Die Lage war toll auf dem Hügel und das Zentrum war fußläufig erreichbar.

Die Einrichtung war abgerockt und teilweise beschädigt. Das Haus war eher laut und in der Gegend war parken schwierig und teuer. Preis war für den Zustand der Einrichtung zu teuer. Selbst auf mehrfache Anfrage gab es keine nützlichen Tipps zum parken.

Sengen var for smal for 2 personer. En måtte ligge på gulvet. Hadde ikke utsikt, bodde jo i en kjeller. Hadde ikke noen rømningsveier hvis det skulle skje noe. Skulle egentlig være der i 2 netter, men vi flyttet oss den andre dagen.

Leiligheten (2. etasje) i seg selv var veldig bra og inneholdt alt vi hadde behov for. Vi bodde der to netter og er fornøyd med fasiliteter, beliggenhet osv.

Da vi ankom var parkeringsplassen vi hadde bestilt opptatt, så det ble litt kommunikasjon frem og tilbake og styr med å få parkert bil. Utleier svarte nokså raskt. Vi endte opp med å måtte stå et annet sted første natten. Det som kommuniseres rundt parkering i annonse og informasjon fra utleier kunne vært tydeligere. Ut fra bildene hadde vi forventet en terrasse med møbler, så vi kunne sitte litt ute i det fine været. Terrassen var utrolig skitten og hadde ingen møbler. Helt ubrukelig med andre ord. Trappeoppgangen i huset var også veldig skitten, så det trekker litt ned selv om leiligheten i seg selv var fin.

- een “tweepersoonsbed” waar je amper met z’n tweeën in kon liggen - gevaarlijke, gladde trap naar beneden - kapotte waterkoker en onvoldoende bestek voor 2 personen - overwoekerde tuin met onkruid waardoor je niet goed kon buiten zitten - ook geen tuinmeubilair aanwezig - verhuurder reageert traag op berichten

Great hotel alternative

L’indépendance d’un appartement. Fonctionnel et pratique. Il y avait du café, thé à utiliser. Cuisine bien fourni

Impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres au salon et des rideaux pas très efficace. Il faisait très chaud…. On avait du mal à faire fonctionner la télé, pas d’explications sur le système. Notre 1er téléphone est resté sans réponse. Le lendemain on a rappelé et eu une personne au téléphone qui est venue pour nous expliquer. Tout à fait sympathique et efficace.

Beliggenheten var fin, sentralt og stille. Gode senger.

Oppgangen var skitten, mye tørt løv, kaffeflekker og annen skitt. Ble ikke vasket eller feid mens vi var der. Dette ga et rufsete inntrykk. Også utenfor var det ustelt. Det trakk inntrykket ned.

Parfaitement situé (centre-ville, gare des bus), confortable, agréable

Steile Treppe ohne Geländer in der Wohnung. Diverse leere Lebensmittelverpackungen stehen herum, z.B. Salz, Pfeffer, etc. Dies ist evtl. nicht die Zuständigkeit vom Vermieter sondern vom Vormietern, die diese stehen lassen.

Perfecte uitgangspositie in de stad!

Zugangscode anstatt Schlüssel war praktisch. Gute Lage. Parkplatz schmal, aber ok.

Es war nicht sauber, vor allem im Badezimmer. Dort hatte es Dreck am Boden, der schon sehr alt ist. Die Dusche lief aus und setzte das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser. Das Sofa was kaputt, das Treppenhaus war auch sehr dreckig. Die Schlafzimmer sind extrem klein und man fühlt sich „erdrückt“ von der Dachschräge, weil das Bett genau darunter steht.

Great location very close to the centre of Stavanger.

We were 3 floors up in the loft and didn't feel the space was great. The bedroom were under the roof lie in which was a tight squeeze to get in and out of bed and did feel a bit claustrophobic.

La photo que j'ai reçu lors de ma réservation ne correspondait pas à la location réelle Booking me montrait un appartement avec un petit salon et deux lits jumeaux. Et je me suis retrouvée dans un petit studio avec un petit lit de largeur de 120 cm un peu juste pour deux personnes.

Great service. I had forgotten an important item at the property after I left and they were so friendly and helpful to assist me in getting it back! Great and cozy room, exactly what I needed. Close to the center and transit.

