Asunto on sopivan kokoinen 3-4 hengelle. Autolla on helppo saapua ja naapurusto on rauhallinen. Ovikoodin lisäksi käytössä on avain. Port Arthurin kaupunginosaan on lyhyt matka vaikka iltakävelylle ja lähimpään K-supermarketiinkin kävelee alle 10min. Asunto on oikein siisti ja sopivasti varusteltu parin yön kaupunkilomaa ajatellen. Kylpyhuone on tilava ja parvella saa nauttia omasta rauhasta..

Huoneistoa piti hetken etsiä, sillä ovien numerot ovat huomaamattomat. Ohjeissa oleva parkkipaikka löytyy Burger Kingin vierestä. Kesäyö oli aika lämmin, eikä ovea voinut pitää auki, sillä itikoita tuli sisälle yllättävän paljon. Tuuletin olisi hyvä lisä varusteluun. Ikkunoissa voisi olla pimentävät verhot ja tyynyt laadukkaammat.

Sijainti rauhallinen ja asunto toimi myös viiden hengen perheelle. Kauppa vieressä. Vuokraisin uudelleen mutta ottaisin omat liinavaatteet mukaan.

Asunnossa käytetty erittäin voimakkaanhajuisia pesuaineita. Pistävä kemikaalien haju niin koko asunnossa kuin erityisesti lakanoissa. Pyyhkeet ja lakanat olivat jo parhaat päivänsä nähneet. Mikro puuttui ja ikkunan hyttysverkko vuoti.

Koko perhe mahtui majoittumaan hyvin. Sijainnin suhteen loistava, koska keskustaan pääsi kävellen ja samalla näki vanhoja puutaloja hienoine pihapiireineen.

Petivaatteet haisivat tunkkaisilta eikä suihkun viemäri vetänyt kunnolla. Viemäri haisi jonkin verran.

Sisäänkirjautuminen helppo ja isäntä vastasi nopeasti viesteihin. Kaikki sujui mainiosti!

Sijainti oli hyvä. Vastapäätä asuntoa sijaitsi kauppa. Keskustaan ei ollut pitkä matka jalan.

Asunto oli epäsiisti. Lakanat ja pyyhkeet olivat likaisia ja osa jopa reikäisiä. Peitoissa ja tyynyissä oli likatahroja. Yhdessä tyynyssä oli jopa vanha veritahra. Kylpyhuoneen matto oli niin likainen että siihen ei iljennyt astua. Jouduimme käydä kaupasta ostamassa pyyhkeet puolelle seurueelle. Vuodesohva ei soveltunut nukkumiseen, koska siihen ei ollut mitään petaria tms. Vessapaperista ei ollut kun 1,5 rullaa. Jouduimme ostamaan itse lisää. Hinta laatusuhde ihan olematon. Meidän seurue ei suosittele asuntoa kenellekään.

Nowe urządzenia i bardzo czysto.

Sehr gute Lage. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Supermarkt direkt in der Nähe. Super Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Ausstattung für Familie (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) optimal.

Det var en meget varm lejlighed, og man skulle sove med åben dør, men en del myg der kom ind. Retningslinjerne til parkering var forvirrende.

Very clean. Bright rooms during summer. Easy to find and fast check in process. Good response time when there were questions. Bus stations very close to the apartment. Super market nearby.

Everything was perfect. Location close enough to the center. Everything was clean and comfy. Very well equipped kitchen.

Not clean. Sheets and towels had dried blood and " toothpaste" some body fluid on them . The towels were literally pushed in the cupboard after use. Same with the extra bedding . Just rolled in a ball and pushed in the cupboard. Think of a teenage dorm cleaning style. Walls had smeared buggers and stains. All areas full of dust, table and counters were not wiped down. Floors full of dust. Under the bed was a dust bunny army. The loft, although cute, was full of dirty finger prints all over. Someone had fun wiping their snotty buggers all over the walls in picasso fashion. Not my kind of art. I started cleaning, and vacuuming, but ended up being so grossed out with the sheets that I choose to leave with my 3 children to find a place with clean bedding and towels. You know it's dirty , when children notice all the dust and stains. Also property manager didn't reply until the following evening with checkout info. So no one even read the messages on the place being dirty and us no longer being in the apartment. After that, communication was better, but made no difference. I had already paid for new accommodations last minute on vacation during fall break. It wasn't easy or cheap to find new, same day accommodations for my family's vacation during the fall holidays .

Keys were in lock box and host provided all needed information beforehand about check-in. Also sent a reminder before check-out with all needed information. Parking is available next to the house 3h with clock and on the street you can park by paying. Shop is right over the street so can buy all needed supplies from there. First floor bed was really comfortable, didn’t use the second floor bed. House was really calm and quiet and seemed like a nice neighbourhood. There were a lot of games to play, board-games etc.

Not that close to city centre as thought. There was a lot of dust under the bed (saw it when picked out extension cord for chargers). TV should be on the wall between windows so can see it from the couch and also from the bed as it’s hard to look it at the moment. Payed extra cleaning fee when booked but had to clean before check-out (take the bedding away and collect towels that were used, put the dishwasher on and take the garbage out). Would be okay if the check-out time would be later and it’s not hard but on vacation would like to rest from chores.

Location, playground near by, grocery store near by

Unclean - dust under bed, dirty bed sheets 2nd floor bed room, trashcan was full of used sigarettes and beer bottle caps. When arriving to the room, moist laundry was still drying in the middle of it whilst giving out intense wash liquid smell. The room was definately not ready to welcome a new pair of guests.
