Liiiving in Porto - Luxury Beachfront Apartments

We stayed here for a long weekend from Thursday to Sunday and had an incredible time! The apartment itself was beautiful, clean and well-equipped with everything you need. Self-check-in via door code made arriving quick and easy. The location was perfect for us: right across the street from the ocean with an amazing view. While it’s set along the coast rather than in the city center, it’s ideal if you want to stay near the beach. Getting into the heart of Porto is quick and convenient, about 10 minutes by taxi or 15-20 minutes by public transport. Plus, everything you need is right at your doorstep, with a supermarket just 1 minutes away and great local cafes and bars only a short walk away. A wonderful stay overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Não gostei do fato de ter reservado um apartamento com vista para praia e quando lá cheguei não era vista praia E não tinha apartamento vista praia livre E também pelo fato de ser reservado para 5 pessoas e quando chegamos não tinha roupa de cama. Nem toalhas para a 5 pessoa apenas para 4 isso me deixou muito desconfortável com a hóspede e também minha toalha está com mau cheiro parece que estava suja cheirava muito mau 😡😡

Bathroom shower leaking, leaving the floor pf the bathroom room wet and sleepery all the time. Flush would get stuck. Bed was ok. Living room air conditioning remote was not working (but I believe it was because of batteries.. it worked with other remote)

We had an amazing stay here. The apartment sits directly across the street from the water, so you can throw the windows open and fall asleep to the sound of the waves, honestly one of the best parts of the trip. The beach right opposite is clean and it's pet friendly, which was a big plus for us. The location is great too. You're close to loads of boutiques and a pharmacy, and there's a little bar next door where I got to watch the World Cup, perfect. the location and the sound of those waves make it well worth it. Would recommend — just set an alarm for checkout!

One heads up: if you book through Booking, checkout is 11am, but if you book through Airbnb you get a later checkout, so book accordingly. And be ready to leave on time — they're strict about it. They sent someone to clean while I was still dragging my bags out the door, and I didn't even have time for a coffee. A little more flexibility would've gone a long way.

Närheten till stranden och matbutikerna. Helt enkelt perfekt läge. Sedan kunde man enkelt ta bussen in till Porto eller ta en Uber för mellan 6-8 Euro

Very nice and clean room. Ocean around the corner, grocery shop around the other corner. Awesome!

It can be noisy from the street - local motorcyclists tends to decide it is a perfect spot to go full throttle.

Do espaço e organização do apartamento. Da localização, muito central e perto das praias.

A janela da casa de banho da suite do quarto de cama de casal estava avariada impossibilitando o arejamento da casa de banho. O duche deixa passar a água para fora podendo chegar até ao chão do quarto se não colocarmos o tapete de banho, o qual fica logo encharcado. Têm mesmo que resolver o problema desta casa de banho, o apartamento merece.

Die Zimmer sind abgenutzt und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Eine Renovation ist notwendig und wäre nicht aufwändig. Es zeigt, dass die Besitzer hier die Zitrone auspressen.

Niestety ogólnie brudno, sprzątanie bardzo powierzchowne- sofa w salonie bardzo brudna! Pościel i łóżko mało świeże, przykre bo cały apartament przyjemny mógłby być.

Propre, bien équipé et bien placé.

Pas très bien isolé phonétiquement, pas de bruit depuis l’extérieur mais depuis la chambre t’écoutes les bruits de l’appartement accoté.

The apartment is so beautiful and the views are amazing. The location is also so nice as it is right by the beach but also only a 15 minute ride to the center. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Porto!

Lo único que si les pediría es que fuera más claro el tema de la vista al mar o a la calle, lo escogí por poder tener vista al mar y no fue así. No es claro y eso es importante

Widok top! Przestronny i czysty apartament. Blisko do plaży, pubu, restauracji i kawiarni. Pyszna kawka i pasteis de nata obok. Przystanek autobusu (30 min do centrum Porto) - 2 min od apartamentu.

The apartment is modern, spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped. It is nicely presented, with plenty of space, and everything felt fresh and well looked after. The location is excellent — you can walk out the door and be on the beach within a couple of minutes, with lovely restaurants close by. Overall, it was a great stay and the apartment itself was very enjoyable. The hosts were also very responsive which was appreciated.

We arrived late in the evening and chose not to pay the extra €15 fee for assistance, which felt unreasonable. Unfortunately, the entrance was very difficult to find, we had to download an app to open the front door, and the access code did not work. It later turned out that we had been given the wrong code and incorrect access information, so the issue was not on our side. This all happened after midnight, which was very frustrating. Fortunately, someone did eventually respond and let us in. Also, be careful when booking. From the photos and listing, we assumed the apartment had a sea view, but it did not. The management company told us this is a common misunderstanding, so make sure this is clearly confirmed before booking if a sea view is important to you.

Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr überschaubar. Der Geschirrspüler war kaputt. Das Rollo im Masterbedroom ebenfalls, weshalb kein Tageslicht in diesen Raum gekommen ist. Ein Bad hatte Schimmelflecken an der Decke. Man konnte nur per Mail mit dem Vermieter kommunizieren, der auch keiner Bitte nachgekommen ist (wie z. B. Badetücher, Reparatur der Geschirrspülmaschine, Koffer am An- und Abreisetag im Hauseingang abstellen).

