Reviewed Sep 10, 2026スペインのこの地方のワインに興味があり宿泊先を探していたところ偶然見つけました。外観は歴史的建造物のような立派な建物ですが、客室の装飾はとてもチャーミングで冷房完備、バスルームもしっかり現代的にリノベーションされていて使いやすかったです。しかも小さな冷蔵庫がついていて感動しました。ワインツアーにも参加しましたが、４種類のワインとチーズ&ソーセージを最後に頂けてとても楽しかったです。ワイン好きには超おすすめのお宿です。

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026We were really looking forward to a nice stay at a viniard were we could buy a couple of cases of nice wine and enjoy a nice meal after driving almonst 900 km.
The incredibly rude recepionist told us first that we couldn’t have dinner since we hadn’t ordered it before 6:00 pm. We arrived 6:30. Then he said that if we paid him directly he would make a exception and see if he could serve us some stew. We made the mistake of paying him. After a short internal discussion we decided on continuing to Valencia and skip the food which by the way was supposed to be served in the reception! I think booking degrades itself by offering a place such as this terrible Hotel. We didn’t get the money back for the stay and uneaten dinner. We stayed at NH Valencia and had a enjoyeble stay.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Amazing place in the middle of vines, beautiful old building with a lot of original materials preserved (floors, doors, windows...). A place full of character and the wine was excellent, the food too. Don't forget to reserve a meal for the evening or they won't be able to serve you (small restaurant). Small fridge and freezer in room worked very well, very practical. €5 supplement for the dog is very reasonable.
Some things have been badly restored. The corking and silicone in the shower were a mess, not professional at all. The sink is very small (which is normal because the bathroom is very small, no problem there). But then why do you have a "huge" cabinet above the sink? It's impossible to put your face over the sink. A simple mirror would have been enough.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Sehr schönes Anwesen. Zimmer super und groß genug mit Klimaanlage. Personal freundlich. Wein sehr lecker. Tolle Weinproben.
Pool ist eher ein Wasserbecken und wird nicht genutzt. Keine Liegen etc. Das Abendessen war in Ordnung, jedoch war das Hauptgericht sehr fettig und nicht lecker. Für den Preis aber insgesamt gut.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026I didn’t enjoy a single thing because a sleepless night due to a power cut makes it impossible to appreciate anything else, even if there were anything to appreciate. Guests are left to fend for themselves during the night. In our case, from 11 pm until 7 am the following day, we were without electricity – so in the dark, with no water or air conditioning. Yet all it would have taken was a single click, which the breakfast staff sorted out when they arrived at 7 am, as if nothing had happened.
A place to avoid: the fact that there is no 24-hour reception does not mean – as is actually the case – that there is no one there at night; furthermore, the room we were allocated was tiny, with a bathroom smaller than that of a caravan. Breakfast and dinner are served in a cramped setting, and breakfast is eaten directly at the tables.

Quelques transats autour de la piscine seraient les bienvenus. Le petit dejeuner bon et copieux mais on esperait les mêmes delicieux fromages qu'au diner. Mais vraiment ,pas grand chose a redire

El desayuno me pareció un poco pobre,en cuanto a la calidad de los productos,pero fue suficiente. Echamos de menos tener un servicio de bar en la terraza.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026This is one of the most peaceful places to stay, with super attentive and helpful staff. It's a typical hacienda style winery. Great sized rooms and bathrooms and really clean everywhere.
I quite enjoyed the challenge but people should be aware of the long dirt track to get there....especially on motorbikes, which we were. It's perfectly doable but be aware for any cautious motorcyclists.

The biggest issue was that we were never informed that major construction work was taking place on the outside of the building. As a result, the terraces were closed, everything outside was covered in dust, and the property felt like a construction site. Even worse, the work started around 8:00 a.m., making it impossible to enjoy a relaxing sleep-in. The advertised outdoor pool was also disappointing. Due to the construction, the water was dusty, there were no sun loungers or outdoor furniture, and the surrounding area was dominated by scaffolding instead of a pleasant place to relax. The property itself has enormous potential. The building, the rooms, and the common areas are charming and could be truly special. Unfortunately, they currently lack care, personality, and attention to detail. Everything feels a little tired, dusty, and neglected, with very little sense of hospitality. The staff were friendly enough, but seemed largely indifferent. There was no “Good morning” at breakfast, no “How was your stay?” at check-out, and little sense that guest experience mattered. When we mentioned at check-out that guests should be informed in advance about the construction work, the receptionist simply replied, “Yes, I’ve told my boss that people should be informed.” That was the end of the conversation. The photos online present the property in a much more polished and inviting way than the reality we experienced. Another issue was a very bright floodlight outside our room, illuminating the building throughout the night. Sleeping with the window open was therefore not an option, as the room was almost as bright as daylight. The property offers dinner, which is convenient since there are very few nearby alternatives. While reasonably priced, the meal was unfortunately quite mediocre. We had genuinely been looking forward to staying here as a peaceful stop on our journey across Spain. Instead, we left feeling very disappointed.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026The vegetarian dinner was excellent value for money and the lasagna was to die for. It included a bottle of water, lovely wine and dessert. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was adequate, with a lot of choices. The house is beautiful and the views. It is true that the motorway can be heard in the distance but it was still a haven of peace. We would have loved the possibility of dining al fresco as there were tables just outside the dining room, by the pool. The atmosphere was great and we ended up talking to all other hosts. Very pleasant stay. We will book again next year.
Could have done with slightly softer pillows maybe. The temperature outside is perfect at night, but if you open the window, you can hear the distant cars. Not a problem as we had air conditioning which we used only to get to sleep as it really got cold. I would still go back.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Une halte apaisante d'une nuit, sur notre route vers le Portugal. Très belle bodega au coeur des vignobles, tout en étant proche de l'autoroute. Le bâtiment est très beau et notre chambre très agréable, mailant modernité et authenticité. Visite du domaine et dégustations possibles, sur réservation et moyennant quelques euros. Nous avons diné sur place (bon rapport qualité/prix). Joli parc arboré avec une grande piscine d'eau de source, et ballades possibles autours. Nous en avons profité pour aller visiter la jolie petite ville d'Utiel.
L'accès est ponctuellement un peu compliqué, suite à des travaux en cours autours de l'établissement (qui n'en est pas responsable). Le plan d'accès nous a bien été communiqué, avant notre arrivée.

