Location, surrounding area, beds and sheets, parking, shower, check in and check out process is nice and polite.

Breakfast is dismal, the hot dishes are only extremely salty sausages and scrambled eggs. I would say very limited. Strange smell in the reception area, probably from pull, which was not opened that time. The carpet needs to be cleaned in the rooms. The sound proofing is the worst. we were unable to sleep one night because of neighbors in the next room. It should not be that bad. Also the price. For 6 year's it went up almost a double. Too much for this type of accomodation.

At check-in, the front desk took a deposit and then charged the same deposit a second time. That left us paying two deposits instead of one. After checkout, the extra deposit should have been reversed. As of today, that has not happened. The duplicate deposit is still on our payment & has not been returned. We asked the property about the second charge. We were told it would be reversed, but there is still no reversal and no confirmed refund of the extra deposit. This is the main issue with the stay: we were charged twice for the deposit, and the second deposit remains outstanding. Please reverse the duplicate deposit and confirm when the extra amount has been returned.

The hotel's cleanliness could use improvement, particularly in the bathrooms. Upon arrival, we noticed that the showers were not clean and had hair and dirt. We approached the front desk to request a room change; however, the second room we were given had the same issue. Ultimately, we cleaned the shower floor ourselves and stayed in that room. Despite these concerns, the overall experience at the hotel was comfortable.

Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook een gratis shuttle is erg fijn.

De ontbijtruimte was iets te klein voor het aantal gasten dat tegelijkertijd kwam. Maar dat blijft lastig plannen. Het personeel deed hun uiterste best.

The hotel is located near the airport and the air and space museum. They offer free shuttles to and from both sites: it was very appreciated. Close to the hotel you have plenty of places to eat or to go shopping. The room is very spacious and the bed was superb, we slept amazingly!

Excellent location. Close enough to the airport and restaurants and shops close by. The driver who dropped us off at the airport (Richie from T&T) was excellent. He deserves a 10!

The prices is way too much for the service. The tv cable is not working properly and the charters service is not starting until 7:00 am way Too late! Very disappointed the with have to pay for the taxi service to go back to the airport.

The breakfast is great. Usually scrambled eggs and big sausage patties. Yogurt, cereal, various breads and pastries. Orange juice is great and coffee is great. The breakfast ladies are great too.

Service of night staff was terrible and housekeeping was requested for 2 rooms and they did not clean rooms.

Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Check-in was streamlined. I had a cart to take my belongings to my room. Good water pressure and temperature control in shower. Good A/C.

Proximity to the airport, free shuttle service

Poor customer service quality. I had to call the reception five times before they finally picked up. There should be a better way to request the shuttle if the reception is unwilling to pick up the phone. And when i got there, the receptionist wasn’t friendly and just chatted with other staff, didn’t mention anything about the breakfast, shuttle, wifi, pool or anything else.

They had cleaned the carpets that day, not ideal as whole place was damp. But that is not an every visit event.

Nasty dirty! Like.. my feet were black from the time I took a shower and walked to my bed. And, that disinfectant spray they use smells so bad we got headaches and couldn’t sleep for 3 nights. We didn’t let housekeeping back in to hose it down again.

The general state of the hotel is dirty, old and in need of refurbishment. From the room keys not working, the gym equipment faulty and dangerous. The breakfast area dirty, chairs in the reception area so dirty, I wouldn't suggest sitting on them with white trousers on.

The stay at the Wingate by Wyndham was enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the room provided a pleasant environment for relaxing. A good, hot breakfast was also provided every morning, which was a convenient and appreciated amenity.

The property is a little older, and the bathroom could have been cleaner. However, overall the stay was comfortable and met my needs.

The room right next to the pool and reception area, which is the one they provided is simply too noisy all day long, before going to bed at night you can hear the water filter working constantly, quite hard to sleep, also reception area is quite noisy, can't work properly from there, would've score this much higher if it wasn't for that. My card wasn't working over and over, staff wasn't friendly about this, seemed like it was an effort for them to come and help which was annoying, empathy not that good...
