Reviewed Mar 17, 2026The house was absolutely wonderful. The host was incredibly helpful, easy to reach, and always responded very quickly. We stayed here as a family of five, including a child. Even though it rained all day, we were very comfortable and enjoyed spending time indoors playing games together. The house has a charming classic style, yet it is fully equipped with everything we needed—especially a washing machine and dryer, which were very convenient. The location is excellent, with stunning views. Right behind the house is a sharp, peak-shaped mountain that looks like a hat, which many people stop to take photos of. This was our family’s favorite stay among all the places on our trip. We truly loved it here.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026La casa di Cecilie è molto accogliente e in una posizione strategica! Siamo riusciti a vedere l'aurora direttamente dal terrazzo. La casa è inoltre fornita di tutto il necessario, bella anche la possibilità di utilizzare la sauna.
La strada per arrivare alla casa era completamente ghiacciata e pericolosa anche da percorrere in auto, nonostante le gomme invernali. Per scendere a piedi sono necessari i ramponcini per non scivolare.

Maison un peu froide malgré le chauffage. Il faut dire qu'on a subi une méchante tempête durant notre séjour. Machine à lavé la vaisselle en panne et sèche linge défectueux. Pour le prix c'est un peu limite.

Reviewed Nov 27, 2025Un Robuer originale proprio affacciato sul fiordo, piena di oggetti e oggettini vintage, spazi molto ampi e visto che fa freddo e notte per tanto tempo gli spazi servono. Musica classica da un impianto che si sentiva molto bene (ovviamente Grieg :-) ), giochi da tavolo e puzzle, ne abbiamo quasi finito uno da 1000 pezzi , serviva un giorno in piu' per finirlo.. Una mattina ci e' venuto a trovare un furetto bello bianco :-)

Reviewed Jun 28, 2024Wonderful stay in this authentic rorbu! you can feel this is a"living" house. Cecilie is very friendly and responsive. The location is so beautiful, as the huge wooden terrace all around the house. The house itself is also very beautiful, you can find everything you need for your comfort, and to cook. And the sauna is a real plus!
