The bathroom is separate in the rooms

I like that the staff are all very helful and would go beyond to assist us..

The location is a bit far and not really good especially during the bad weather because the location of of the property gets flooded. However, it's i believe a really good place to stay during summer days..

Cozy and generally, clean. Kitchen and cooking amenities.

The toiltet has a weird smell. Could probably be from the water. The shower and bidet pressure is weak. The shower head, most importantly, needs to be changed . No mirror in the bathroom lavatory. Toilet door knob is also broken and cannot be closed shut from the outside. It can only be closed shut from the inside with a barrel bolt. Plenty of ants in some places. Room TV is a bit old and can be very slow and lagging at times. Loud carpentry noise at the front of the property especially in the morning to noon.

The place is instagrammable and cozy. There is an available parking area. Internet connection is very good.

Comfortable and spacious room with its own toilet/bathroom. Location was slightly out of the way but reasonably accessible enough to get public transport at Balabago road outside.

The air conditioner was visibly dirty and should have been cleaned more regularly. One of the towels provided had some stains and I didn't use that one. There was no mirror in the bathroom which I found odd.

The property is located in a slightly off-tracked location with very little amenities nearby. The house is aesthetically designed but has serious functionality issues.

Many things are not maintained properly, from the shower knob to air-conditioner! The property in its current condition can not be considered congenial for a comfortable living.

I got this property away from city to experience a homely life. Our group likes staying in the balcony at night.

A bit of dusty but the lady took care of it and clean our room. The stairs, it’s a bit steep. Not friendly to old folks.

there is only one toilet for sharing. if you have a kid who needs to pee right away, they will have to wait. so these little inconveniences need to be managed

We really like the option that we can cook. Saves us money.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Pallet Homes, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. The place was absolutely lovely. It truly felt like a home away from home. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive.

The facility was clean and quiet, and the staff were helpful. The availability of basic cooking facilities was also appreciated. There was good water pressure in the shower, and the water heater works very well. For the price they ask, it's well worth what you pay.

There could have been some snack items for sale, like chips, peanuts, crackers, cold drinks, etc. But the good thing is that there are food delivery services available online, so it's not a major issue.

Everything from the staff to the room. Rude staff. No one ever bothered to ask us if we need anything or offered any help. When we arrived, it was like no one was expecting us. No one was at the lobby of the home. No one greeted us. We had to go to the other house and ask about our booking. We stayed for 7 days, no one offered a change of sheets. It was a family room but only had 1 small blanket. When we asked for another one, we were charged 100. During the 7 day stay, we found numerous insects inside the room. The water in the bathroom tasted like rust and we had trouble brushing our teeth or even taking a shower. There was a blackout on our second to the last night, and no one even bothered to check in on us. Never booking with this home again. Don't be fooled by the other reviews like us!

Nice place

Great place, staff was very accommodating. We had no problems checking in and out.

The number of pax advertised cannot accommodate the actual number of people staying. We had booked a large group, one of which was a group of 4, and the room only had 2 beds and 1 foam, which could not fit all. Also, the air conditioning units in the rooms were a bit weak and could not get the room cold enough to get comfortable. There was also a lack of sockets in the rooms.

Has aircon in each rooms. Clean place. Family friendly. Has free parking. Very aesthetic. Friendly and accommodating owner. We enjoyed the breakfast, too. Thank you for the free daing/dilis.

Perfect location for long stay family gatherings. It is very convenient to find stores even late in the night. Accessible to public transport. The staff were accomodating & helpful to give suggestions where good places to explore. They are very understanding & considerate that we could accept relatives & friends visit. The facilities were perfect and a cosy place to stay and relax. Very recommendable.

Water drainage was not working well. After the shower, you have to wait so long until the water went down.