The fact that they don’t have restaurant service outside on the nice terraces they have. The place has a small restaurant capacity but have a large outdoor space but they don’t offer service if you sit outside. We had to go and have dinner in Utiel town. They offered us very good restaurant options in the town. Thank you!!!

Die Zimmer waren mit viel Liebe und einem Händchen für modern/alt gut hergerichtet. Die Dusche war der Hammer. Groß mit einem wunderbaren Duschkopf und genialem Wasserdruck. Das Abendessen als Menu war auch sehr lecker. Der Swimming-Pool war nicht ganz so gepflegt, wie man es sich wünschen würde.

Por decir algo, las sábanas estaban ásperas, y el camino de llegada, complicado cuando llevas un coche bajo. Pero está perfectamente señalizado. Llegas sin problema.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026The staff are wonderful. They are multiskilled, and work well together. I stayed for 3 nights, and ate dinner in the hotel every evening. The food is superb, (prepared and cooked by a very pleasant and helpful lady called Noemi). Sergio, who is a great member of the staff, very helpful, and served my dinner for the 3 nights. The meal included wine and water. Excellent value. Breakfast was a choice of cereal, cold meats, cheese, pastries, coffee, fresh juices etc. A great choice to start the day. I met Inma, another great member of staff, very helpful, and pleasant. My room was super clean every day I travelled and stayed alone, and felt safe and welcome. This is the second time I have stayed at Hotel Bodega Ver De Estanas. I will definitely be staying again.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026This was a lovely place to stay, as a family business every person we met was friendly and helpful. Food was excellent and wine was brilliant. Room was large and comfortable even though temperature was very hot.
Air con was a bit noisy, so we turned it off. The only downside was access, the normal route was closed due to engineering work on the railway. Consequently, the way in was via a dusty rough gravel track, although outside of the hotel's control it would have been helpful if we had been pre-warned as we were driving a low bodied car and would probably have changed our booking. That said I'm glad we didn;'t.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Me gustó mucho en general, el encanto de la finca, su zona con pinada, tener una balsa con agua bien fresca de río (y limpia), el hecho de poder llevar a nuestro peludo fue clave a la hora de ir y siempre muy bien tratado, las comidas muy ricas y abundantes, y además si juntas vinos y cata, no puedes pedir mucho más, bueno sí, excelente calidad precio.
Quizá lo único destacable es el camino de entrada, ya que por la dana no podías cruzar la vía y te reubica, lo que es un poco lío si no conoces la zona y acabas por un camino un poco de grava. Pero ellos te indican y te dan las instrucciones y cómo llegar bien antes de ir. Y por supuesto, no es culpa de ellos.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Es handelt sich um ein sehr schön gelegenes Hotel mit exklusiven Doppelzimmern, die sich im repräsentativen Gebäude des historischen Weinguts befinden. Die Zimmer sind elegant, komfortabel und stilgerecht ausgestattet. Wir haben uns unmittelbar wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, dabei authentisch. Hervorzuheben ist auch das ausgesprochen gute Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei Speisen und Getränken. Die Qualität der angebotenen Weine und des Sekts ist als vorzüglich zu bezeichnen. ¡Excelente!
Durch eine Baustelle der Eisenbahn ist die Zufahrt zum Hotel erschwert.

Die Straße bzw der Feldweg ist nicht gut ausgebaut und macht die fahrt mit einem Motorrad zu einer Herausforderung!

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026the words are not enough to describe the experience; imagine your's once rich ancient relatives house; that is the accommodation; BUT! the chamber was spotless clean, the sheets new, the mattress perfectly ferm and soft in the same time; the staff was very helpfull and polite (a little bit of english would be a plus); even my celiac daughter received something for breakfast!
I'll put it here just for attention, but there are no minuses, just my fault; so: 1. read carefully the road instructions the staff is sending! exit 278 is the choice! and not be afraid of the unpaved road; 2. there isn't restaurant at the property, but remember the old nona's house? you will eat! even me, not being aware of the ordering hours I received some jamon, cheese and an extraordinary white wine!!!

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026This has the most beautiful setting and we loved our stay here. The set menu evening meal was lovely, as was the breakfast. This was a jewel of a place to find on our motorcycle tour and we will definitely be returning.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026El sitio es espectacular!!! Estuvimos una noche y el alojamiento era cómodo y todo estaba limpio. Recomendable hacer la cata de vinos!
La única pega que puedo poner es la alberca ( tuvimos la mala suerte de que hubiera cientos de avispas muertas en el agua y un montón alrededor, lógico al tratarse del lugar. Por eso no pudimos bañarnos). Si estuviera como una piscina iría muy a menudo a pasar el fin de semana.
