it was a bed and breakfast !!!!!! highly don't recommend if you like having privacy your going to have to just leave into town

the accomadation was a very pleasant one, clean and quiet. The host was also very nice and made you feel welcomed and homely. The location was convenient not far to shopping and other attractions.

Ms Lily and her staff were lovely. This was a home away from home. Breakfast was true Jamaican style which is what I wanted and everything was very tasty 😋.

The hot water in the shower could have been a little hotter.

This property is in a perfect location. The host are excellent. If you are going to offer holiday accommodation this place is a great blue print of how it should be done. I will be back again, love it there.

I absolutely loved our stay! Lili was an extremely attentive and helpful host and assisted us with everything we needed. The accommodation also really surprised me, especially because of how clean everything was — extremely clean, organized, and very well maintained. We truly felt at home. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The property definitely deserves all the great reviews and exceeded my expectations even more than I imagined.

Honestly, we didn’t have any negative points. Our experience was excellent from beginning to end, and we felt very well taken care of.

The wifi was faulty. I had to tether from my phone to do anything on the internet. The manager tried to fix it by chaining wifi extenders all over -- get some ethernet cable and fix it right please.

Our stay with Lilly and Dudley was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with such genuine warmth, kindness, and hospitality that we instantly felt at home. Although we only stayed for two days, they made such a lasting impression on us. Their guest house was comfortable, peaceful, and had everything we needed, but it was the love and care they showed us that made our stay truly special. They treated us like family rather than guests, and that is something you don’t come across every day. Thank you, Lilly and Dudley, for opening your home and your hearts to us. We left with beautiful memories and so much gratitude. We will definitely be returning the next time we’re in Montego Bay, and we wholeheartedly recommend your guest house to anyone looking for a place that feels like a home away from home. The hosts, Dudley and Lily were very sweet and kind and made me feel at home. I felt very comfortable staying here as a solo female traveler.

The staff was very friendly, they cleaned rooms everyday, the breakfast was good. No complaints at all, they even borrow you the beach towel.

We loved the location Our room was clean and lots of space. The host was hard working and very welcoming. Also very helpful from start to finish

Breakfast was exceptional in Choice, quantity and was very tasty. Served on the Verandah with a cool sea wind blowing and with the good company of the hosts, and other guests it was a moment for the memories

Cant think of Anything though I had a puncture on the road on my way to the apartment. (had nothing to do with the accomodation though). The host, being the exceptional hosts they are, actually repaired the Tyre, using his stuff and at no cost.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Hosts were very hospitable and gracious to us re changes in arrival time. Breakfast was great!

We arrived late to the property and Lilly was there to greet us and show us to our room. Lilly even took us to a local food place to get dinner after a late flight. A wonderful host alongside her husband Dudley. We were travelling as a family of 4, the room was very comfortable, clean and spacious for us all. We enjoyed a morning using the pool and coffee on the porch. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.

I had the most incredible stay. Lilly and Dudley are truly amazing - so caring and welcoming, they made me feel completely at home. I genuinely enjoyed every moment there. Lilly is an exceptional cook, and her breakfast is something you definitely shouldn’t miss. If you’re looking for a home in beautiful Montego Bay, I couldn’t recommend staying here more highly.

Lilly was so nice . Rooms was so clean . It was my honeymoon and she made me feel like i was at home I rate this place 10/10 when I come back to visit I’m definitely coming back to hills Royale villa

So basically, when I check the picture out on the website, you see a big beautiful house when I get there the woman give me a one studio apartment on the pool. I was very upset, but I hold my peace.

The house is beautiful, but we never get to stay in there as I said they give us a one bedroom studio. I need the pool so basically the pool and the bar was overhead and it wasn’t a part of the house.

Os anfitriões são o ponto alto da hospedagem. Na nossa chegada a anfitriã já passou todas as facilidades da região e conversamos um bom tempo com o anfitrião sobre os acontecimentos do último furacão e do cotidiano jamaicano. Tivemos a sorte de conhecer outros hospedes que tinham uma vibração muito boa e com eles conversamos por um longo tempo durante o café da manhã que, por sinal, foi excelente.

O registro do banheiro e a conteção da água durante o banho podem ser melhorados, mas mesmo com este pequeno detalhe a acomodação foi perfeita, não há o que reclamar.

Única coisa é que não é tão perto da hip strip, mas isso não atrapalhou porque dá uns 10 minutos de carro pra lá.

The Villa was in the perfect area and was beautiful and clean. The staff-especially our host Lily- made us feel at home and like family. We loved our stay and will definitely come back!

Ms Lily was so welcoming she went above and beyond. Service was great was treated like family. My next trip is right there its mt next home. Place to park gated hotel very quiet nice place. Ambiance was exceptional. Thanks Mrs Lily for having me.

Loooooved everything. Met at door by the hostess Lily whom was warm and very welcoming. Personally handed the keys to room and given pointers on how to get to nearby shop/beach. Also our Uber was stuck in traffic and the husband drove us to the airport. Breakfast was exceptional and done with love.The whole presentation was incredible.

The Host (Ms. Lilly and Husband) were fantastic hosts. They ensure our stay was exceptional and it felt like our personal home. Breakfast was exceptional. Location was great and walking distance to local restaurants, bar and shops. Host also ensure all our comfort was important to them.

The breakfast was amazing, three course breakfast... fresh fruit, porridge and a cooked Jamaican breakfast.... outstanding! also a wide selection of teas and coffee.

The ambiance was great, Lilly was so friendly and courteous we feel at home . And thanks for our carrot cake for our birthday, the taste was unbeatable . Wish our stay was longer but we will be back .

I loved the home cooked meals with authentic Jamaican dishes, ready for me as soon as I woke up each morning! The location was perfect! Just 7 minutes from the Airport!

Everything. You can't put q price on peace and love! That's what my Sister and I experienced staying here. The family hosts were all amazing. Very welcoming. Went above and beyond for us. Ms Lilly cooked an amazing breakfast. Took us to the hipstrip. Made sure everyone was Irie!! Priceless, unforgettable moments. My new family. I'll be back for sure

Not one thing

Our host Lily was very lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. I was really pleased on arrival to find out our room had been upgraded free of charge. We needed a property close by to my families home so this was perfect. It is a great location as you are close to the airport, the strip and other local attractions. We were given keys to come and go as we please. Lily was great and made our stay wonderful.

The staff was very professional, kind and understanding. Rooms were clean, spacious and had several amenities that made you feel like you never left home. I would rate this property 11/10 if I could. Highly recommend staying here for anyone who will be in the Montego Bay Area.

Our stay was wonderful! The hosts visited with us, and we shared so many stories! Loved learning more about Jamaica's history. The rental was spotless, and every need we had was attended to. They provided transportation in the morning which was an added bonus!
