Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία ,προσεγμένο στη λεπτομέρεια ξενοδοχείο και πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο .Πάρα πολύ καλή ιδιωτική παραλία για μπάνιο απάνεμη και τέλεια οργανωμένη!Ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό .

Θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει κάπου στην βεράντα κάτι για να μπορείς να απλώσεις τα μαγιό .Επισης υπάρχει μικρό πρόβλημα με τους αποθηκευτικούς χώρους στο δωμάτιο που δεν είναι επαρκείς .

Am amazing breakfast buffet, with plenty of a la carte options.

We didn't fully take advantage of the spa or gym, but we used the time to really relax and the staff were excellent.

The buffet wa excellent as well as the service. A la cart offers were very tasty .

Since it was the begining of the season the yoga classes were only teice a week. Now that I see it on social media the fitness classes have variety. I wish they implemented the same offers as of June.

Beautiful property. Rooms and balconies all feel very private. Very comfortable beds. Beautiful beach and lovely pool ( very few chairs however to sit at pool- plenty at beach). Good variety buffet breakfast. Close to Tinos town for restaurants and to get to the ferry.

I spoke to a few different guests about this and everyone was appalled at the Club Sandwich being served at the beach bar. It is essentially SPAM instead of any recognisable form of chicken which is absolutely appalling for a hotel of this level. Other than the buffet at breakfast the food in general that we had for dinner was actually awful and I’m not sure why this is but I do think it needs to be addressed. We also did not have any sort of information provided at check-in were simply directed to the beach as we were early with no offer of a welcome drink, advice on how to use the indoor pool or really any other sort of general information. Also it’s worth noting for couples looking for a quiet stay- there is a LOT of young children that come with their families from Athens Friday , Saturday and Sunday so you might want to look into booking this during weekday and not a weekend if you’re looking for quiet as you will absolutely not have any peace at the beach. Also the AC seemed to keep turning off on its own throughout the night which made our sleep quite broken while we addressed it.

We had a couple of sandwiches lunches and an evening room service meal and the food was consistently poor. Especially for a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is beautifully designed and enjoys stunning views across the Aegean. The room itself was stylish, spacious and well presented, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were always polite and friendly, and the atmosphere around the property felt very luxurious. The staff who interacted with our daughter were absolutely wonderful. They completely doted on her and made her feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The beach staff, in particular, were exceptional. Their warmth and kindness towards her became one of the highlights of our holiday, and it's something we'll remember very fondly.

Unfortunately, our stay was let down by several significant issues. Our room was only accessible via an external flight of stairs, despite booking a room category described as having accessible rooms. Travelling with a toddler and a pram made this extremely inconvenient. I appreciate that Tinos is famous for the Meltemi winds, so I wasn't expecting calm conditions. The problem wasn't the weather itself but the design of the hotel. Our upper-floor room had its entrance door facing directly into the prevailing wind, with no corridor or windbreak. That meant every gust hit the door full force, making it difficult to open and close, creating constant noise overnight, and even causing the door to blow open unexpectedly. It felt like a design flaw rather than simply bad weather. The pool area was also too exposed for the parasols to be used, leaving almost no shade during the day. Service at the bar was also disappointing. On one occasion I sat with an empty glass for around 30 minutes, trying to catch someone's attention. Nobody looked over to make eye contact, let alone came over to ask whether I'd like another drink. It felt out of keeping with the otherwise high standard of the hotel. What disappointed us most, however, was how these issues were handled. We were told the hotel would see whether we could be moved and that we could discuss an upgrade if another room became available, but nobody came back to us. When we followed up, we were told no rooms had ever been available, despite a suitable room appearing on the hotel's own website at the time and subsequently being occupied by another guest. That left us feeling that our concerns hadn't been taken seriously.

Amazing hotel, view and facilities

Localisation spectaculaire. Plage privatisée pour un hôtel de 77 chambres. Le design est extraordinaire et la vue splendide. Le personnel est très gentil et répond à toutes questions.le petit déjeuner est très bien! Il s’agit d’un vrai 5 étoiles qu’on a pu profiter en période low season. Le massage et le service de wellness a été très professionnel. A 14 minutes de la ville principale de Tinos, ce hotel semble un petit paradis

C’est difficile à trouver des points négatives mais je vais signaler simplement la manque de linges pour aller à une plage en dehors de l’hôtel (à la plage de l’hôtel il y a des linges). La musique(p.ex à la plage) se répète très souvent. Il y avait pas de possibilité de prendre une douche après le check out dans le spa, mais seulement dans la douche de la plage. Cet île est connu d’avoir beaucoup de vent, donc je recommande des bouchons d’oreilles pour dormir.

