Great value for the price. Close to city. Parking just infront. You can cook, Washing machine there,...

There can be some improvement in the bathroom. Heating can be improved. But these are just suggestions for improvement. I was very satisfied!

Sehr nette Wohnung in Frederica Erritsø. Sehr geräumig. 2 Zimmer, Essküche und Badezimmer. Nahe an den beiden Brücken und der Autobahn. Gratis Parkplatz. Gute Ausstattung mit 2 Fernsehern, Küchenzubehör, W- Lan. Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe. Gerne wieder.

Der stank muggent i hele lejligheden og i stuen med sofaen var der skimmelsvamp i vinduet, badeværelset kom vandet ud over det hele når man har været i bad, håndklæder fandt jeg i et skab i soveværelset og de var fugtige, der var meget koldt i lejligheden, det virker som om man spare på varmen, så lejligheden tager skade, jeg brugte ikke stuen for det gjorde ondt i hals og hovedet at være i rummet,den kaffe maskine der er på billedet af køkken er der ikke mere. Billederne er fra vinduet i stuen.

Fint sted, med alt, hvad der er brug for i et hjem. Boligen ligger tæt på Snoghøj Højskole. Prisen er billigere end på hotel. Boligen ligge dejlig privat og ugenert. Godt der står, der er 19° (Så jeg tog dyne og varmedunk med.)

Ingen sengelampe, men iøvrigt masser af lamper. Lidt tynd toiletbræt.

Absolutely no heating. It was really cold..... No curtains, the lights of the traffic is coming in. But it is a minor thing the really bad was the cold.

Dårligt badeværelse, dør der binder. Mørkt og dårligt indrettet med gamle møbler. For mange havenisser, og for lidt comfort.

Keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Fön, Waschmaschine ohne Funktion, Badezimmer ist unter Wasser wenn man duscht, im Bad läuft das Wasser im Waschbecken nicht ab, die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist veraltet

Sypialnia druga bez otwieranego okna tylko z witryna wiec bardzo duszno, a lazienka z przechodnim prysznicem, wogole bez okna, z toaleta na samym koncu w rogu. Widac ze robione na sile, zeby sie nazywalo ze jest lazienka.

Apartamentul foarte spațios și toate necesitățile de care ai nevoie.

Curățenia lasă de dorit. Miros foarte urit in camere. Aerisirea lipsește.

Umidità e forte odore di umido persistente nella casa, in particolare nel lato dov'era posizionato il divano e si accede a al bagno: c'era una sola finestra sigillata e non apribile. È necessaria la presenza di un deumidificatore. Ho pernottato solo per una notte di passaggio, altrimenti restare più giorni sarebbe stato problematico.

The self check-in

We were with four, but found only bedding for three. The owner did say to arrange it, but nothing happened and we could not reach him. He did not respond for our request for a refund. I would have appreciated if he would have been candid and offered cancellation, then we could have chosen another hotel sooner, before the kids were asleep. Still waiting for the refund. The apartment is basic, with no darkening curtains in the main bedroom, moist stains, mold on the wall and a bathroom where water stays on the floor. The sofa bed is very old. The rooms cannot be heated enough.

The location near the highway was perfect for our 1-night stop on our way back home to Netherlands. You’re literally on the highway within 1 minute. The bed was very comfortable and clean! Free parking in front of the apartment and easy check-in.

Yes, the traffic can be heard a bit and yes, the shower overflows into the bathroom. But for the price paid these downsides are negligible and we are very happy with our stay!

Perfect location for sight seeing in Denmark (I can recommend the nearby Dear Park and Legoland), Lidl nearby and washing machine in the appartment.

The flat was really clean. The owners very nice and helpful . The location is perfect. Close to water and the shops. The front yard was nicely decorated. Full equipment including a very nice coffee machine. Even cosmetics and spices for the kitchen.

The smell of the flat ..It was really damp. Every single piece of equipment has this smell.I still have it on my T-shirt . Besides. The bed in the living space is a nightmare. I felt every single wooden part of it on my back. It shouldn't be used any more. Some other problems will be visible in the pictures.

Its the toilet seat that was broken but otherwise its a very good house, maybe the sound like its near the Road ,

- The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 people. The description indicated it could accommodate 4 people (2 on the bed and 2 on the sofa). However, the sofa was small and uncomfortable, and two people could not fit on it. As a result, three of us had to sleep on one bed, and one person slept on the sofa. This was a real challenge for us. - The host did not provide instructions for accessing the Wi-Fi. We were without Internet. - The bedding smelled strongly of detergent and was not ironed. - The stomping from above stopped by 10 PM. This isn't a flaw since the host warned about it in the message, but it was very loud.

Everything was clean, surprisingly well equipped, kitchen with all possible equipment, for example even with spices and also with cosmetics in the bathroom. I was in many apartments during my life, but this is really exceptional. Also the garden is beautiful, even if its located on the street, the fence and the flowers don't let you notice it. In the garden there was so many toys and kids really enjoy it. Great apartment, every recomendation.

Since we was four, I slept on the sofa in Living room, but that was so it was very hard and uncomfortable. I think if the apartment accept bookings for 4 persons, that sleeping object had to be much better. This is just a well-intentioned suggestion, because I want to come back again.

The house is much more than 5 stars. Very clean, pleasant to stay, has everything you need. I strongly recommend ! I want to specifically point out that this is not true about the noise, it is not a problem at all.
