The most disgusting place I have ever stayed in In all of my life, even the service is bad the person who spoke to us also the one in charge was so rude for noI reason at all + we payed extra charge for cleaning and for towels and we didn’t find anything we had to literally bed the guy to bring us towels at 1 am in the morning My grandma fell because she got scared of the cockroaches

Le seul point positif sont les très grandes piscines qui sont magnifiques et surveillées par un maître-nageur, ce qui est rassurant. L’appartement est également très spacieux. Malheureusement, ces quelques qualités ne compensent pas les graves problèmes d’hygiène et d’organisation que nous avons rencontrés.

Nous sommes extrêmement déçus par notre séjour dans cet hébergement. Le premier problème concerne la propreté, qui était tout simplement catastrophique. Il était évident que le ménage avait été fait uniquement en surface. Nous avons retrouvé plusieurs gros cafards morts dans les chambres ainsi que dans la salle de bain, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. À notre arrivée, le papier toilette était mouillé et déjà positionné dans les toilettes comme s’il avait été laissé pour être utilisé, ce qui nous a donné une très mauvaise impression en matière d’hygiène. Nous avons également trouvé des couverts très sales alors qu’ils étaient rangés dans le placard, prêts à être utilisés. Cela témoigne d’un sérieux manque de contrôle sur le nettoyage de l’appartement. De plus, nous n’avions que deux serviettes de bain alors que nous étions plusieurs personnes. Nous avons donc dû nous débrouiller malgré ce manque évident. Cette accumulation de problèmes a rendu notre séjour très décevant et nous nous attendions à un niveau de propreté et de service bien supérieur. Enfin, pour le check-out, il nous a été demandé d’envoyer une vidéo complète de l’appartement avant notre départ. Nous avons trouvé cette demande particulièrement déplacée, surtout au vu de l’état de propreté dans lequel nous avons trouvé le logement à notre arrivée. Nous repartons avec une très mauvaise expérience et ne recommandons pas cet hébergement en l’état.

Beetje stoffig en in de keuken wat dingetjes die niet erg netjes waren. De wasbak erg onhandig naast de koelkast. Voor langer verblijf niet aan te raden.

We had some issues that should not occur, too much asking for obvious things like WiFi, towels, complementary cosmetics etc. It was just making our stay more complex than it should be.

Logement insalubre et totalement non conforme à l’annonce. La propreté laisse clairement à désirer, ce qui rend le séjour très désagréable. Plusieurs équipements ne fonctionnent pas, ce qui complique encore plus la situation. Dans la deuxième chambre, les volets sont défectueux : ils ne se baissent pas et ne se remontent pas, ce qui pose un vrai problème de confort et d’intimité. Le point le plus problématique reste l’absence totale de réactivité de l’hôte : aucun retour, aucune solution proposée malgré les problèmes signalés. Je déconseille fortement ce logement, surtout si vous recherchez un minimum de confort et de sérieux.

Everything was absolutely fabulous.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Mir haben die Ruhe, das natürliche Licht und die Tatsache gefallen, dass alles genauso war wie auf den Fotos. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und immer erreichbar für Fragen. Die Lage war ausgezeichnet.

It was a wonderful experience! The place is elegant and peaceful, with no nearby neighbors. We really enjoyed swimming in the pool, taking walks, and watching the sunset over the golf grass. The only small inconvenience was the sound of planes taking off, but aside from that, everything was perfect. The best part is that if you have a car, the house is less than 5 minutes from the city center. I truly loved this place and will definitely come back again soon!

Excellent appartement, l'accueil de M. Ayoub était excellent. Quelques remarques méritent d'être adressées aux propriétaires : * L'absence d'évacuation dans le hall de la salle de bain pour évacuer l'eau coincée à l'extérieur de la douche. * Un balai à franges serait nécessaire.

Everywhere we went was just 10-15 mins by cab. The staff was lovely. The view from the sitting room in the balcony was gorgeous.

Maybe there could have been more utensils in the kitchen however host did provide some from other apartment

I recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful experience. The space was clean. The location was also good, although you will need to take a taxi to reach the center of town. Despite this, it's still convenient for those who prefer a quieter area while being close to the main attractions. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a place to stay away from the centre.

I recently stayed at this property and had a generally positive experience, but there were a few issues that need addressing. The property was clean, and the location was good, although a taxi was needed to get to the town centre or renting a car would be needed. However, there were a few drawbacks that impacted our stay. The water in the shower didn't stay in the tray, causing it to spill onto the floor and make it soaking wet, which was inconvenient when showering. Additionally, the bunk beds were held together with sellotape, which made us feel unsafe using them. As a result, the children ended up sleeping beside the adults in the double beds. We also encountered a safety issue in the kitchen – some of the cabinets were broken, and one of them fell on my daughter’s foot because it wasn't properly secured. It was just displayed without being screwed in, which could have been dangerous. While the property had potential, these safety and maintenance concerns definitely need attention.

Location for airport, access to city was good. Swimming pool is large and clean and lots of sun loungers. Nice contemporary feel to the decor and 2 bathrooms. Views over the pool.

Some minor maintenance needs completing eg broken patio sofa, shower door sticks, electric socket near bed. Could’ve done with some coffee / tea bags in kitchen.

Easy to find and very clear check in instructions. Host was very communicative on WhatsApp and via booking.com. the apartment is well located and easy to get to attractions around Marrakech. There are facilities such as a pool to enjoy. It is spacious and has everything you need.

The property is a little tired and could do with some tlc. There are handles falling off from doors, the patio door is hard to close and cannot lock (we used the shutters to lock) and there could be better attention to detail with cleaning but it was more than ok for a night before the airport.