Die Organisation/Absprache beim Servicepersonal ist noch ausbaufähig. Teilweise wartet man zu lange,bis Teller abgeräumt werden oder Wasser nachgefüllt wird (was man leider nicht selbst machen kann und keinen Überblick hat,wo sich die eigene Flasche befindet).

The hotel was absolutely outstanding. I will definitely be coming back. The Jeep Experience was incredible, taking us to places we simply wouldn’t have reached, even with a rental car. Our driver was extremely kind, professional, and attentive throughout the tour. The atmosphere is perfect for relaxing, and the architecture is truly spectacular. Overall, I would give it a 10/10, an unforgettable experience.

We hadden een geweldig verblijf in Odera op Tinos. Tinos is een prachtig eiland en de ligging van het hotel is werkelijk uitstekend. De architectuur is indrukwekkend en perfect geïntegreerd in de omgeving. De kamers zijn stijlvol, comfortabel en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Ook het ontbijt is van uitzonderlijke kwaliteit, met een ruime keuze aan heerlijke producten. Kortom, het was een fantastische ervaring en we kijken er nu al naar uit om terug te keren.

Het enige wat we niet hadden verwacht, was het grote aantal kinderen tijdens het verlengde weekend van Pinksteren. Uiteindelijk viel dat echter goed mee. Na het weekend verbleven er voornamelijk volwassenen in het hotel, wat voor ons nog beter aansloot bij de rustige en verfijnde sfeer die het hotel uitstraalt.

Magnifique hôtel parfaitement intégré au paysage de Tinos, avec une architecture élégante, une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer Égée et de très belles chambres. L'atmosphère est calme et raffinée, la piscine principale superbe et le restaurant offre un cadre remarquable. L'établissement demeure sans doute la plus belle adresse de l'île pour un séjour haut de gamme.

Le service n'était malheureusement pas au niveau attendu pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Les matinées étaient souvent désorganisées, avec des temps d'attente excessifs pour obtenir une carte ou simplement commander un café. Plusieurs détails ont également donné l'impression d'un établissement encore en rodage en début de saison : repas parfois servis tièdes, demande liée à un anniversaire oubliée malgré plusieurs rappels, suivi inexistant d'une requête formulée avant l'arrivée, personnel technique régulièrement présent devant notre accès à la piscine privée et certaines interactions de service parfois trop intrusives. Rien de rédhibitoire, mais un ensemble de petites déceptions qui contrastent avec l'excellence du lieu et avec l'expérience plus aboutie que nous avions connue lors d'un précédent séjour.

The welcoming from the ladies at the reception was not very good, even though they were polite. There was no tour of the hotel or a description of the facilities that they offer. They also forgot to bring our luggage when we were waiting in our room for them. At the restaurants there was no Tinian local food variety. Also, the nosti menu needs a bigger variety in terms of beach snacks.

Leider schlecht war das Personal, das offenbar vom Hotel Manager keinerlei Schulung erhalten hat. Vielleicht weiss er nicht, wie man ein Hotel führt?

Roads are poor. Very dangerous turn onto hotel road. Needs to be upgraded right away.

Beautiful architecture, building and location

No evidence of any management or leadership. Staff poorly trained. Wine list non existent TAXI TO AND FROM HOTEL FOR SHORT TRIP 60 EURO!

Η τοποθεσια αριστη. Το απλο δωματιο πολυ μικρο. Πληρωσα τα επιπλεον χρηματα για να με μεταφερουν σε junior suite. Η παραλια καταπληκτικη.

Το προσωπικο ειναι πολυ ευγενικο αλλα εχει απειρια.

We had an amazing holiday and really enjoyed our time at Odera! The staff was super friendly and helpful and did try to make our holiday a wonderful memory. The hotel is in a quiet bay with a great private beach that has nice beach restaurant as well. The beach is very clean and kept in top shape. The hotel impressed with its location and views but also the style. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need. Food is amazing! We would come any time again and would recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a luxury relaxing experience in great surroundings.

Everything, from the room and breakfast to the spa, restaurant, and staff was spot on and made our stay truly enjoyable!

Struttura nuova molto bella. Camera grande, un bellissimo bagno con doccia vista mare ed accesso alla piscina privata. Mare bellissimo e molto adatto ai bambini.

