el depto es muy cómodo, muy bien ubicado

Alojamiento muy bien ubicado, edificio muy bien ubicado cerca de comercio y comida rápida . También muy cerca de plazas y el casino para tomar un trago o un café.

Todo estaba bien . No tengo opinión negativa alguna.

Cada dormitorio tenía su propio baño al interior de cada pieza.

Me dieron un juego de llaves que no servía. Mucho ruido exterior. Para quien no esté acostumbrado es imposible dormir. A la cocina le faltaba implementación, no había paila para huevos por ejemplo, y la puerta del hono no se podía abrir. LO MAS IMPORTANTE, nos pidieron irnos a las 10:30 cuando el estandar es a las 12:00.

The location is close to the center, close to the main attractions of the city. The landlady is nice and friendly. She is helpful and she can deal with people who don't speak Spanish as she will use her phone to help as much as possible. The place is great for a couple with kids as there are two bedrooms with their own bathrooms.

As the location is close to the city center, where traffic is heavy, parking on the property is not easy. More power outlets in the bedrooms would be better.

Nothing, it was filthy, smelly, sticky, worn down, disgusting.

Run down, bad smelling, old frying greas on anything you touch, dust, mould on the ceilings, worn out polyester bedding, blankets (size of throws) remembering WW1, no USB outlets, old beds, dirty windows marked with birds feaces. The owner tried to play an dishonest game with us. She was pushing us to cancel the stay, so we would pay only $120 cancelation fee. But first she made sure to have her $240 in cash in hand. We called the Customers Care help line, and the agent spoke to the owner in Spanish. We were not deceived, thank you CC. This place should not be offered by Booking.com at all because it is below standards. It undermines the website's credibility. Maybe 2-3 years ago it was clean, but now it is disgusting. Does anybody ever verify the opinions? Now it is rated over 8 stars and "very good"! We stayed 2 nights, it was very, very bad. I will ask Booking for a partial refund or credits for future purchases.

Very Secure building. Great location to walk everywhere. Friendly staff, although they spoke no English. Lovely views from windows. We only used fridge in kitchen.

Apartment was above a road with extreme noise and honking horns all night. Could not sleep for the 3 nights. Bathroom toilets did not flush thoroughly. Beds were very hard.
