The room was like a house. The Pool is nice. Good apliances Dividers in the bathroom ,two or three persons could be there together and still not bothering any other.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES AND THE SPEED OF SOLVING THE PROBLEM. I was there for 10 days and the experience was terrible. I reported that there was only hot water and that the fridge wasn't doing ice; I reported it several times, called, and reported it to the maintenance supervisor. I request to speak with the office manager, and his answer was WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO! I apologize for the inconvenience but is my day off. however, it took them more than 24 hours to resolve it. The hotel is not SMOKE FREE I couldn't enjoy the balcony because the neighbors were smoking most of the time.

Bed has water mattress which was a bit uncomfortable. During my stay, my next door neighbor smoked weed and the smell contaminated my room.

Ti fanno pagare il parcheggio però ti dicono che non sono responsabili se succede qualcosa alla macchina e non ti danno nemmeno un posto assegnato, cosa starei pagando quindi ? Pessimo

No champo or conditioner and have to ask for 3 days in order to te rice from the staff. I called at least 5 times and they said that I will be sent inmediately and never arrive until the 3rd day after several calls Charge a $20 per day parking space because I used booking for my reservation, that was the explanation received for the staff he advise that if I want to avoid that fee I the future I will need to make the reservation directly with the hotel and not with booking. Rooms are old and dirty and bathrooms are in need to replaced the tiles.

The room was very spacious, bathrooms are were spacious as well the lighting for the second bathroom could be better. The second bathroom tile in the shower could either be cleaned better or replaced.

I'm a frequent traveler around the world, and this stay at what I'm not sure whether to call a hotel, motel, or Airbnb has been the worst hotel experience of my travels. The lobby is misleading, making you think it's a 5-star hotel. The rooms are old, poorly cleaned suites, with some bathroom upgrades. They charge for everything, even the air you breathe, overnight parking, and cleaning after checkout. It's practically a horrible experience.

When I booked this it almost seemed too good to be true for the money. The apartment is amazing it's got everything you could need for a stay. Hotel on site also has food available if you don't want to self cater.

Bathrooms need to be cleaned better AND upgraded, or refurbished.

The bathrooms need cleaning, and the mattress needs replacing. Of the four nights we stayed at the hotel, the room was cleaned only once. We had to ask for new/dry towers on our 3rd day. When the room cleaning service was finally provided, the maids used a queen-size fitted sheet on a king-size bed. Needless to say, the fourth night's sleep was not very comfortable. The hotel said that Expedia/ Booking charged a $30 room cleaning fee. The room was not cleaned, but only bed sheets were changed (incorrectly) - so who actually received this fee and for what service? Also, the reservation said that the restaurant provided a good breakfast for $25/pp. We expected a buffet with a variety of choices for this price, but there was none. We were charged $25 even if we ordered toast and a cup of coffee!

Hermoso y acertado lugar para alojarse en plan compras y gastronomía en familia. Es fantástico todo. Habitaciones muy amplias con gran cocina , baño muy espacioso y hermoso balcón .parking a pasos de la habitacion en planta baja ( cómo lo solicitamos ya que fuimos en plan compras al Dolphin ) A pasos del Down town , calles muy animadas , divertidas y con muy buenas propuestas gastronómicas . Piscina amplia con Palmeras , buenas reposteras y toallas . Aconsejo cuerpo uno bien cercano a recepción y piscina Camas excelentes , calidad en todo . Y como broche de fantástico, lavavajillas ( con pastillas para los días de la estadía ) y lavadora y secadora dentro del cuarto en un habitáculo muy estético y cómodo en el sector de la cocina , MARAVILLOSO , Y TODO funciona perfecto !

El horario del desayuno hasta las 9hs. Al menos para mi familia que nos acostábamos tarde Pero destaco que es muy buena propuesta por Usd 15 aprox y el salón lindisimo .

El restaurante

It was a trip for my boyfriend’s birthday. The hotel was nice, and I loved the suite because it made us feel at home while enjoying time away from home.

However, the bathroom had dirty towels left in the sink, and the sheets had a big spot on them, which I found disgusting.

Location was great for our needs.

Our shower was dirty. Had long black hairs in it when we arrived. The food in the restaurant was not the best.

Super nice room / apartment for our stay. It was very convenient and well furnished. They also provided a crib for our baby which was great!

Space, privacy.

I stayed there years ago. It now seems old, a bad smell in the room (some cleaning product) and lights were all white instead of yellow/calid in some places of the room, kitchen or badroom. It just felt very out of date, compared to previous years.

The mattresses on both the king bed and the sofa were disgusting, heavily stained with bodily fluids, fake eyelashes inbedded in the mattress and human hair on them

Property was beautiful and the rooms are very spacious. The smart TV’s were a plus too.

Desde las 3 pm hasta las 2 am reclame que me traigan las sabanas, mas de 20 veces, por telefono, presencialmente en el front desk, mil veces me dijeron en 10 minutos van y nunca las trajeron, mis hijos se durmieron a las 2 am y sin sabanas por esta situacion. Lo mas desesperante fue la falta de respeto del personal que me dijo mas de 10 veces” en 5 minutos te las llevan” y todas fueron mentira, siguiendo en la misma linea, cuando hago el check out, reclame y me dijeron que de iban a poner en contacto conmigo para una compensacion. Otra mentira mas. No solo no se contactaron sino que no me responden.

I love staying here whenever I’m in Doral! The location is great, it’s gated with free parking, and the rooms are always clean. The bed is very comfortable and the pool area is really nice too. Always a great stay.

The location.

When we arrived for check-in at 4:00 PM, the room was not ready. We were only able to enter at 4:30 PM with the housekeeper still finishing up. During our stay, I scheduled room cleaning for one day, but they didn’t do it. I scheduled it for the next day as well, and again they didn’t do it.
