The condo was nit cleaned. Sofa, bed pad and shuts, pillows ask had stains and dirty. The condo smelled very moldy. Smell was from under the sink. The Air conditioner condensers were covered in dried pigeon poop and there was a nest. There was no hot water adter the first 2 days, the vent fan in the half bath was falling down, some days the smell of sewage was overpowering, there was hair in the fridge, hair on the cheese grater, hair on the stove, the smell of mold in the kitchen was so bad masks had to be worn to sleep, mold in the bathroom that wasn't cleaned properly. The condo was nicely decorated but not clean. The manager was responsive but didn't resolve any concern. This is owner managed. Terrible.

We loved that it had a pool and gym, and it was close to everything for site seeing, to restaurants, and close to our family.

The apartment was in excellent condition and had all the household appliances, equipment and supplies that were in working order and met my and my wife's needs. Morever, the Soha Suites is situated in a safe and convenient location that makes it ideal for any foreign traveler in Santiago. I appreciated the close attention to detail and superb accomodations!

Location was alright, there's a mall right beside and a couple of places to eat are within a 15-20 min walk. Security is really friendly. The place was clean and not cluttered, decent closet space and storage.

No hot water in any of the sinks or vanities, only the shower had hot water, they had physically turned off the valves. Power would go out if it rained hard. The Internet died a couple of times and I had to wait for the service provider to fix it. Facing street with a school/event hall that has events and music until very late at night. Neighbors have chickens and roosters which will wake you up at 430 AM Rules say to use only their tv subscription and not to add any (Netflix etc) but their two TVs have nothing, they are useless, you can't even connect a laptop to it so that you can watch something. No cable TV or any local channels either. Only gave me 1 roll of toilet paper for 14 days, asked me to buy a pack for the house and leave some. Shower leaks and sprays water everywhere at the connector. The dining table is falling apart, you cannot lean on it or it will topple over the glass too since it's not affixed to anything When I left, they kept trying to message me claiming I took items from the house like 1 placemat as an example. The pool was dirty and didn't look like it's maintained daily attempted multiple times to go up "Working space" is just a dining table that is not comfortable to sit at for longer than 20 minutes. You have to walk down two floors to throw trash out.
