Badtür nur gewaltsam zu bewegen. Original stimmt nicht mit den Fotos überein. Alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Personal spricht nur spanisch. Zimmer sehr kalt und klamm. Keine Heizmöglichkeit vorhanden.

Eigenlijk niets we zijn weggegaan

Locatie aan een drukke weg en dus niet makkelijk te parkeren. Wat wel wordt gesteld als je vraagt naar parkeergelegenheid. Niet fris en schoon. Eerder wat oud en muf.

This quaint villa is nestled in the mountain region of Gran Canaria the scenery is breathtaking, green and lush hills and mountains line the horizon, we were greated by a lovely lady who quickly let us know she was available for all our needs. It's a very small hotel with just 6 rooms, it would suit anyone who wants to totally shut off from the outside world! Our room was basic, there was a small fridge and the bed was very comfortable. We had a fabulous breakfast on one of the mornings. Sebastian was available by message to inform us of local restaurants, bus services and things to do. Buses run regularly to Las Palmas where you can get connections to other parts of the island. There are lovely local restaurants and bakerys, it was very cheap to eat, the local people were very welcoming but you would need to know a little Spanish or at least have a good idea of Google translate. Bring warmer clothes for the earlier months as the weather is cooler and it can rain. We are delighted we experienced this part of the island.

Regrettably there were quite a few issues with the accommodation and we had to cut our stay short and move to Puerto Rico for the last 4 nights, I sent a very gracious message to Sebastian explaining why and he failed to reply to us in any way, no apology nothing, asked very politely if he would consider giving us some kind of small refund towards the cost of another hotel and nothing he could have at least said no sorry. I sent a message the day we left and still no reply this was frankly rude and unprofessional. Why we left: Room was so cold we had to leave the heater on constantly Bathroom door stuck so badly it would wake who every you were sharing with at night Hot water ran out when we were showering The doors on the room were ill fitting and we could hear the dogs in the yard barking which woke us early in the morning Hard to get to by foot as its on a busy road footpaths are bad. You have to go to Las palmas by bus if you want to go anywhere else no direct routes from the village Unfortunately the weather was bad but that's nobody's fault. Disappointed to say the least

No hubo nada de lo que vi que me gustara

La falta de atención por parte del anfitrión y ell no cumplimiento de los servicios que aparecen en el perfil de Booking: No es un hotel rural. No cuenta con recepción. El contacto del anfitrión es a través de mensajes. No responde ni a los mensajes que me enviamos, ni a las llamadas de teléfono. La habitación doble estándar no cuenta con el equipamiento mínimo de una habitación de estás características. La habitación estaba descuidada (la puerta del baño estaba mal.puesta y no había intimidad, no había ni silla ni escritorio, la disposición de la ventana no permite que las cortinas aislantes de luz cumplan su función, y el armario era viejo y descuidado). Y además la habitación no cuenta con las medidas de seguridad exigidas por la legislación para establecimientos de alojamiento turístico ( no hay alarma anti humos, no hay mapa de evacuación), y tampoco en las áreas comunes existen sistemas contraincendios y de emergencia. En definitiva, el establecimiento es una estafa. No caigan en la trampa de alojarse en el.

Very nice staff and owner. We got a bottle of cider as we were staying on the 1st January. The staff is really nice and the dogs are super friendly. Breakfast was good from local produce.

Mal acondicionado para el frío en la noche, la bomba frío calor es insuficiente , nos dejaron una estufa de gas peor aún así no veo que esté bien acondicionado y en ese aspecto . El resto ha estado ok.

Le petit déjeuner était parfait ! le personnel agréable, le décor chaleureux mais très sombre et ancien. La terrasse était très agréable mais nous n'avons pas pu en profiter beaucoup ne restant qu'une seule nuit et étant arrivés un jour couvert. Le matelas très confortable

il faisait très froid dans la chambre, heureusement qu'il y avait un chauffage d'appoint. La rue fait un peu de bruit

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und spricht fließend deutsch. Unkomplizierter Check in und Check Out. Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen ist ganz gut. Das Wohnzimmer in der Unterkunft ist sehr schön und rustikal eingerichtet.

Die Zimmer waren sehr modrig und eher alt. Das Wasser war anfangs kaum warm, nach Rückmeldung, konnten 2 Personen nacheinander kurz heiß duschen. Im Dezember ist der Raum eher kalt und wird mit der Heizfunktion der Klimaanlage kaum warm. Das Frühstück war gut angeworben, aber mit 15€ p.P Verhältnismäßig teuer für das was geboten wird.

Central pour rayonner sur toute l’île Hôte Sebastian très attentif et de bons conseils. Très bonne dégustation au petit déjeuner fait maison.

Plus délicat pour se garer

Die Lage im Ort und dennoch super ruhig in Mitten schöner Außenanlage. Der Hausherr ist super nett, hilft, wo er kann und zaubert jeden Morgen ein tolles Frühstück. Vom Standort lässt sich die Hauptstadt in kurzer Zeit erreichen, man ist schnell in den Bergen und auch vor Ort gibt es wunderschöne Wandermöglichkeiten.

