L'unica nota negativa che posso trovare è la presenza di un po' di umidità nella stanza e la puzza di chiuso (come se fosse puzza di muffa) appena si entra in camera. L'armadio non siamo riusciti ad utilizzarlo per via della forte puzza.

Llegamos tarde y el personal se encargó de dejarnos todas las indicaciones para que podamos entrar sin problema al alojamiento. El cuarto era chiquito pero una cama cómoda, un aire que andaba impecable y un baño bastante grande, cómodo y moderno. Todo re limpio. Me volvería a quedar
Para llegar tenes que subir como 3 cuadras en subida y después dos escaleras enormes y muy empinadas. PERO ES QUE QUEDARSE EN CINQUE TERRE ES ASÍ. Porque literalmente el hotel es dentro de una de esas casitas de colores. Asique en cualquier lado pasa esto. Si no queres eso no vayas a cinque terre jaja

non è disponibile una connessione wi-fi, e in camera non prende il cellulare. per fare una chiamata dovevamo sporci dalla finestra o uscire in strada.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026It’s in a good location, near from restaurants, shops, the train station and the beach. The room is spacious and comfortable. It was also a nice touch to have clean towels every day. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The only detail we noticed was the lack of cleaning of the shower drain, as well as the sink drain.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Fantastyczne widoki, piękne miasteczka,, dobra komunikacja między miasteczkami. Dobra baza wypadowa na szlaki.
Byliśmy 8os grupą a pokoje były w dwóch budynkach oddalonych od siebie, po rozmowie z pracownikiem zaproponowano nam wspólną lokalizację za dopłatą 400 euro. Po posprzątaniu jeden z pokoi był otwarty (miał uchylone drzwi). W dwóch pokojach nie działały lodówki. Zdarzył się poplamiony ręcznik. Był zestaw kawowy w którym nie było kawy. Pokój z niższą ceną nie różnił się od droższych pokoi.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Siamo state bene, la zona è comoda per spostarsi a piedi a Riomaggiore. Staff molto disponibile. Nel complesso una soluzione valida, non eccezionale. E i prezzi sono alti ma in linea con la zona purtroppo!
Lo spazio risulta strettino per tre persone, con nessun posto per stipare valige o panni, eccetto un piccolo armadio. Non c'è un balcone ne uno spazietto esterno dove poter tenere la roba umida, essendo un posto di mare sarebbe utile. Il bagno è davvero piccolo, ci fosse anche una mensolina per poter lasciare gli effetti personali dentro.

Stanza umida e fredda. Il bagno era senza finestre e non funzionava l'aspirazione, quindi rimaneva umido. Impossibile cercare di asciugare un costume o un asciugamano in quelle condizioni.

Très bruyant, aucune isolation entre les chambres. Nous avons très mal dormi la nuit à cause des portes qui claquent et des autres voyageurs qui parlent/ronflent. Le ménage n'était pas très bien fait nous avons trouvé des traces sur la cuvette des toilettes en arrivant. Aucune aération dans la salle de bains, la moisissure est donc présente dans toute la pièce. Il n'est pas écrit que la salle de bains est séparée de la chambre, nous ne savions pas que c'était dans une pièce séparée. Le matelas était creusé et il restait le carton encore sur le sommier.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Great room with ensuite. Small window overlooking a courtyard to a small vibrant restaurant. Double glazed window allows for a quiet experience. Comfortable bed, very clean.
Nothing really, be aware that steps are steep and narrow and would be difficult with large luggage. We only had small luggage, so no problem.

Reviewed May 20, 2026We booked a twin room but I'm fairly sure it wasn't the one in the photos as it was a bigger than expected room with a double and a single bed. Beds comfortable. Plenty of blankets (it wasn't warm at night). Clean, room serviced daily with fresh towels. Helpful reception staff. Kettle and fridge, some free tea bags and washing up facilities.
Very close to a church which rang it's bells at 7am every morning. We could clearly hear people showering in the room next door (poor sound insulation). The shower was small.

Bed is hard but room is clean and has all the facilities you need.

Reviewed May 16, 2026The room itself was excellent. 2 things to consider, though. There is no wifi, except in the office, which is not close. Like Cinque Terre in general the walk to the room up the main street of Riomaggiore even with just a carry-on was strenuous for senior citizens. Office personnel did help us with our luggage once we arrived there. My advice is to take the elevator right off the train stop that will take you to a street on the same level as the office rather than going through the pedestrian tunnel and up the main street.
No criticisms of the room or service itself.

Bagno molto piccolo e cieco. Il sistema di ventilazione, non funzionante, era molto sporco. La pulizia in generale lasciava un po' a desiderare purtroppo.

Reviewed May 8, 2026Die Lage des Hotels ist in einer Seitenstraße von Riomaggiore, alles ist sehr schnell erreichbar. Man muss allerdings den Berg hoch laufen, also für Menschen, die damit Schwierigkeiten haben, weniger geeignet. Die Zimmer sind sehr sehr sauber und werden jeden Tag gereinigt
Es gibt kein WLAN im Hotel und es gibt einige Zimmer die unterirdisch sind, was dann auch mit mobilen Daten schwierig sein könnte.

La chambre était bcp plus belle que sur les photos (avec de jolies poutres au plafond). C'était très propre et calme Le check out à 11h est très appréciable. Nous avons bénéficié d'une réduction pour le dîner ds un restau proche et avons trouvé de quoi pdre un petit dejeuner tout prêt.Je recommande vraiment cet endroit !
Comme le veut Riomaggiore, il faut bien intégrer qu'il y a bcp d'escaliers (parfois raides) à monter et descendre.

Eleonora è stata molto gentile, lasciandoci un opuscolo il primo giorno con dentro tariffe agevolate per alcuni locali e informazioni su treni e battelli. Letto e cuscini super comodi. La camera ha tutto quello di cui c'è bisogno, persino un bollitore e qualche bustina di tè, asciugamani morbidi (quello per i capelli era perfetto!), TV.
Nulla. Consiglierei solo di aggiungere qualche bustina di camomilla oltre a quelle di tè, magari da bere prima della nanna dopo la scarpinata durante la giornata ;)
