Super apartment with 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower & jacuzzi, fully equipped kitchen, table football and board games in the living room, sauna on the large balcony overlooking the lush forest. All modern, clean and well organized. The host is professional, responsive and already thought of everything. (The place is on top of a hill in a small village, so it was a pleasant surprise to have a fully stocked fridge on arrival, from which we could take&pay even eggs and cheese, to cook breakfast.) It was the perfect base for exploring this region of Austria, with all the mountains, lakes, trains, viaducts, etc.

We absolutely loved it. The only thing I can think of: if you come in the winter for skiing, then this place is 15 minutes drive from the closest slope, and the winding mountain roads might become tricky with snow & ice.

Felszereltség, tágas apartman, szauna

Augusztus végén az apartmanban 21 fok volt nappal is és éjszaka is. Sajnos a 7 hónapos kisgyereknek ez a hőmérséklet elég alacsony, fűtésre pedig nem volt lehetőség. A szállásadónak direktben nem jeleztük ezt, mivel 2 éjszakát átvészeltünk így. 1 hetes foglalás esetén ez már nagyobb problémát okozott volna, ebben az esetben úgy sejtem hogy találtak volna a problémára megoldást.

Außerordentlich ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Es steht eine gut durchdachte und voll ausgestattet Küche zur Verfügung, dazu eine Whirlpool-Badewanne, eine private Infrarot-Kabine am Balkon, ein Tischfußball-Tisch und Schränke mit relativ günstigen Produkten des täglichen Bedarfs. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Fernseher und man verfügt über ein zuverlässiges W-Lan. Auch für Kleinigkeiten wie eine Auswahl an Produkten im Bad ist ebenso gesorgt wie für ein Mülltrennungs-System. Die Kommunikation ist kurz und klar, von unserer Seite sind keine Fragen offen geblieben.

Die Lage ist doch recht abgelegen. Dafür ist sie zwar in Summe ruhig, die nahe gelegene Semmering-Bahn macht sich akustisch doch bemerkbar. Die Bahnstrecke ist beeindruckend, aber kein tagesfüllendes Ausflugsziel. Mögliche andere Ziele, wie der Semmering oder das Freibad in Gloggnitz sind ein Stück weit entfernt. Das Preisniveau ist somit trotz der vielen Annehmlichkeiten eher hoch und lohnt sich nur, wenn man mit einer wirklich großen Gruppe kommt. Etwa 300 Euro pro Nacht (Sommer 2026), vor der man sich die Betten selbst beziehen muss, ist für eine Familie doch eine ordentliche Summe.

Bardzo ładnie urządzony i niesamowicie przestronny apartament, w którym było wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy. Spokojna i cicha okolica, idealna zarówno na piesze i rowerowe wycieczki, jak i na przejażdżkę kolejką. Świetna lokalizacja dla osób, które chcą aktywnie spędzić czas, ciesząc się jednocześnie spokojem i pięknymi widokami.

Extremely clean and well equipped apartment, very relaxing stay overall. The hosts were super friendly. Breitenstein itself is very picturesque, with lots of hikes possible by foot, or alternatively a short drive or ride away with the Semmeringbahn.

אהבנו שהדירה נמצאת ביער ואווירה טובה. יש גקוזי ומנגל. דירה גדולה.

האינטרנט ממש בעייתי. ברגע שמספר אנשים יחד משתמשים בו,הוא לא עובד כמו שצריך. המקום מרחק נסיעה ברכב של לפחות רבע שעה מכל סופר או מסעדה. מיקום לא מדהים. ובסוף ביקשנו להישאר שעה נוספת וחייבו אותנו ב15 אירו על כך.

Sehr schönes Quartier, im Grünen gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, vorallem der gefüllte Kühlschrank (gegen Bezahlung :) Für Personen mit Kindern sicher auch gut geeignet. Die Abwicklung war unkompliziert.

Leider gibt es für 6 Personen nur 1 Bad und 1 WC :( Um 7 Uhr wird man von lauten Glocken geweckt

Wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich ist es ein neues Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Drei getrennte Schlafzimmer und ein großer Esstisch sind ideal für größere Gruppen oder Familienurlaube. Das Badezimmer mit Wirlpool ist ein eigenes Highlight für sich.

Leider nur ein WC, welches mit Dusche und Badewanne nicht getrennt begehbar ist. Aber sonst ist wirklich alles TOP!!!

Die Betten selbst überziehen

Objekt z venkovní strany vypadá nenápadně, ale uvnitř je vše krásně zařízené. Velká koupelna s vířivkou a infrasaunou na terase je příjemný bonus. Určitě všem doporučuji a rádi se sem vrátíme. :)

Skvelé miesto na pobyt počas lyžovačky, ubytovanie je priestranné, útulné, výborná komunikácia s majiteľom, určite sa rád vrátim !

Nie je čo vytknúť !

Mi még ilyen széleskörűen felszerelt apartmanban nem jártunk, pedig rengeteg helyen megfordultunk már.

Jól felszerelt, kényelmes elosztású apartman, a 3 hálószoba és a nappali a központi részből - konyha, étkező -nyílik. Kellemes kikapcsolódás a szauna az erkélyen. Gyönyörű kilátás a nappaliból. Kényelmes ágyak és párnák. Élelmiszerek bekészítve, ha esetleg valamire szüksége van az embernek és már nincs kedve autókázni a boltig.

