Reviewed Apr 7, 2026Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Unsere Reise war geschäftlich, daher waren wir von früh morgens bis abends abwesend. Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde nicht nur (auf unseren Wunsch) eine halbe Stunde vorher bereitet, sondern war auch mit Sorgfalt angerichtet, abwechslungsreich und für jeden etwas dabei. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt und idyllisch. Gern kommen wir wieder.

Un petit bémol concernant le pommeau de notre douche, nous l'avons signalé et le problème devrait être réglé...

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Personnel chaleureux, lit très confortable, propre. Jolie vue sur le jardin et les montagnes, très calme. Déco originale de la chambre. Petit déjeuner copieux, varié, local. Il nous a manqué un frigo dans la chambre pour tenir au frais les courses que nous avions et nous sommes arrivés trop tard pour demander une petite place dans un autre frigo. Mais ce n'est pas de leur faute.

Die Preis für das Zimmer scheint uns hoch zu sein

Bij aankomst werd gezegd dat we die avond mee moesten doen met het 4 gangen verrassingsmenu. Prijs Zw frs 89 pp + Zw frs 15 pp voor kaas. Excl wijn. Verstond een ander bedrag. Het eten was wel heel goed.

Nous avons aussi trouvé des produits fait maison et des confitures que nous avons pu goûter avant de les acheter. L'accueil était très chaleureux et nous recommandons vraiment de séjourner dans cet établissement. Chambres joliment décorées et literie très confortable.

Das 4-Gäne-Menu am Abend war sterneverdächtig gut und stand in einem sehr guten Preisleistungsverhältnis. Auch der gastronomische Außenbereich war sehr nett gestaltet.

Was quite far from our starting point of the TMB and required an expensive taxi ride since we travelled without a car. Restaurant was closed the night we stayed at the hotel.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2023Beautiful large room and a massive bathroom. We only came across this hotel by chance and are really glad we did. They provided secure storage for our two bicycles. The breakfast was great as well. There was a fan in the room to help with the unseasonal warm weather, and the large windows let alot of cool air in. The host are absolutely fab, this is a 'must' place to stay if you are in the area.

The room was comfortable, large and airy with great views and all the amenities we needed. We were incredibly well looked after and my own highlight was sitting in the beautiful covered garden area with a glass of wine after a long day. A perfect stay!

Abends kann man auf Vorbestellung sich von einem equisiten 4-Gänge Menü verwöhnen lassen. Wir haben uns noch nie so gut aufgehoben gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

It became clear that every aspect had been carefully considered, from the decor, the background music in the dining room, the beautifully decorated eggs for breakfast (a nice touch) to the impeccable presentation of the gourmet meal. The presentation was matched by the flavours - an outstanding, truly memorable meal.