Widok na ocean z apartamentu. Niedługim spacerkiem dostaniesz się do przystanku sławnego tramwaju nr 1 który zawiezie Cię do centrum. Droga z pięknym widokiem na rzekę.

Nie podobało mi się to, że wszystko było na kod. Drzwi wejściowe, drzwi do apartamentu. Kod zadziałał dopiero po piątym razie. Jakby nie mógł ktoś przyjechać i wpuścić nas normalnie do apartamentu, wyjaśniając wszystko. Druga rzecz, to że za wszystko trzeba płacić. Chcesz zostać godzinę, czy dwie dłużej bo masz później lot, to musisz płacić, chcesz zostawić bagaż, musisz płacić, bardzo słabe. Podróżuję kilkanaście razy w roku, ale na takie niedogodności płatnicze nigdzie nie trafiłem - z całe szczęście oczywiście.

Дуже чисто, легкий заїзд, є все необхідне для проживання. Кондиціонер в кожній кімнаті буквально рятує коли ви приїжджаєте взимку. Класна локалізація, ми під дуже позитивними враженнями.

На жаль також напишу про душ, якщо його відремонтують і не буде протікати то ця квартира на 100% ідеальна❤️

Дуже прекрасний і затишний номер з неймовірним видом на океан. Прокидатися вранці та бачити цей краєвид — справжнє задоволення. Атмосфера тут дуже спокійна, комфортна та ідеально підходить для відпочинку. Окремо хочеться відзначити чудову команду — дуже привітні, уважні та завжди готові допомогти в будь-який момент. Усі питання, які виникали під час перебування, вирішувалися швидко і професійно. Ми також отримали багато корисних порад та рекомендацій щодо місцевих місць, що зробило нашу подорож ще цікавішою. Щиро дякуємо за теплий прийом і чудовий сервіс. З радістю повернулися б сюди знову і обов’язково рекомендуємо це місце іншим.

Príjemná tichá lokalita blízko mora s dlhou promenádou vhodnou na oddych a prechádzku. V blízkosti sú potraviny. Velmi pekný 2poschodový apatrmán. Dole priestranná obyvačka a kuchyňa. Na poschodí dve samostatné izby so samostatnými kúpelňami. Dalo by sa spať aj na gauči. Skvelé pre 4 aj 5 člennú skupinu.

Trochu lepšie vybavenie kuchyne - náradie na varenie.

Неймовірне розташування апартаментів. Це коли прокидаєшся та не тільки бачиш океан, але і чуєш його. Поряд пляжі, кофе та автобусна зупинка. До центру міста легко доїхати на ретро трамваї. Дуже затишно спати. Все що потрібно на перший час, все є. Кава, чай, печиво, посуд та девайси для приготування їжі. Чисто на та охайно. Гарне облаштування апартаментів.

The location could not possibly be better. Stunning ocean views. Great neighborhood. The apartment is spacious and well designed and clean. The communication was responsive.

First, somehow we got double booked and they were unwilling to cancel the second room as soon as the error was discovered even though we were booked for a whole week. They don’t use fitted sheets or sheets that are large enough to tuck around the mattress which was both uncomfortable and unsanitary. Parking is not provided and complicated and they didn’t provide good guidance. They didn’t provide good instruction for the a/c heater and it took days to get the room at a comfortable temperature. There were things that didn’t function properly, the toilet, the shower wand…and the response was that they’d fix those after we checked out.

We booked the 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom sea-facing apartment. Excellent facilities - No question about it. Superb location, very spacious, and had every amenity we needed - including washing machine, coffee maker, oven, utensils, internet-enabled TV, etc. The host was very polite and helpful. Bus Line 500 is located within a few seconds of walking - very convenient to go to the city. Also, the sightseeing hop-on hop-off bus stop is within 7-9 minutes walking distance. 2 supermarkets - Pingo Doce Foz and Continente Bom Dia within 2-3 minutes walking distance, where you can get almost all groceries, especially tasty Portuguese food. Please Note - Microwave is located within the main oven itself :-) Also thankful for the Tide pods and kitchen washing machine tablets. Will highly recommend to our friends.

Would have easily rated 10/10, but rating 9 due to the following reasons: 1. Apartment door access code didn't work - had to use the physical keys that were kept on the dining table. Normally, this would not have been an issue, but if we wanted to go our separate ways, then we had to coordinate who had the physical keys. 2. Bathroom doors didn't have regular sliding bolts or locks from the inside, but again needed physical keys, which were misplaced by previous people who had rented. This meant that when I was sitting on the throne or taking a shower, someone would just come in because there was no way to know if anyone was inside the bathroom. Caused me embarrassment twice :-) Hosts, please fix this. 3. Not a deal breaker - but regulating the water temperature was a little difficult - water gets super hot abruptly. I suspect the boiler/kettle setting is set to very high. 4. Not a deal breaker - Shower cabinets leaked water onto the bathroom floor. We had to put extra towels to soak up water from the floor (even though we were super careful in ensuring that the doors were closed shut when we showered).

Location is very good. Living room is very spacious. Rooms are spacious. 3 bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher and oven/microwaves. Building by is all new and renovated. The whole apartment is modern and feels cozy.

Regulating the water temperature is a torture which makes it dangerous for the kids (water gets ultra hot abruptly - you need to fix this asap!). Shower cabines leak loads of water. We had to ask for a mob to be made available otherwise the bathrooms would be flooded all the time. A kitchen cloth (to dry dishes) was missing.