Wir hatten schöne vier Tage und es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Für meinen Mann war die weiche Matratze in Ordnung, ich bin da etwas empfindlich, konnte aber trotzdem gut schlafen.

El alojamiento es hermoso, se puede apreciar y disfrutar el verde de la isla, Santa Brígida es un pueblo único y Villa del Monte el mejor lugar donde estuve para apreciarla. El personal ha sido súper amable, desde la cocinera, el señor de mantenimiento, Saba, Sebastián, han sido muy cálidos y nos hemos sentido muy acogidas. Tienen un jardín hermoso, y la sala de usos multiples con la chimenea ha sido muy reconfortante. Se puede apreciar el cariño que le ponen a lo que hacen. Estamos muy contentas y agradecidas. (La cama, las almohadas y el edredón han sido de lo mejor para esta época de frío) Muchas gracias por todo, volveremos!

It was one bus away from the city and area was well immersed with the local community. Beautiful villa with stunning views. Family business that you can tell is filled with love and memories!

La acogida de los anfitriones y encargados de la casa, la paz que se respira allí en cada minuto, el sonido de la naturaleza.

Imposible poner alguna pega a nada, muy atentos al detalle, no faltó absolutamente nada, al contrario.

Het betreft een typisch Canariaans landhuis. Canariaanse inrichting op alle vlakken. De kamer was zeer ruim en had een fijne badkamer.

De kamer had weinig ramen. De foto's wekken de indruk een veel rustiger gelegen landhuis te zijn. Parkeren - langs een zeer drukke weg - is zeer lastig. Naar het dorp lopen is best gevaarlijk (langs de zeer drukke weg, geen wandelpad).

Hübsches Landhotel mit sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichem Personal. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez vous, dans votre très jolie et accueillante villa. Nous la recommanderons à nos amis.

Locale accogliente, stile rustico e curato. Molto bello il salone comune.

Instalaciones, limpieza, desayuno increíble y sobretodo la calidad humana y profesional del personal que allí trabaja.

Lo único, que el coche hay que dejarlo aparcado entre los árboles justo al lado de la carretera, pero eso es lo normal de la zona. Tampoco es un gran inconveniente

Die Zimmer sind riesig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool, der Garten und das Wohnzimmer laden zum verweilen ein. Es ist ein ruhiger Ort in familiärer Atmosphäre. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns ein leckeres Frühstück zubereitet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

La tranquilidad del hotel y la atención del personal.

Al tratarse de una edificación antigua con muchos elementos de madera, había olor a humedad, aunque nosotros conseguimos disiparlo en la habitación encendiendo unas velas aromáticas.

Breakfast: I'm not a great breakfast person and many interesting options are available nearby, so not sure if I would opt for it again. Location was ok. I think it would be a great event location. Pretty, with real hacienda vibes.

I was surprised that the room did not have a TV.

Nada Que Decir.

Señores tengan cuidado con dejar sus pertenencias sin querer atrás, porque básicamente me dejé unos zapatos, he intentado contactar por llamada y vía mensajes con el hotel para ir a buscarlos, y a día de hoy no me responden, no me parece nada serio la verdad, simplemente no los pude recoger al día siguiente y contacte para que me los guarden al día que podía ir y pasan de mi, encima eran de mi madre y les tenía cariño

Fantastic location. Beautiful traditional property. Short walk from town centre. Stunning views from the terrace in our room. Sebastian was extremely helpful & made sure we had everything we needed. All the staff were lovely and welcoming. Would definitely go back.

Cabe destacar la atención del anfitrión Sebastián, siempre atento a cualquier cosa que pudiera surgir. He disfrutado mucho de la estancia, fue una desconexión total, justo lo que estaba buscando. Me encantó el hotel y la tranquilidad que se respira, la limpieza impecable, la ubicación perfecta, a dos minutos del centro del pueblo donde encuentras todo lo necesario; sin duda es un lugar para recomendar y repetir.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio, la atención del personal excelente, sobre todo de Sebastián que en todo momento estuvo atento por si necesitábamos algo y de que disfrutáramos nuestra estadía. Todo muy limpio y la ubicación es perfecta si quieres recorrer la isla.

Un hotel fantástico, acogedor y bonito, con un personal maravilloso y unas intalaciones que nos encantaron, sin lugar a dudas un lugar al que volver.

Todo estaba genial, la dueña Petra es una muy buena persona al igual que la limpiadora Saba atenta en todo momento para cualquier cosa que nos isiera falta. Para repetir sin duda.

Great quiet place to stay Super relaxing, super peaceful Everyone we met and spoke to was really lovely, Lovely room and several areas to sit in and relax both indoors and outdoors.

