The property is located in a residential area where you can access shops. Very clean and modern.

Location is ideal. You would think you were miles from civilisation. My partner and I have stayed here three times now. Perfect for a romantic getaway. Staying in the farmhouse we felt like VIP's.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Brook Bottom Farm for his birthday, and honestly, every single detail was perfect! ❤️ I booked the stay as a surprise for his birthday and paid extra to have the room decorated, and it was so worth it. Everything looked beautiful and made the stay feel even more special. 🥰 The apartments are surrounded by the most gorgeous scenery, with beautiful fields, farms and lakes all around. It was honestly such a romantic and peaceful setting. 🌿💕 We also paid extra for the hot tub and chose Hot Tub 2, which we loved! It felt much more private as you have to walk through the area of Hot Tub 1 to get to it. Sitting in the hot tub surrounded by such peaceful scenery was honestly amazing. 🛁✨ I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever stayed somewhere so quiet. Everyone there kept noise to an absolute minimum and you wouldn’t even know there were other people staying there. It was so relaxing and peaceful, and exactly the reset that we both needed. ❤️ The apartment itself was lovely, clean and cosy, with the most amazing views looking out over the fields and farms. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We also went into the town for some food and a few drinks, and everyone we met was so friendly and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend taking a trip into the town while you’re there too! 🍹🍽️ Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and honestly didn’t want to leave. Brook Bottom Farm was everything we could have hoped for, and we’ll definitely be back! I couldn’t recommend it enough. ❤️🌿✨

Not a bad thing to say at all

Beautiful property and a lovely gateway with my husband. It was cosy and well decorated, in a wonderful location. The host decorated the room for us as we celebrated our mini moon, this was a nice touch.

Absolutely spot on for luxury. Great place for couples getaway. Would be coming again.

We literally can’t fault our stay at Brook Bottom. It was genuinely the most luxury stay I’ve had in the UK. The apartments were immaculately clean and well presented - the interior designer has done an incredible job!! The smell as you enter the rooms is to die for, everything is so polished and well placed, the facilities were great - shower was lovely, kitchen utensils and equipment were purposeful, and TV had all the channels and streaming services. We were originally going to go out for dinner but after seeing how gorgeous this place was we ended up just collecting our food (lovely Italian Tre Ciccio in town!) and sitting on the patio area at the reception as it was a good weather evening and meant we got to soak up more of this brilliant place.

The only thing that spoiled our stay was that we had to leave!! We could’ve happily spent so much more time here.

We absolutely loved our stay at Brook Bottom Farm and couldn’t have asked for a better weekend away. The apartment was spotless, cosy and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The private hot tub was definitely the highlight such a lovely setting, especially in the evening, and it made our trip feel really special. I also booked the birthday decoration package for my boyfriend, and it was perfect. Walking into the apartment to see it decorated was such a lovely surprise for him and really made his birthday feel extra special. The whole experience was peaceful, relaxing and exactly what we were looking for. We’d highly recommend Brook Bottom Farm to anyone looking for a romantic getaway or a special celebration, and we can’t wait to come back!

Stunning decor and open plan apartment with bifolds over looking the brook. All the amenities you could ever think of! Staff willing to do anything for you.

Light privacy mesh/screen particularly in bathroom would be helpful. Could occasionally hear other guests/washing machine from other apartments.

The house is stunning. Absolutely beautiful and set in such a peaceful area. We enjoyed the hot tubs very much.

The stairs up to the bed were very worrying. And I felt paying £85 for hot tub use was a little excessive. Pod 1 wasn't private and the people in pod 2 played loud music

Location was perfect. Tranquil yet close to towns and motorway network The on site massage room with Michelle was incredibly relaxing and a further two hours in the hidden beauty of the hot tub overlooking a brook sent us to bed as very contented and chilled out guests

It was gorgeous. Clean. Modern. With a stunning hot tub view very peaceful and calming surroundings. There was a nice walk we went on through fields & lovely views !

You could hear the next rooms when they spoke abit , which felt like you didn’t want to talk too loudly but didn’t really make any difference at all xx

The location, facilities and overall experience was brill. We found it very relaxing, with the option to go out and eat or drink at places not even 5 minutes away.

The only thing we couldn’t find was oven gloves/tea towel but that’s not a complaint, we said we will bring one with us next time.

Absolutley stunning place to stay! Me and my partner booked a night away here and have absolutely zero complaints room was beautifully decorated and clean! We booked the hydrotherapy bath which was a lovely add on to our stay would definitely reccomended and will definitely be back again!

We went here for my boyfriends 21st birthday, we had an amazing time, it was in a great location to order food and get Ubers, the bed was extra soft and comfortable so we were able to relax and get some great sleep, tv worked well, kettle and air fryer worked well too, loads of cutlery, glasses and bowls given as well, will definitely stay again!