Everything was great. The house was very cozy. Clean, with everything you need. But for some reason, the beds weren't made. It's very unusual to arrive and have your bed made.

Communication with the owner, comfortable apartment with a lot of equipment.

Not so clean dishes and few main kitchen equipment were missing and temperature of sauna because of the cold weather was only 33 Celsius. But overall everything was great 😊

Nagyon modern, otthonos, jól felszerelt szállás. A kommunikáció flottul ment a szállásadóval. A reggeli bőséges és finom. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat!

Сауна тільки до 65 градусів, вода у ванній була теж прохолодна як на мене

בית נקי, מאובזר ומעוצב בטוב טעם כל המתקנים עבדו. אהבנו את המרפסת והנוף, סאונה, מקלחת ואמבטיה וקלות הצ'ק אין. בית מומלץ ביותר. תמורה טובה מאד למחיר.

Jednoznacne jeden z najkrajsich a najlepsie vybavenych apartmanov, v akom sme kedy boli. Na okraji lesa, priestranny, s pohodlnymi postelami, jacuzzi, infrasaunou a vsetkym, co k pobytu potrebujete. Myslim, ze uspokoji aj velmi narocnych cestovatelov. Komunikacia s majitelmi rychla a lahka. Ak potrebujete, za poplatok si mozete z chladnicky zobrat obcerstvenie, snack / pitie. Skoda, ze sme mohli ostat len jednu noc. Urcite sa sem este vratime. Pravom si zasluzi hodnotenie 10.

Great location, close to the train station and the hiking trails. 15 min. from Rax cable car. Clean, comfortable, recommanded.

Remek az elhelyezkedés. Számtalan túraútvonal van a környéken. A vonat közelsége ellenére csendes és nyugodt. Rendkívül felszerelt ház. A csocsóasztal nagyon tetszett a gyerekeknek.

Bizonyos dolgok nem voltak egyértelműek (parkolás, eszközök használata, fűtés, stb)

Wonderful spacious apartment. Extremely well equipped with everything needed (tea, coffee, cleaning products, salt, oil, etc.). Great coffee machine, comfy beds, large TVs. Infra-red sauna and whirlpool bath were great and the children loved the table football. Remote location so you need a car. It's a 10 min drive from Semmering for skiing (20 mins for Stuhleck). We'd happily come back and will look to try it in the summer months next time.

This accomodation is really perfect , the place , the inside atmosphere, furniture - everything was on the TOP level.I can just recomend.... Appreciated a small sweetness upon arrival.

Toliet and bathtoom together, but understand that due to the footprint not everything is possible to have separately.

Wonderfully equiped spacious clean apartment. The hoasts have put a lot of thought into making the place very comfortable and equip it with everything that you may need.

The accomodation was absolutely fantastic!! We were totally fascinated about it,the location itself was really wonderful surrounded by green trees,and there was a small river flowing looking down from the terrace.The apartment was really beautiful and spacious, equipped with really everything ,there was even a table football place ín the living room. The kitchen and bathroom were equipped with really everything ,even spices. The place was really clean and cozy,the hosts really thought of every small detail that the guests might need. There are lot of opportunities for hiking nearby,Semmering is around 4km-s far,the nature around it is magical. We would absolutely recommend this place for families ,friends and would definitely go back again! Thank You for creating this wonderful place !

There is nothing we did not like

Very specious with great facilities, a lot of space for everything and in a lovely small town. Very clean and also easy to get to by car.

Great location and the accomodation was well equipped. The owner was really friendly and the breakfast was really delicious and the portion was big enough. The accomodation is perfect for older persons as well because no stairs and the parking is possible in front of the house which is 3m distance. From the balcony the view to the mountains is perfect and really peaceful to enjoy the sound of the brook which is next to the house. The bathtube is really excellent the childs and the adulst were enjoyed. I recommend for anyone who would like to take some rest in the middle of the mountains :)

The mattress for us was to soft - but this is personal preference not a general a negative point :)

Set in very quiet Breitenstein. Rural outlook. The apartment was well appointed and super clean.

Everything was nice and clean. There are very comfortable king-sized beds in the bed rooms. There is great massage bathtube + nice shower in the bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed and there was enough space around eating table. There was enough space in living room to spend time together after the skiing and there is table football which was very appreciated by kids.

I haven't found any cons.

It was very beautiful apartment. The place is amazing. Very quiaet.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, containd much more then expected. Mrs. Sabrina and Mr. Reiner are very kind. We will come again.

The apartment is amazing! Perfect for smaller and bigger groups located in a very peaceful area. The kitchen is fully equipped including fresh fruit waiting upon the arrival. Everything has been thought through. You can really see the effort the hosts have put into this apartment. Very clean, spacious and modern with a beautiful view at the mountains. I can absolutely recommend it if you plan to visit this region.

Sabrina & Rainer were very kind and helpful hosts. The apartment is very nice, spacious and brand new everything. You can see in every detail that it has been interior designed with high quality materials. Super equipped kitchen, bathroom, jacuzzi, the foosball table in the living room is brilliant. The panoramic view from the terrace is also magnificent. Overall, I can only recommend!

We decided we wanted one more ski day and needed to find something as a back up, and this popped up, brand new with no reviews.... So naturally, we were rather dubious!! What we found was an absolute gem, beautifully modern, stunningly furnished, and being met by a lovely family!! A lot of love and hard work went into this place (everything was like brand new, and all the little extras was a nice touch!!), if I could give it 11 out of 10, I would!! Highly recommended!!!
