Need more equipment in kitchen like coffee cups,glasses ect. Plus would be nice if tea amd coffee was supplied for guests as leaving early in the mornings to sight see there is not alot of places to get coffee.

Po přečtení recenzí jsme měli celkem strach se zde ubytovat, ale opak byl pravdou a my si pobyt zde opravdu užili. Dům by opravdu potřeboval rekonstrukci a má drobné nedostatky, ale to nám pobyt opravdu nezkazí. Měli jsme dva pokoje, v jednom byl trochu problém s teplou vodou, ale v druhém pokoji vše fungovalo skvěle. Kuchyň byla dobře vybavena, k Wadi Shab i k pláži to bylo opravdu blízko, výhled z terasy na moře se nám líbil a chlapík, který se o ubytování staral, byl velmi ochotný a přátelský. Každý večer jsme využili gril na terase. Cítili jsme se zde jako doma

It is preety simple, basic but nice. Like a small hostel with 4 rooms. Open space and sea view.

It has no easy beach access. The chairs were broken.

The View was Excellent, Location was Perfect for a Lovely Getaway, Very Comfortable. We would love to recommend our Friends and would surely want to come Back. The Small Swimming Pool is Lovely, had great Fun. The Host/Owner was very Nice

The Entrance to the Location needs to be more Appealing and Parking should be Grated as the Wheels would get stuck and a Smart Television required in Every Room so Kids can enjoy too The kitchen needs to be arranged Properly. The Bathroom need more Space and Air conditioning in the Room need to be Serviced.

Very uncomfortable bed, the bathroom was very small and uncomfortable, it didn’t look very clean. It was ok for 1 night but wouldn’t recommend it for longer stays. We had better stays for a similar or lower price in Oman

The property is very pretty with sea facing rooms. Although the sea facing rooms had good view the only con was the porch in front was a common area for all the other guests staying . Excellent hosting by the management.

Marking was not proper leading to multiple calls with property caretaker to figure out the location A signage would definitely help

I arrived earlier than I declared, there was no problem with that. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Close to Wadi Tiwi

I had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members, Saiful, at Wadi Shab Beach House. Unfortunately, his attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful during our stay. I felt that my concerns and requests were not taken seriously, which detracted from what could have been an enjoyable visit. Hospitality is key in the service industry, and I would recommend the management provide additional training to ensure all staff members meet the expectations of their guests.

I have regularly slept (and pay) in this place but they advised Booking.com I did not show up to avoid commissions. Embarrassing.

We have stayed one night at Wadi Shab. We had 2 correct rooms with bathroom. There is a common kitchen that we have used for breakfast. There is very a small swimming pool but it's nice when it's very hot. Nice view of the sea. Very close to Wadi Shab departure.

The location and they stay was good.

Few things were under maintenance like pool, garden areas which could have been better. Some lighting outdoors in front of the sea view could enhance the place.

The room and the facilities were good. The location and views are also amazing. Close to Tiwi, Wadi Shab and especially the easily accessible Wadi Tiwi. overall a comfortable stay. Staff helped by advising about Wadis when asked.

The staff was not available except at regular intervals. That was ok, but there were many coordinating, and the responses to messages were not timely. Communication and clarity could be improved.

Beautiful property at the beach front. Not extra but had all the necessary needs, perfect place to rest and lay back after a long trip.

Location. The hotel is located in front of ocean with nice view from the pool and terras(not from the room).

Only one refrigerator is available in the common kitchen thus the food was mixed-up with other guests and mis-used(consumed) by them.

- beach view but not possible to swim because there is no actual beach - could have been a bit cleaner - shared terrace: we stayed at the room in front of the shared terrace, other tourists walked by (obviously, since its shared) and could look in our room - sometimes a lack of privacy because of that

Nothing to do beside Wadi Shab

A good starting point for the Wabi Shab and Wadi Tiwi treks. - The Asian staff did everything the place allowed. - Breakfast was freshly prepared locally: scrambled eggs, pastries, fruit platter, coffee, juice. - The shared kitchen is equipped with basic amenities, coffee maker, coffee, tea, sugar, bottled water kettle. - View, sunrise from the upstairs terrace.

