Reviewed Sep 1, 202615 mins to the airport. Host assisted with transport to and from airport at an additional cost. Driver was timely with my very early morning pickup. Bottled water was available and a small, communal kitchenette and refrigerator, though I didn’t use, as I arrived late/left very early in the am. There was ample space in the room. It was clean. There was air conditioning and bathroom was within the room.
It was a little creepy to me, as I hadn’t expected this arrangement and I arrived after dark. Not a hotel. But rather it was more like a small, below ground-level flat or hostel, with several lockable rooms off a center hallway and had a communal sitting area, with communal kitchenette. Room lacked charm, but essentials were there. I messaged host days ago about an item I may have left in the room, and have not received a response from them.

Et comble du comble ... sur la boites aux lettres c'est noté numéro 13
il faut absolument CORRIGER l'ADRESSE !!!!!! on a beaucoup galéré à trouver

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026La disponibilité et l'accueil de Elektra et Nikos. Jolie chambre dans un logement agréable, très calme, avec petit jardinet privatif devant la chambre pour se relaxer. Tout confort, possibilité de se préparer du thé. Emplacement idéal dans un joli faubourg d'Athènes situé près de l'aéroport, avec les restaurants à proximité. Je l'ai souvent utilisé pour les transferts d'avion. J'apprécie particulièrement la possibilité de navette de/pour l'aéroport, le centre-Athènes et le métro pour les arrivée au Pirée.

A parte un' attesa di oltre mezz'ora fuori dalla struttura - ma può capitare -, la camera era al seminterrato, dunque buia e scomoda per via di una scala a chiocciola. La camera è piccola, poco spazio per muoversi, il bagno spartano, senza supporti d'appoggio. Non sono queste le ragioni per le quali do, però, una pallida sufficienza. Capelli, capelli e capelli neri e spessi sul pavimento (e non certo i miei, che hanno un altro colore). Troppi capelli ovunque. Il pavimento scuro maschera quando si arriva, ma un occhio attento riconosce (e raccoglie, ahimè ). Al mattino, con la luce del giorno, ho avuto conferma del fatto. Dunque la pulizia per me non è assolutamente sufficiente.

Man kann problemlos vor dem Haus parken (alternativ wird Abholung angeboten). Einrichtung eher einfach, aber alles vorhanden was man braucht und sehr sauber. Wasser und Kaffee gibt es gratis. Restaurants in Laufreichweite.
Ein paar Kleiderbügel und -haken wären hilfreich gewesen.

Several miscommunications with owner, who seemingly tried his best to help. Wrong address listed on Booking.com. It is not #14 as listed, but #11 which is across the street from #14. Owner said there is not official address for his property, so he lists it as "across from". I do not see that noted anywhere. So I had to bother the private home owners at #14 (who were very nice... thinking NOT the 1st time this has happened?). I of course had no Wi-Fi or cell service, but they called the owner for me to come let me in. He was there in <10 minutes. I was the only guest staying there. The room & faculty was acceptable. Heat never seemed to warm up the room. One restaurant close by. Food was good. They only opened at 9 AM so no breakfast before my departure.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026Wir mussten gezwungenermaßen eine Nacht in Athen verbringen da wir unseren Anschlussflug verpasst hatten. Wir wurden von Nikos vom Flughafen spontan abgeholt und am nächsten früh auch wieder problemlos zum Flughafen gebracht. Wir fanden es super das das alles spontan so problemlos funktioniert hat. Die Unterkunft war einfach eingerichtet und sauber, alles bestens sogar ein Föhn war vorhanden. Kaffee und Wasser gab es auch umsonst. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen sollte man mal in Athen stranden😉

He took us from the airport to the apartment, then took us to eat, then back to the apartment and back to the airport. Everything was done with a smile and maximum service. Reviewed Mar 2, 2026Λιτό αλλά καθαρό δωμάτιο με τα απαραίτητα στοιχεία (σαμπουάν, αφρόλουτρο, πιστολάκι για μαλλιά). Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό, το κρεβάτι αρκετά ικανοποιητικό και υπήρχε συνεχώς ζεστό νερό. Για μια απλή διανυκτέρευση ήταν ικανοποιητικό.
Το κλιματιστικό του δωματίου δεν επαρκούσε για αρκετά ζεστή ατμόσφαιρα. Υπήρχε κοινόχρηστη κουζίνα όπου υπήρχαν ότι αναφέρονται ως παροχές του δωματίου (ψυγείο, καφετιέρα, τσάι κλπ). Επίσης δεν υπήρχε ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης, αλλά στάθμευση στον δρόμο, όπου όμως υπήρχε αρκετός ελεύθερος χώρος. Πέραν του κλιματιστικού, τα υπόλοιπα δεν ήταν πρόβλημα, απλά δεν ανταποκρίνονταν στην περιγραφή του δωματίου.

Reviewed Jan 9, 2026This accommodation was perfect for our stay. The room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was amazing, which is always a big plus. There is a TV with Netflix, and a small kitchenette that is very convenient. You can’t really cook, but it’s perfect for preparing cold meals. The location is great. It’s about a 10-minute walk to restaurants and very close to the airport, which makes it ideal if you’re flying the next day.
The only downside was the mosquitoes. I think they come in through the bathroom window, even though there is a screen. I would recommend closing that window upon arrival if you don’t want mosquitoes bothering you at night. Overall, a great place and I would definitely stay here again.

Our night at this place was a disaster. We're not super picky and just wanted a place to crash between flights. Unfortunately, that wasn't possible because the room was infested with mosquitoes. Not just one or two, but dozens of them. We spent the night killing these bugs and barely slept. We had also booked the airport shuttle service. The next morning, the driver didn't show up at the agreed time and we had to send him a text message. He then dropped us off as agreed, but we lost 20 minutes.

The only gripe is that the room door doesn't provide soundproofing. With this being a location that gets used by many for catching flights, this results in people getting in late and others getting up very early, all of which is likely to wake you if they are not especially considerate or you don't sleep like a log.
