De Scheve Deur

Die Übergabe hat problemlose geklappt. Das Häuschen ist bezaubernd. Alles vorhanden, was das Herz benötigt. Sehr Zentral. Bäcker, Aldi, Restaurants, eine super Kneipe gleich gegenüber. Der kleine Hafen ist nahe bei. Zur Nordsee sind es gerade mal 30 Minuten.

Very lovely accomodation, everything clean and perfect location for trips to other places (Giethoorn, Urk etc.). The hosts were very nice and helpful. Kitchen was very well equipped. Perfect for the 3 of us.

Het is een schattig, leuk ingericht huisje. Ik voelde me gelijk thuis.

De inrichting van het huisje was heel huiselijk en gezellig.

Hartstikke leuke authentieke B&B, zeer smaakvol ingericht. En het ontbijt is ook nog eens uitstekend.

An unforgettable stay! The place was extremely clean, cozy, and comfortable. The host was exceptionally kind and warm—even though we arrived very late at night, they personally came out to welcome us, which we truly appreciated. ​The best part was the lovely gesture of writing my name on the front door to welcome us! It made me feel so special and created such a warm vibe. I’d definitely stay here again!

It would have been even better if there had been a full-length mirror.

Leuk ingerichte locatie, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.

Ein altes Haus (Denkmal) und so gemütlich. Küche perfekt.

Heerlijk en ruim ontbijt tegen betaling te verkrijgen, zeer mooi gepresenteerd. De bedden waren zeer goed. De keuken is goed uitgerust om zelf te koken. Er zijn twee winkels en verschillende bakkers op wandelafstand. Vlakbij is er ook een ruime parking waar je je auto kwijt kan. Vollenhove is een charmant en rustig dorpje.

's nachts een paar keer wakker geworden door cafégangers (aan overkant van de straat is er een café).

Alles schoon. Fijn huis. Lekker ontbijt. Goede bedden. Goed ontvangst. Vollenhove is mooi dorp met ruïne en park. Rustige locatie.

Very beautiful old house, perfect for families, quiet, in good location to visit beautiful surroundings. The main bedroom has an old-style "cave-like" bed for children which our daughter enjoyed a lot

The host was very serious, but he was polite in any case.

Vriendelijke verhuurders. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en heerlijk. Leuk dat er in de slaapkamer een ouderwetse bedstee is. In de woonkamer veel spelletjes voor alle leeftijden.

La 2 ieme chambre était petite

Spik en span! Schoon en alles aanwezig. Geweldig mooi oudhuisje. Heerlijk ontbijt. Super lieve eigenaren. Wij hebben er een mooie herinneringen bij...en komen graag weer terug!

Die Lage war mitten Vollenhove. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und freundlich. Wer den Charme alter Häuser mag, dem gefällt auch diese Unterkunft

Een zeer schone accommodatie, keurig bijgehouden. Badkamer spotless.

Deze b&b klopt helemaal. De charme van het nostalgische gebouw, de inrichting en de volledigheid! De eigenaresse is zeer vriendelijk, denkt mee en helpt met alles. Goede voorzieningen voor kleine kinderen en speelgoed in de woonkamer. Een hele fijne plek voor een nachtje maar ook zeker voor langer! Uitstapjes naar Kampen of Pantropica zijn aan te raden.

The stairs are scary and having to go up and down for the wc was a bit much.

Comfortabel bed, fijne badkamer, uitstekend ontbijt, vriendelijke gastvrouw.

Erg steile trap met ondiepe treden. Vergt veel voorzichtigheid met naar beneden lopen.

Leuke sfeervolle B&B. Alles aanwezig, lekker bed en bad. Keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt. Tuin waar je lekker in het zonnetje kunt zitten. Heel leuk dorp en aardige verhuurders. Echt aan te raden!

Heerlijk plekje met veel ruimte. Goed contact met de verhuurster op een mooie locatie in Vollenhove.

Unusual converted farm house, host in house behind, so always available. Just about everything needed was there, especially in the kitchen area. Host very helpful and understanding with off road parking, gave up their own space. Interesting artifacts in the house, in keeping with the overall historic build, 1768!

No real hanging space for clothes. Stairs up to bedrooms/bathroom was steep and needed to be careful when descending. A little bit noisy from cafe opposite with windows open, but quiet overnight when windows shut, so not a problem. Only toilet was down stairs, but worked well.

Helga ontving ons hartelijk, op de heetste dag van het jaar was het binnen zeer aangenaam "koel", 23⁰ terwijl het buiten the de 38⁰ was. Een heerlijke douche, biertje in de tuin en wandelen door prachtig Vollenhove. De fietsen stonden onder een afdakje. Fred en Helga hadden het zeer oude pand heel prettig verbouwd tot een gezellige woning!

Beautiful quaint old house in quiet village. Full of character with authentic furnishings. Very clean and well equipped. Wonderful hosts, good communication, met us with the key and made sure there were no issues. Nice pub/restaurant across the road.

It was very warm when we were there and the bedrooms upstairs got very hot. It would have been great to have a fan. Also the toilet is downstairs and the stairs are very steep which is a bit tricky if you need to go during the night. Definitely not for people with mobility issues!

Simple but perfect for a short stay over - friendly and very nice owners!

Lovely location with a unique character. Friendly hosts, who live next door and clear instructions. Free and convenient parking 2 minutes walk from the front door. The kitchen is well equiped. Vollenhove is a cute little city. There is ample shopping within a five minute walk of the house. The place is excellent for exploring the wider surroundings. Zwolle is a great city at about a half hour drive. There are also lots of other nice destinations nearby, like Kampen, Urk, Lemmer, and all kinds of beautiful watery landscapes (rivers, IJsselmeer, polderlandscapes, peat extractions etc.) giving you a historic crash course in how-to-build-the-netherlands. Amsterdam is only slightly over an hour away too.

Vintage/original furnishings. The record player and records were most enjoyable and ensured a relaxing evening.

Downstairs toilet only

It is a quaint quiet little town and was very pretty to walk around. There were several shops right on the doorstep for getting fresh bread etc. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming.

Loved staying in this historic house which was beautifully remodeled inside and is located in the center of a very quiet very Dutch town. Highly recommend.
