ทำเลดี อย่างอื่นๆก็ ok ยกเว้นเรื่องเครื่องปรับอากาศที่จะหยุดทำงานทุกๆ 2-3 ชั่วโมง ควรปรับปรุงอย่างยิ่ง

แอร์ทั้ง 3 ตัวในห้องพัก จะดับทุกๆ 2-3 ชั่วโมง ต้องคอยเอาเซฟทีคัพยกลง และยกขึ้น ทุก2-3 ชั่วโมง ทำให้ตลอดการอยู่ที่ห้องไม่สะดวกสบาย รวมทั้งตอนกลางคืนก็ต้องตื่นมาทำเช่นกัน และตั้งใจไปใช้สระว่ายน้ำที่ดาดฟ้า แต่วันที่ไปก็ปิดซ่อม และตอนจองที่พัก จอง 2 ห้อง แต่จัดให้อยู่คนละชั้นกัน ทำให้การไปหาเพื่อนที่อีกห้องทำได้ลำบาก ต้องลงไปเจอกันที่ lobby แล้วค่อยขึ้นมาที่ห้องพร้อมกัน

At first I had problems with checking in but after sending a message to the host this problem got solved quickly.When I entered the room everything looked new, clean and nice.The room looked new had 2 safes, tv,kitchen,washing machine,2 AC nothing was missing.The best part was the location everything is very near and can be reached by walking.I will deffinetly come back to this condo

Location was awesome. Facilities were good air conditioning in the lobby and elevators needs to be left on at night.

Room was okay mattress need to be changed the bed was 2 singles put together and way to small for the bed

Everyone from outside just comes into the pool area with others who have lift card. Property was worn out. Homeless kids sleeping in the lobby. Hookers in and out.

The property was clean and it was a little great location near to the beach

The location

Uninvited guests came to my room and demanded money. I told the hotel to help me but instead of helping she sided with the gangsters who wanted to take tbe money from me. I had to eventually call the police to took care of the situation.

AC in one room was not working, there were sparks coming from the Fuse junction, only 1 toilet , when marketed as private toilet...2 bedrooms !!care taker whoncane to fix the ac and the sliding door was extremely rude....water leaking in the sink....

My room and and a few of my other friends that had separate units ....when it rained ..heaps of water leaks all down door arch in room ....I fist thought it was aircon leaking ..but no water everywhere ....my bag was on ground passport was soaked .....but thats my 2 cents would I stay again no ..I would stay the edge next door

这个房子的位置非常好，几乎大楼的最顶层，总共是31层，我们是在29层，并且整个窗户都全部面对着中央海滩，风景优美景色迷人，我们坐在阳台上就能看到芭提雅周末的烟花。住的地方离中央海滩，芭提雅中央购物中心，酒吧，按摩店都非常近，地点特别好。和物业管理人员沟通非常顺畅，服务十分周到。我们下次去芭提雅，还会选择住在这里。

Location is great, lots of shops and cafes nearby, beach is a 7 minute walk away. The apartment was spacious.

There were cockroaches and ants in the kitchen. Not many of them but still disgusting. Poor water pressure in the bathroom and there were birds shitting on the balcony.

Good location in the centre of everything, good facilities though I was too busy to use them, staff where responsive and did all they could to help out, no safe one was delivered the next day but i had to install it my self.

Bed was Thai hard which is enough to put me off staying in that room again but otherwise would definitely stay in the building.

Очин гразно на палу кагда ходишь ашушение што песок пришлось самому памит пол. Кухня есть но малинки ложки нету и не хватает немного вещей савет добавьте хот ложки. Для такому цени надо хот нармално уборки делат очин очин грязные пали

Location was perfect, bathroom was ok washer good and good fridge

The room is shabby, bad decor,no cups had to buy, 1 fork 1 knife 2 spoons no teaspoon, only 2 towels no hand towels, the bed linen is very poor tried boil wash still looked dirty. Pillows very smelly had to wash pillowcase everyday as smell of pillow came through to pillowcase. Has for the bed itself, where do I start... Was like sleeping on concrete never had a mattress so hard and uncomfortable ever, spent lots of money on daily massage to try and eleviate the pain in our hips back and neck, would of been easier sleeping on a bed of nails. The wall of our bedroom was adjacent to the lift shaft, so we had the noise of that 24/7 was like trying to sleep next to Heathrow flight path.

Nothing to mention.

There are cockroaches under the sink and stink. The room is so dusty and smell odor. The bed is uncomfortable. The caretaker is hard to contact and housekeeper is lack of communication. All cupboard and wardrobe doors were broken. There is only one keycard and it's so inconvenient that all of us have go go out and back to the room altogether. It stated there is parking lot but you have to pay 100 bath only in cash to park and no stated in prior booking or checking process via email. There are a lot of restrictions and even you can't smoke on balcony and condo area. The security in front are so rude and act like there is police. We spent like 30 mins to check in since there is so many confusion between security, owner and caretaker.

Ik had een kamer geboekt en betaald alles was ok toen ik in Bangkok was zag ik dat mijn geld is teruggestort op mijn rekening. Toen moest ik opnieuw een kamer boeken. En toen 100€ duurder. Kan jullie mij vertellen hoe dit mogelijk is graag een antw.

Dirty place no room service a lot of bugs cokarage ants and different bugs the toilet dirty with whole Black mold and moisture are spread throughout the room walls. The cleaning tools are worn out and dirty. The floor, no matter how much you clean it, does not get clean. It is enough that you feel that you are in a very dirty place. I did not even complete my stay. I left the place before the period I was supposed to spend. I do not recommend this place to anyone at all. The building needs to develop its services to be worth its price.

The facility is great. The host was not great. The room REEKED of cigarette smoke. I wouldn’t have complained but the owner and housekeeper completely ignored me and failed to acknowledge the smell when I just tried to ensure that I would not be blamed for it.

The host and housekeeper repeatedly ignored and failed to acknowledge that the room smelled like cigarette smoke. In bedroom, main room, and even in the shower. The bed also had a red stain on it - looked like blood. Bed was very hard. I didn’t sleep at all and was worried that the owner would blame me for the smell. They told me I can’t smoke on the balcony, yet refused to acknowledge that the entire condo reeks of smoke. Im a smoker and it was unbearable. Lesson: always check smell if you check in with doors/window wide open.

Property was in bad shape. Not cleaned to my standards. Bugs. Dirty floors. Shower head broken so showering was difficult and the water was not hot. Washing machine wasn’t working right and water spilled all over the patio. They look luxury but it’s not. Just nice amenities which aren’t all that

Was confusing and difficult to check in. I asked for 2 rooms on same floor to be close to our son and was told this was OK. The second room was 10 floors different and in another building.
