Kücheneinrichtung und Stauraum war sehr gut, ebenso das Bad
Barrierefreiheit weder zur Wohnung noch in der Wohnung gegeben - Wohnung im Kellergeschoss und also nur über Außentreppe zugänglich. Küchenfußboden 40 cm unter restliche Räume und Veranda nur über 2 Stufen erreichbar. Garten ohne jegliche Pflege. Veranda umgeben von Bauschutt. Bett zu schmal und eher für Jungverliebte geeignet. Diese Tatsachen ergeben für uns das schlechte Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Wohnung ist sicher für ältere Menschen UNGEEIGNET.