- They were genuinely surprised when we arrived - We did not get the accommodation we had booked, but 5 minutes walk in another building. - Although there were three of us, there were two of everything in the room (towels, bed, ...) - There was no mosquito net on the fan in the bathroom window - The area is too frequented by tourists. - The beach is covered with lots of construction debris, the sewage pipes from all the buildings lead to small shacks on the beach. We did not swim in the sea here...

The manager was very helpful. The fishing boats in front of the window at daylight were beautiful

There's no sign outside! How are you meant to find it?? Even with Google maps it was not at all clear After staying in lots of other hotels in Oman we thought it was quite expensive for what it offered

We had quite a small room but perfect enough for one night, great location for morning start on wadi Shab to avoid crowds. Small pool on terrace was also nice. There is a shared and well equipped kitchen with fridge.

Very simple accommodation, beds were comfortable. Would probably not select it for a longer stay but perfectly fine for one night, we enjoyed walking around the small town, exploring the nearby beach and the view from our room.

Bathrooms were extremely small but functional, the kitchen could use an upgrade.

The smell in the room was not very nice, the bathroom was very small and the shower was broken. It was ok for one night but I don't think we will stay there again

We arrived at the beach house and even though it was open no one was there to get us checked in. After a few phone calls I got through to the owner Sami who apologised and sent his worker straight away, I hadn't rang them beforehand and the worker explained that guests usually arrive around 5ish and we got there at 1, so not really a problem!! The property itself is awesome, with comfortable beds and access to a small pool which my kids loved. There is no access to the beach from the property but you have the full view of the sea from the pool and there is a children's park walking distance away. We stayed only one night as we were visiting Wadi Shab and this was our resting point and for the purpose it was just perfect. Sami rang again once we were settled to ask if everything was ok and his worker also left his number with us in case we needed anything!! Full access to the kitchen is provided which has a gas cooker, pots and pans, basic utensils, a kettle, and a coffee machine with plenty of tea, coffee, and sugar. There is no staff at this property all the time, we enjoyed the privacy!! I left my iWatch at the property and didn't realise until I was back in Muscat, I rang the worker who confirmed the watch was there and then Sami rang me and told me he would drop the watch off to me. True to his word, Sami drove all the way to Muscat and dropped the watch off to me at the hotel U was staying at, legendary guy!! Thank you Sami and thank you to your staff - will definitely be visiting again!!

Great location, we stayed with kids whilst rest of the family camped close by. Perfect for one night with the family.

We had construction work outside our window, so people walking talking constantly. Also an odd experience of arranging breakfast one day, but the staff completely absent the next so we had to pack up and leave to get breakfast. The bathrooms were half-built, with shower on top of toilet and no hot water.

The wash basin had been moved from toilet to inside room with 3 beds (probably due to plumbing defects in toilet) ! The shower (supposedly automatic) gave only cold water :-( Toilet was too small with shower almost on top of toilet !! So washbasin would have made it even small I guess ! Room had a bad toilety kind of smell - I had to use my own bukhoor to make it tolerable. WiFi did not work either !

The location and proximity to Wadi Shab is excellent.

The beds were quite uncomfortable and the hotel was unfinished. The kitchen area could have been much cleaner.

It is actually a house with basically one guy running everything, This place is not a decent stay area for a family. Individuals can stay here though since its next to the beach. But don't expect any sort of service, only one person is there to prepare food, clean, etc.

The view was nice. One of the rooms that we booked was very spacious.

The front terrace is not kids-safe. There was an empty pool and some holes next to the pool that easily kids can fall down into it. There is no professional staff, just a caretaker who was not there once we reached. We had to make a few calls to find him.

Great location very close to Wadi Shab, okay room with sea view. There a few restaurants in walking distance that provide decent meals.

Quite a bad smell in our room, staff doesn’t make an effort in being friendly or welcoming.

The house is new (some rooms still under construction) and in front of the sea, but unfortunately you can't swim there because the coast is not accessible in that area. You can enjoy sitting outside in the evening. Sami, the owner, was very kind and helpful

The village has nothing to offer but the sea