Il posto è bellissimo, forse su una delle spiagge più belle di Tinos. Consiglio come tipologia di camera la junior suite con piccola private pool (serie delle camere che iniziano con il 2xx). Ottima colazione, ottimo il ristorante sulla spiaggia e il ristorante della sera, anche se in zona ci sono ottimi ristoranti raggiungibili in taxi o affittando l'auto.

Piccole cose da migliorare: porta della doccia che fa passare l'acqua e allaga un po' il bagno; aggiungerei qualche attaccapanni in bagno, magari sopra il sedile del box doccia, per avere gli accappatoi a portata di mano; toilette e doccia della spiaggia da tenere più puliti e più puliti i lettini da spiaggia.

Posizione fantastica. Vista bellissima. Spiaggia privata molto bella e comoda

The hotel is beautiful and the food is amazing. The beds are super comfy and the view is gorgeous

The staff were lovely however fell short of the standard this hotel needs. Plates were never cleared when eating. Housekeeping were intrusive even though I had a do not disturb sign up. Other patrons restaurant bills were on my hotel bill. There seems to be a lot of unorganisation or refinement within the hotel. Once they iron out these issues this hotel will be 10/10.

Εξαιρετικό τοπίο, το καλύτερο πράγμα σε σχέση μ΄αυτό το ξενοδοχείο είναι η τοποθεσία του και η θέα από παντού. Άριστο design και styling, υψηλού επιπέδου γούστο που περιλάμβανε και τηνιακά στοιχεία όπως πολύ μάρμαρο πολύ πέτρα κεραμικά λιτές γραμμές οργανικά υφάσματα. Η παραλία πανέμορφη. Άχτιστη παρθένα αιγαιοπελαγίτικη γη ξερολιθιές και αγριοκάτσικα στις πλευρές, υπέροχη ηρεμία. Το φαγητό σε όλα τα σημεία του ξενοδοχείου απ΄το πρωινό ως την παραλία και το εστιατόριο ποιοτικό και νόστιμο. Ο ορισμός του infinity pool, η πισίνα απλά μαγική. Η γενική αίσθηση του χώρου υπέροχη.

Το service! Απέχει πολύ από πεντάστερο ξενοδοχείο, πρόβλημα στο επίπεδο εμπειρίας ετοιμότητας αμεσότητας ευγένειας και κυρίως ΦΙΛΟΞΕΝΙΑΣ σχεδόν παντού. Κανείς δεν χαμογελά, κάποιοι είναι σχεδόν με μούτρα. Μέγα πρόβλημα η ρεσεψιόν που πρέπει να τα συντονίζει όλα. Μέγα πρόβλημα το houkeeping, στο δωμάτιο πάντα έλλειπε κάτι, ποτέ δεν φτιάχθηκε με ίδιο τρόπο στις 5 μας μέρες εκεί. Και πρόβλημα καθαριότητας στην παραλία. Νομίζω ακατάλληλο προσωπικό σε πολλές θέσεις, κρίμα ελπίζουμε να διορθωθούν αυτά σύντομα, ο Γενικός Δ/ντής φαίνεται να ανέλαβε πρόσφατα, να γνωρίζει τι γίνεται και είμαι σίγουρη ότι θα τα αλλάξει γιατί αυτό το ξενοδοχείο μπορεί να γίνει απ΄τα καλύτερα της Ελλάδας.

We stayed at Odera for three days at the start of our honeymoon and had the best time. We were upgraded to a suite with a private pool, which was absolutely incredible. The food was delicious and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. The private beach is also amazing, with great service. Hope to come back some day!

Beaucoup de choses. La beauté globale du complexe, à la fois récent et parfaitement intégré, avec un goût remarquable dans la décoration. Le restaurant Eos, qui se distingue des établissements similaires en proposant une cuisine locale généreuse, subtilement revisitée, et d’une grande finesse. La sympathie du personnel, toujours attentionné. La plage privative, superbe, avec un bar-restaurant de grande qualité. Les piscines attenantes aux chambres offrent un luxe rare et une vue imprenable. Les soins du spa, également, sont à souligner. Un séjour éblouissant dans l’ensemble, avec l’envie claire de revenir.

S’il fallait mentionner deux points : le sable de la plage, entre terre battue et sable classique, n’est pas idéal, même s’il s’inscrit dans l’environnement naturel du site. Et la salle de sport, qui mériterait d’être un peu plus équipée.

L’établissement est complet, calme, reposant, neuf !

L’hôtel est récent alors les équipes sont en train de se mettre en place, certains manquement ont vite été rattrapé par le super manager de l’hôtel sur des offres commerciales.
