The most noise I've ever heard in a hotel. Had to leave the room until after 1am due to noise pollution. I had a room with a balcony, terrible no seating, multiple loud hot air-cons from other units.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war auch gut. Ich war in einer Woche jeweils für zwei Nächte dort und hatte zwei verschiedene Zimmer. Beide waren sehr komfortabel. Für meinen nächsten Aufenthalt in Saigon werde ich versuchen, wieder dort zu buchen.

Durch die zentrale Lage ist es natürlich nicht ruhig mit einem Zimmer zur Straße. Aber wer Saigon erleben will, sollte sich nicht nach Ruhe sehnen.

Lovely staff and friendly and security staff also helpful. Location is the best. Breakfast is the best.

Extremely well located, easy to access and spot and near to many attractions including the opera house and Saigon Centre. Pleasant staff and comfortable room. Some small marks here and there which is to be expected in a hotel; but generally quite clean. Relatively quiet but since it is next to a busy road you might notice some traffic if you are sensitive to noise.

Limited accessibility if you have difficulty navigating stairs.

The room was large and comfortable and clean. The hotel was centrally located - so very easy to access tourist spots, restaurants and the metro. The staff were friendly and helpful. I did not find the hotel to be noticeably noisy but my partner did note some traffic noise so it will depend on how sensitive you are to sounds.

There is a small flight of internal stairs to reach the lifts that go up to the hotel rooms. If you or a family member has difficulty navigating stairs; this may be problematic.

The location. Very convenient.

Too overpowering synthetic fragrance the minute you enter lobby and worst in the small lift. Not everyone can take strong smell. I am allergic to fragrance. Many in my group have the same feedback. Please look into this. It is not healthy. Then the buffet breakfast menu is so predictable, every day the almost same.

Central location

The reception staff seemed unmotivated or not properly trained in customer service. The hotel facilities are outdated, and many devices are not functioning properly, such as the elevator button on the first floor. The room telephone was also not working, and there were no instructions or contact numbers provided for assistance, so guests had to use their mobile phones to call the hotline, which was rarely answered. I will not stay at this hotel again. Not recommended.

Emplacement idéal. Petit déjeuner très bien. Il y en a pour tous les goûts : sucré, salé, européen, Vietnamien...

Le personnel n'est pas agréable du tout. Le restaurant n'est pas vraiment un restaurant : il s'agit d'un buffet à volonté avec les avantages et inconvénients d'un tel service : à volonté mais sans fraîcheur avec des plats qui sont là matin, midi et soir... La chambre annoncée sans fenêtre en avait finalement une (ce qui n'est pas un problème en soit) mais qui ne s'ouvrait pas et, surtout, aucun moyen de l'occulter : pas de rideau, pas de volet... Très lumineux très tôt le matin... Et la propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer avec des vielles tâches, notamment, sur les abat-jour des lampes..

Excellent location, close to main attractions and lots of restaurants and shopping. The room itself is comfortable and has a balcony.

There was some dust in the room. The bathrooms are dated and the tubs are very high and hard to get into. Breakfast has few vegetarian/vegan options. The breakfast area staff didn’t let me refill my water bottle because the water was supposed to be for breakfast only. I had to get the manager to let them know that I could refill my water bottle.

中心街にあり便利。心配していたGの出現も無く、ドアマンが愛想が良くて気持ち良い。ジムはトレッドミルが1台ありエアコンも付いているので良かったです。

朝食はあんまりでした。麺は美味しかったので毎日食べました。全体的に老朽化はしているので気になる人は気になるかもしれません。

The hotel has improved since my first stay a few years ago. I have stayed a few times and they are making a real effort to continuously improve the hotel.

The lifts are still a little slow, but are kept clean and use a very pleasant fragrance in them.

Sono stata in questo hotel circa 25 anni fa e lo ricordavo accogliente , pulito, fruibile, Nulla e’ cambiato ! E ‘ rimasto sempre un buon albergo!

Breakfast choices for "western" food was very limited i.e. bread only - no pastries or croissants etc. no pancakes or french toast, no potatoes, no oatmeal or muesli, only room temp milk for the cereal. We understand we are not at home but a few more choices would have been nice

Morgenmad okay, men selve restauranten virkede lidt nusset. Man blev ikke ligesom hængende over kaffen.