Tanaz nos permitió la entrada en el apartamento 2 horas antes del check-in normal.La casa es tradicional de madera, muy bonita por fuera , con una terraza para ver la puesta de sol super agradable, un apartamento super amplio, cocina grande con todo tipo de utensilios, camas muy comodas, el disponer de lavadora-secadora nos vino de maravilla para lavar la ropa de monte y demas. El piso estaba cerca del centro y del puerto de Stavanger.

Mejoraría la limpieza en Noruega en general, mi estandar de limpieza por lo visto esta mucho mas alto que el de los noruegos, los filtros de la campana extractora...en fin..Creo que no friegan los suelos y se nota. Hacia mucho calor en el apartamento porque habia hecho una semana de mucho calor y las ventanas no se abren enteras , solo un poquito por abajo, lo que no permite una buena ventilacion del piso.

We loved this apartment for our family trip to Stavanger. It was modern, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The check-in process was nice and easy with electronic lock. We enjoyed everything and would recommend for others.

Very nice and clean accommodation. We booked the studio apartment which seemed newly renovated and had all the facilities for a comfortable stay. Easy access with electronic door-lock. Central location. Will definitely come again!

Es sollte dringend auf mehr Sauberkeit geachtet werden!Speziell in der Küche.Dampfabzug Gitter von mir selber gereinigt, Kaffemaschine, Gefrierfach 3cm dicke Eisschicht (gruslig) wenig Geschirr und Trinkgläser, 3 Pfannen Bratpfanne unbrauchbar Tefalschicht kaputt! Treppenhaus sehr schmutzig nicht einladend wenn man Haus zum ersten Mal betritt! Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen.

The location, the view and the room was cozy

The only thing was The bed was close to the wall so basically I once you get to the bed… you just stay in bed and can’t seat up as the wall was too close… everything was perfect

The apartment is well located and really cute. It’s got the sloping ceilings so you do have to be careful getting out of bed but overall a lovely well located apartment.

The shower leaks almost every time you have a shower due to the design. This was a constant faff, especially if showering one after the other as the floor can get quite wet.

Można dodać więcej sztućców (była tylko jedna duża łyżka) oraz nowy wąż do odkurzacza, aktualny jest pęknięty. Nie można odsłonić okna (brak możliwości zwinięcia rolety). Podwójne łóżko jest wąskie.

Het kwam niet overeen met fotos, het appartement was erg klein en vooral het bed was erg klein. We waren 3 nachten, hebben geen een keer schone handdoeken gekregen.

The room is well-equipped, with a full set of a kitchenware and a washing machine in the bathroom, making it convenient to use overall.

Our room is in the basement and also near the garbage area, it doesn’t get enough natural light or ventilation and has a little bit of smell.

Leiligheten lå veldig sentralt. Gode senger og fin innredning.

Eneste som ikke var bra var kaffemaskinen, den burde vært byttet ut.

Basement studio, but 1/4 of the surface were big stone steps/1/4 was bathroom with a too small washbasin and the rest was living, kitchen and sleeping which was TOO small. Bed was only 1.20 m wide which is utterly TERRIBLE. Much too small for two normaal sized people. Exorbitant in price!

Parking not included - not clear on initial booking. Ground floor basement apartment. Open bag of coffee and no French press or any way of making coffee, coffee machine but no pods. Carpet not very clean

Good location and modern apartment

The website and photography give the impression of a well equipped apartment with personal touches. But it was actually lacking basic kitchen equipment like glasses (other than wines glasses), cereal bowls and a sharp knife. When I asked the owner if they could arrange to get these items, they responded positively but then did nothing. It’s a shame as you just expect these sorts of basics to be there.

Keep in mind if you have a rental car - as they do clearly state in the description, there is no on-site parking. Not a problem but some information from the host beforehand on where we could park the rental car would've been the cherry on top

Cosy, quiet room at the back of the property. Close walk into town/near bus station. Good bed, wifi. Great shower.

