Reviewed Oct 10, 2025La réservation a été confirmée dans un premier temps avant que le propriétaire m'envoie un message au dernier moment pour me demander d'annuler la réservation car l'appartement n'est finalement plus disponible. Impossible de contacter le service client en Tunisie, je me suis retrouvé à chercher un autre logement sur place qui m'est revenu plus chère bien sûr

Pas propre Drap anciens locataires non changés Ménage non fait, il m’avait dit qu’il chercherait une femme de ménage à la place de celle d’habitude mais rien jusqu’à mon départ ! Même pas un appel pour m’informer ou s’excuser de ne pas en compter J’ai du changer moi même les draps, couvrir qlq uns et nettoyer la table à manger des restes dessus !

Reviewed Aug 12, 2024The location was convenient, not too far from the airport and Madina, and steps from many cafes, restaurants and stores. The internet was very good, and I feel the price was fair.
The apartment could have been cleaned better, and only had two pillows and a couple sheets for 4 people. The owners were responsive and dropped off one blanket and 1 additional pillow. There was no air conditioning in the kids room- they ended up sleeping in the living room. The elevator wasn’t working, not too many stairs up but could be an issue. The busy street noise could be an issue for some, but wasn’t for us.
