Reviewed Aug 18, 2026La posizione centrale dell'appartamento, a 2 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale e a 1 minuto a piedi dal supermercato e dal parcheggio. L'appartamento era pulito, spazioso e molto luminoso (vetrate enormi in tutto il salotto). L'aria condizionata e l'acqua calda erano perfettamente funzionanti. Bagno pulito e doccia spaziosa e pulita. Cucina moto attrezzata con macchina del caffè, bollitore e tostapane, tutto perfettamente pulito.
Mancanza di una lavatrice, camera da letto un po' piccola, poca privacy dalle finestre del salotto (sarebbe meglio avere delle tendine leggere per coprire la vista lasciando passare la luce). Comunque nessuno ti guarda in casa, nel palazzo di fronte sembrano esserci egli uffici. Il parcheggio nelle vicinanze troppo costoso (14€ al giorno). Non esistono parcheggi gratuiti.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026A wonderful nest in the heart of Roermond.....for a retreat or a pleasant romantic getaway. You can go down to the cafe, or you can cook dinner in the apartment - there are all the necessary devices, just like in a high-quality kitchen. It’s very clean, there are even umbrellas for the rainy Netherlands weather.. It feels like the guest here is treated like a good and kind friend, and not just a client. Not the first time here and I’ll be back again, I’m sure.

Wer sehr viel Wert auf Privatsphäre legt wird ggf ein Problem damit haben, dass die Toilette keine Tür hat...ist zwar nicht mitten im Raum, aber dennoch. Für uns kein Problem. Ausserdem ist die Wohnung direkt an einer Straße an der es, zumindest bei unserem Aufenthalt, noch Nachts recht laut zuging...Ohrenstöpsel haben hier geholfen. Trotzdem- wir würden wieder hier wohnen.

Reviewed May 9, 2026Hele leuke, schone studio op een geweldige locatie. Koffie en thee staat er om te pakken en zelfs 2 flesjes water. Zeer gastvrij! Host neemt zelf contact met je op hoe de sleutel in ontvangst te nemen. Communicatie is echt top! En ja het ligt in het centrum dus je hoort inderdaad wel eens wat, maar dit weet je van te voren.
Als ik dan 1 puntje zou moeten aangeven, zou een deur voor de wc wel fijn zijn, maar dit is dan ook echt het enige puntje. Verder was het gewoon top

Yes, and even better once you actually feel the atmosphere. - Was the host friendly and helpful? Yes, absolutely! Check-in and check-out via WhatsApp were super easy. - Was it clean and were you able to use all the amenities and kitchenware? Yes, it was sparkling clean, even 'tricky' items like the fridge and coffee machine were in perfect shape. - Would you like to move in permanently? Yes, right away! Where do I sign?

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Die Lage ist toll. Das Apartment ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine im Apartment.
Die Treppe im Apartment ist sehr steil und nicht für jedermann geeignet. Es gibt kein separates Badezimmer, sondern das Waschbecken und die Dusche befinden sich im Schlafzimmer.

Locatie is centrum dus weet dat de klokken van meerdere kerken in de buurt vanaf ‘s ochtends vroeg loeien (niet alleen het uur maar ook voor aanvang mis).

Reviewed Jan 25, 2026Thomas was the perfect host! Since I arrived in Roermond very early, he let me check in well ahead of time. I was also lucky that there were no guests expected after me, so I could still store my bags in the apartment after check out. The location is excellent, only 5 min away from the outlet and directly in the city center. The apartment was clean and had everything I could need to be comfortable. I also appreciated finding mineral water, tea bags and chocolates on the table :)
The only improvement area I would suggest is putting a door to the bathroom. I was alone so it didn’t bother me, but it could get uncomfortable if there are 2 people.

Reviewed Dec 14, 2025Die Wohnung liegt ideal, in wenigen Minuten ist man ebenso im Outlet wie auch in der schönen Altstadt mit vielen Gaststätten. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Zudem ist sie sehr gemütlich. Für uns war sogar kurz vor Weihnachten ein geschmückter Weihnachtsbaum aufgestellt. Morgens kann man fußläufig sehr gut im "Bagels&Beans" frühstücken. Parken kann man sehr günstig im Parkhaus am Kazerneplein. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Die große gläserne Eingangstür und die Fenster gingen direkt auf den Bürgersteig, man saß also auf dem Präsentierteller und konnte nachts nicht bedenkenlos ein Fenster auflassen.
