression given online to the prospective guest looking to make a reservation. In the name of breakfast, all that the hotel offers is any one Indian dish not exceeding Rs. 200/- inclusive of tea/coffee and for anything extra, the guest has to pay separately. No cutlery for tea/cofee etc provided in the room Hotel is located in a small congested and narrow back lane Hotel staff is money centric via a viz customer/service centric

Everything was perfect and best

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel, everything was managed with outstanding efficiency. The location is very quite , the staff incredibly attentive, and always available to assist with any request, no matter how small; highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and service.

The staff were super nice and sweet and the room was fairly cleaned.

The bedsheets were very old and felt unclean, itchy on your skin. I would recommend invest in new sheets and pillows.

Location of the property was good. It was near to railway station and the market as well. Smooth check-in and the reception person was really helpful with all of my queries.

No chair in the room, they should put a couple f chairs for people to work as well. The ventilation in the washroom was not proper, there was constant smell coming from the washroom.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. We loved having the little balcony and kitchen. The manager and the staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. We were always met with a smile and they were able to help us with any request. The food was excellent, like seriously good. Their thali was one of the nicest we tried in India and the breakfast was consistently good too. I recommend staying at this lovely hotel, it’s a great choice when visiting Jaipur.

In the heart of vibrant and chaotic Jaipur, we found this fantastic hotel. Impeccably clean, with an elevator, balcony, and breakfast served on a charming terrace. The staff is very attentive, and the well-equipped rooms made for a comfortable two-night stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood, well-situated and away from the city’s noise. Highly recommended!

Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, large bed even for taller people. Great value for money

The pink city is not in walking distance, but that was not a big issue as it’s easy to hail an autorickshaw with a ride share app to get there.

The room is very spacious and convenient, the bed is comfortable and the shower is good. the location is quiet so you can forget you are in the big city. the staff are also very nice overall very recommended.

Excellent Service,Staff is always ready to help with a smile,Room was very neat and clean,Food options are very less however less is better if it is freshly made and they make your food very fresh and against your order,in addition you can call food from Zomato too.However I still feel ordering for freshly,hyginically and Saatvically cooked simple food by a nice and simple cook is better than spitted/urinated outside food so I recomment to eat food at the Gems only.

I don't think there is anything I didn't liked,It's honestly very nice and highly recommended from my side.

Our room was very clean, the staff was attentive and friendly and the owners were around checking that everything was going well. Even before arriving the communication with the owners was excellent. Very responsive to our emails. They also arranged for laundry to be taken care of, and called a taxi for our airport transfer at check out. Very satisfied.
