Nice place , calm , peaceful , good energy , accessible . Good staff.

Cold unit , worn out furniture , bad window insulation , no heating , degraded pool , breakfast quantity is not enough and when you ask for more (things that cost around $3), you find the staff surprised and disappointed .

Location is calm and nice for relaxing. Staff were very helpfull specially Mr. Ahmed as he helped us to find best places to visit in the town.

Hot A/C was not working properly. water was not available sometimes. water heaters need to be checked to make the water hoter. No enough secured parking area

Due to the electricity problem of the facility, we could not stay even though we had a long journey and we were victims. We only had to wait an hour for the problem to be resolved and then leave the facility

The staff were generally nice, responsive, and helpful. The rooms had a great view.

The property was generally dirty: the pool, the floors, balcony, etc. We had three rooms and experienced the same thing in all three. Our rooms were supposed to be stocked with sugar and tea which were not there. One of the rooms' toilet was not flushing. Since we were unable to use the pool, which was the reason we went there in the first place, we paid the overpriced fee for access to the adjacent waterpark just to discover that it was also filthy.

The staff was amazing. From the owner of the hotel to everyone on his team, they are really committed to making your stay as good as possible. We also did the safari with them and traveled around the city with their tuc tuc-driver. Every experience was perfect.

The hotel is not that close to Tunis village and you need a tuc tuc to get there.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff - Mohammed helped us get around the local area and was accommodating for our specific needs. I’d recommend this place for anyone in the area

The staff is very helpful. The food is delicious.They organized our Wadi Hitan jeep tour with a professional guide.

Parking so tiny, grasse area need small footpath cos the soil was stick the shoes when we were walk and make the room dirty from it.

The hotel has a nice style of building, good location near lake Qarun and good pool. The outdoor areas and roof terrace looked like they could have been great (but felt totally neglected). Khalid on reception and Salah in the restaurant were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel arranged a desert day trip for us at a reasonable cost and with less than 24 hours notice and sent us off with a packed breakfast.

The hotel was undergoing a lot of construction, likely for the coming winter season. The restaurant wasn’t really a restaurant - no menu, everything covered in building dust - but did do a passable dinner and breakfast. The family room was very tired. Everything in the bathroom leaked, there was no hot water, the bedroom sloped towards the middle and the sofa bed was completely broken. The main issue appeared to be a lack of staff: It took 90 minutes to get camp beds set up for the kids (in place of the sofa bed) and when we went to bed we found there was no sheet on our bed either. It was hard to get towels for the pool and almost impossible to get a soft drink. The hotel is unfortunately located next to a small but particularly noisy water park. I was forced to move my car from in front of the water park to in front of the hotel entrance - only to find the next morning that it had been scraped down the side - presumably by a careless worker.

The design of the accomodation was lovely with curved roofs and tasteful decor. The pool was lovely. We had breakfast and dinner which both offered excellent local cuisine.

The main restaurant is a bit dilapidated and the water kept going off/was being turned off. The power fluctuated. It isn't near to the village and although it was easy to get a tuc tuc into the village it was trickier to find one to take us back

Egyptian style breakfast on terrace. We got one room upgraded to a luxurious spacious suite. There is a nice swimmingpool. The managment is helpful to organize trips.

The was no wifi at the moment. The pizza from the local fastfood was not tasty.

We were upgraded without even asking, which was really appreciated. The suite was super spacious, with two balconies, and would be ideal for two couples or a family.

Food service (breakfast) could be a little more customer-oriented,.ie. staff more attentive and ready to serve breakfast on time.

Everything was perfect! Very clean rooms & comfortable. Nice location ❤️

Nice hotel , very friendly staff they helped us to organise safari trip and karon lake boat trip. Breakfast was also nice. The room is cozy , clean, and Furniture is new.