Checked in late at night, and no towels had been provided. I used Booking.com messenger to inform of this, and request towels (as advertised). The next morning ~9am, I messaged again, received no response, so I called, first time no answer, second time, they apologised and said they would bring towels. I waited and no one showed. Thankfully, I had a small sauna towel I could use in the meantime. I then missed two calls at around 12.30pm that day, which I think was the accommodation calling to advise me they'd left towels... I understand some things can be missed, but then you expect people to be responsive and not be expected to waste time waiting for something basic. I would have gone without mentioning this, as the room itself was fine, however, there were two other strange things that happened, which would be make me avoid this place in future. That evening walking back from the restaurant I saw two suspect characters in the nearby park and looking in bins. The next day, I checked out really early - and I informed the accommodation I would be checking out early - hence the need for the quick response on the towels. As I'm on the way back into the city from a tour, I start getting hounded by the accommodation - calls, text, booking.com messages. "Checkout was at 11am - you need to leave!". Of course, I'm nowhere near the accommodation and haven't been since the morning. I tell them so, and then they proceed to continue harassing me and demanding I inform them who is in the accommodation and to checkout. Then it turns out, they didn't bother to verify their information, they apologised and blamed the cleaner for giving them the wrong room/info. So apparently either some vagrants got into the accommodation (another room, not the one I stayed in) and "made a mess" and "refused to leave", or they accommodation attracts some rather unseemly characters, in both cases it does not seem like a safe place to be.

Everything was just perfect - very comfortable and spacious appartment, well equipped kitchen, perfect location, very quiet neighbourhood, very good contact, easy collection of the keys and clear instructions, I definitely recommend the place!

The property was in a great location. Minutes from the centre, peaceful and friendly neighbourhood. Spacious enough, very clean.

The TV sound system did not work, along with the iron missing. Also would be nice to have a towel change and extra supply’s ie body wash, as we stayed for 5 days. I did request help from the staff, I messaged Tanaz on the first night of our stay, I didn’t hear back until end of the day on the second day and to be told nothing can be done about the TV. I was thankful for the iron to be bought to the room on the 3rd day. Frequent communication from the staff would make this stay better.

The location is great, being close to the central station.

The pictures on the site depict other apartments, not the one I got, which was located at ground floor and the entrance smelled as mold. There are no drapes for privacy and it's hard to ventilate the air properly. Unless you're given a larger apartment upstairs, this one I got is to be avoided.

Accommodation was small as a whole and the "double" bed was perhaps a small double, not really suitable for two adults to share.

About one and a half hours before my check-out, another guest entered the apartment (having full access to the safety code to the main door). I have never had such a situation before. 😳 It wasn't a huge issue for me (I was in a hurry for my plane), but when I let them in, they even had no fresh towels or bedding. I was a solo traveller on a short trip only. Of course, I've cleaned up everything and used one bed only(2 sleeping rooms). It's pretty strange. Please be so kind and check a shower. There is some nasty smell.

This Air bnb was perfect for our stay in Stavanger. Immaculate, spacious, close to everything. We had a wonderful time. Super easy to walk there from the train station, key code on the door makes it so easy. Thank you so much. Stavanger was awesome.

The induction hobs did not work the whole time we were there. Dishwasher was also not working but was fixed on the second day.

Great location, just 8min walking distance to bus/train station, and 10mins to the city center. The apartment is fine, great for 2 people, a bit tiny for 4 adults, for 2 adults and 2 kids great, too. The kitchen is great, everything included, bathroom is great, too. The apartment is located in the third floor, the stairs are not suitable for handicaped people. The outside location is very quiet, you feel there like in a countryside...

The only issue was the wifi, a lot of communication with the owner, finally the wifi was working fine for 3 days, 2 not.

Host was excellent at communicating. Reactive to requests.

The cleanliness and that we had all the machines working nd t.v. Wifi was on point.

It was 3rd floor challenging to take the bags up. I had to leave one suitcase downstairs.Until I saw other guests who helped me take it up. Checking out also was challenging taking the bags down.

It was convenient to the town. Quiet area. Comfortable beds.

Towels were a bit flimsy. No hangers in the wardrobe.

it was a cellar studio flat with only one “comfortable” chair to sit in. it took me 1.5 hours to get into the property as instructions was not clear enough. (middle of the night) no hangers in wardrobes, no soap in bathroom. no instructions how to use the heating. I just felt a lack of explanation when booking the property that it was a cellar flat.

Short walk to the city centre. it was a clean and spacious apartment.