Location was gorgeous

The hydrotherapy bath was dirty, it had a ring of dirt around it paying £75 for an hour you would expect it to be clean, I paid £35 for a small balloon set up that had started to come down when we got in. The flip flops provided had been used, this is so unhygienic. Definitely wasn’t worth what I paid, won’t be back.

I’ve stayed at brook bottom before but in the private apartment which was really lovely and it’s in a good location. You can easily get into town or have food delivered. I do recommend it here and that’s why I don’t give it a low rating, but only if you book the private apartment or get lucky and have no neighbours with the regular rooms.

This time around was not so great - I stayed in the glimpse apartment which was decorated nice and it was clean, however you can hear every single thing from the neighbours. It’s stuck in the middle of the other two rooms You should be able to make noise but obviously the walls are just extremely thin. When I say you can hear everything I mean everything - bedroom activities to people going to the toilet upstairs. One of the neighbours were slamming doors in and out the majority of the night and it just was not a peaceful stay. The noise only just stopped just after midnight. It was disappointing when you go away to have a relaxing evening.

Absolutely beautiful little property. Perfect for a little getaway. The hot tubs are well worth it too. We got a later check out and had made some breakfast on the induction hob and it was excellent.

Me and my partner stayed here for a late valentines get away and we couldn’t fault it really clean cute and cosy it was the reset button I needed ! The shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the apartment was lovely I even went to order some myself and the price of it !!! So it was really good that these good of products are put out for guests !! Only the best quality used they also had lots to do in the area we went for a afternoon tea and a farm shop not far away and there was lovely animals sheep etc on the route to it which was lovely to see I would definitely stay here again !

If I had to pick on anything it would be the hot tub prices for the evening we didn’t do this option as it was pricey for what we payed aswell I would hoped to have it included or at least cheaper then £85 and also the flip flops were used that were left out for us but this to one side couldn’t fault it !

Very nice and peaceful in the cascade apartment. We liked that there was plenty of parking. So much thoughtfulness in the apartment. It had umbrellas which was handy as it rained, tea bags for a warm drink, water, milk etc. Check in was smooth. Really enjoyed ourselves.

Just a minor, Toilet as part of the shower was a bit annoying as it got wet due to space and had to wipe down but everything else was perfect.

The room and ensuite were decorated beautifully, everything we needed was provided, it was very comfortable and the location is stunning

We could hear the people in the next room clearly and it made us aware that they could hear us too

The apartment’s is in a lovely secluded area, they are modern and so lovely, really clean and the towels and dressing gown’s are 100% cotton.

Unfortunately, the doors are so loud and heavy not much sleep was gained from the two night stay. Noisy neighbours above on both nights meant, you can hear everything (some which you don’t want to hear), the fan and ear plugs didn’t work. People walking down and slamming the door every hour!

Marketed as an apartment and therefore disappointed to find it was a double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

The property was in a very peaceful location with beautiful scenery. The hot tub by the brook was stunning and we enjoyed our time there. The room was lovely and Barry went above and beyond to help us :)

Easy to get in the property. Responded to a noise complaint after midnight. Ninja appliance available in the room. Dunelm decor was co-ordinated.

Walls too thin and can hear everything in adjacent rooms. Room above making noise periodically all night (till gone midnight). Room much smaller than expected (from photos on booking.com) TV at 90 degrees to the bed. Expected access to a Jacuzzi, especially at £200/night (from photos on booking.com) Cheap mattress (spring).

Absolutely stunning the place was beautiful from top to bottom clean smelt amazing great use of the place including the ninja air fryer which was just great!

Aesthetic, beautiful place

Everything about the lodge exuded luxury and comfort — from the stunning interior design and impeccable cleanliness to the peaceful surroundings and attention to detail. The staff were exceptionally warm and professional, and every amenity was thoughtfully curated for a premium experience.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike — if anything, I just wish we could have stayed longer!

Very nice location ! Very personal and private ! Luxury apartments inside and out and high quality bedding and layout was really nice inside and out .

10am leave , 11am would be perfect especially if you’ve had a few drinks on the night .

I like that the property was well built, warm, clean and welcoming.

The property, although fit for purpose, is quite small and not as secluded. Although, we did notice another large property tucked away.

The setting is lovely and so quiet which was perfect for me. Brilliant to have the Ev. Did have a problem connecting but rang number and charging company said it had only been connected that day and were so helpful. Room was smaller than I imagined but fully functional for what I needed. Bathroom was a little cold even though radiator was on. Bedroom was toasty though. Having a fridge was great and thanks for supply of proper tea and milk.

I did experience noise from the room above but hosts can't be responsible for that. Everything else was perfect.

It’s beautiful, everything was finished to such a high standard. We loved that the bed was in the roof.