The place is really nice, especially the common area, where it's a pleasure to spend the after dinner. The room is big, the bed big and comfortable. There is a kitchen.

A bit cold in Spring, not clear how to use the gas heater and the AC didn't work. For the parking place you need some luck to find a place on the street, or otherwise at the big parking place 500m far. The water tastes bad, also the "filtered" one and the one provided in the room. Wifi is not very stable from the room, and in our last morning there was no electricity in the whole stable, but maybe it was an isolated case.

Mountain location, very different from coast, but fun to visit local small towns and walk the hills

Walking to local village, with limited pavements was not comfortable.

Proximity to town

The was no staff on duty in afternoon/evening so no service available. Tea/coffee was not in rooms as advertised. AC/heater in room didn’t work, replaced with butane gas heater, gas bottle ran out in the evening and no staff to replace it. Lounge very pleasantly furnished but very cold and therefore not possible to use.

Good location in the hills with a lovely view of the surroundings and a short walk into the town of Santa Brigida with plenty of places to eat and shop. The room was spacious and clean with its own patio and had a really comfy bed and good hot shower.

The room was chilly - there was an air con unit/heater but took a long time to warm and never got really cosy and the floor was just cold tiles, no rugs. The walls could have been brightened up with some pictures. We didn’t meet any staff which was a bit odd, we didn’t have breakfast at the property, but to be honest didn’t know how to order it either, other than a WhatsApp message we had no welcome and no contact from anyone.

Nos gustó mucho el hotel rural, muy acogedor y bonito. Desayuno riquisimo, con fruta, embutidos pan y café. Todo limpio y la cama muy cómoda.

Alexia and Noria were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Lovely traditional hotel ideally situated to explore the surrounding area. Breakfasts were tasty and plentiful. The 2 dogs were gorgeous!

No dinner available which was unfortunate given the other reviews but the village was only a few minutes walk with good restaurants. A hotel bar would have been good but the fridge in the room was fine for cooling the beer!

That we couldn't stay longer.

The room was spacious - you get a big-and-comfy bed, cloak room, etc. The breakfast was also nice, almost everyday you would have handmade bread and fresh fruit grown in the garden of hotel. Also the staff was very nice and helpful :) near the hotel you could easily get a nice view of the mountainous area.

You have to park between the trees at the side of the road, which could be difficult. But drivers in the area in general wait patiently while you are parking.

Staff was wonderful. Alexia was very helpful and helped me with all my questions. Noria who served us a wounderful breakfast was also very helpful.. In all I had a great stay and would definitely recomend this small friendly hotel.

I was surprised there was no tv in the room. But really I think a break from watching tv was a good experience.

The breakfast was very good, with local produce, good coffee and attentive service from Noria or Alexia. There is no parking at the hotel but we always managed to find a space outside. It is a short walk to the town where there are good restaurants. The room was clean and quiet and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was small but clean. There was a kettle and supply of teas and coffees and a small fridge. The addition of a chair would have helped, but otherwise very good. The pool was clean and the outside area was well maintained. The hotel is not modern but in an old Spanish style... & quirky!

Quite honestly, nothing. It was excellent value for money and the staff work really hard to make the stay comfortable.

Lovely and peaceful space, even though it's quite central, very warm and caring staff, good quality amenities and the best breakfast you'll ever have at a property like this.

Be aware that there are dogs in the property, away from the rooms, in the garden and pool area. I dont't consider this a negative, and they are super nice, but it may be something to take into account for people with phobias or strong allergies.

Breakfasts were interesting as they included different fruits from the garden and an assortment of cheeses along with the usual choice of Egg dish. All with attentive service ! Choice of location for breakfast was good, and the common spaces were interesting as well as well presented. Extra comfy and large mattress compared with most was a high point!

Especially the breakfast was outstanding. Almost everything was made fresh, as much as possible from the own garden. The owner is also a chef and that clearly shows. Also in general he was very friendly and helpful. The accomodation has a very nice inner garden as well, plus a pool (which we didn;t use, as it was raining...).

In the bathroom was a bit of the typical sewer smell you often come across in southern countries. In our room also the tv was missing, but we didn't want to use that anyway.

Delightful and slightly unconventional B&B, big room and lovely courtyard and lounge. Good and interesting breakfast, charming staff. Surprisingly, no noise from adjoining occasionally busy road.

Parking can be difficult. Incessant computer-generated "jazz piano trio" music can be sufficiently irritating, soon resolved by surreptitiously turning volume down (or off) on the PA.

Beautiful room very spacious with a lovely view from the balcony. The breakfasts were superb. My allergy was catered for. Lovely atmosphere here ,relaxed and attentive. We will definitely come back.

A charming boutique hotel with a simple old-fashioned style and a friendly welcome. The commitment to local produce and producers and the passion for creating unique and exciting flavours from foraging and from the wonderful variety of fruit and vegetables is quite special.

Outwith the hotel's control but the 150m walk into the old town is quite challenging on very narrow pavement !
