excellent location between the train station and center of Alkmaar, very comfortable bed, great kitchenette, couch and TV, great value

the studio feels a bit damp and hot at times so would recommend a small fan for air flow (no AC but not really needed), shower head was not in best condition, coffee machine didn’t work, one window was locked and I couldn’t open it

Süße kleine Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage.

Fenster zum Lüften waren abgeschlossen und wir fanden keinen Schlüssel. Lüften über die Tür war möglich.

Spacious b&b, nicely decorated, very clean and in a perfect location. We really enjoyed our stay while visiting the Alkmaar cheese market.

Отличное месторосположение рядом с жд вокзалом и автовокзалом, благодаря чему можно посетить все интересующие Вас города Нидерландов, Самостоятельное прибытие. Аппартамент стоит своих денег, было очень чисто и достаточно комфортно. В апартаментах есть Самарт ТВ и все кухонные принадлежности. Хозяева Джон и Лиссаане очень дружелюбные и отзывчивые!

Netjes, schone en stijlvolle studio. Dichtbij het centrum en in een fijne en rustige buurt. Zeker een een aanrader. We komen graag nog eens terug.

Het rook wat muf toen we arriveerden, maar Lisanne heeft een raampje voor ons geopend. Toen was het snel opgelost.

De accomodatie ligt verscholen achter de huizen waardoor ik me daar niet veilig voelde. Geen enkel contact met de straatkant. Dit vond ik erg benauwend en niet fijn aanvoelen. De accomodatie zelf was prima, maar ik vond het te donker en te afgelegen voor mij al vrouw alleen

De Jeanne en afzuiging maakte feel herrie

La ubicación al lado de la estación de tren y a un corto paseo del centro. La amplitud y luminosidad de la habitación. El sofá cama era cómodo para dormir un adulto, La ducha cerrada.

La cama era demasiado blanda. La ropa de cama y toallas sin estar sucias, no olían bien. Se agradecería mucho algún trapo en la cocina y alguna percha en el baño para colgar las toallas

We hadden geen ontbijt. Het huisje was prima. De douche geweldig. De plek, waar het huisje stond, kon niet beter. Vlakbij het station, vlakbij het restaurant, vlakbij de binnenstad.

Voor als je wilt koken, kunnen misschien wat meer pannen in het kastje worden gezet.

De locatie is schitterend, vlakbij de stad en het trein/bus-station. Doordat het niet direct aan de weg ligt het, is het erg stil. Het appartement is verder voorzien van alle gemakken.

Het bed en dan voornamelijk de kussens zijn slap. De pannen zijn aan vervanging toe. Hier zat een zwarte aangebrande laag op die in het eten komt

Everything is more than perfect... also asked for some extra stuff and they responded very quickly, genres and helpfully. The location of the house is in the middle between the city and the train station.

Raam kon niet open maar dat had ik gelezen maar na belletje met de host was dit zo opgelost ..

Tv werkt erg slecht

Appartement was netjes en schoon. Als aanvulling op ander commentaar: bij ons deed de TV het goed.

Al eerder genoemd: de ramen vallen snel in het slot en zaten bij ons op slot. Hierdoor is er weinig ventilatie. Gelukkig maakte de eigenaar de ramen open. Als extra sleutels worden gemaakt, zal dit eenvoudig verbeterd kunnen worden.

Todo perfecto. Muy comodo y los propietarios muy amables y atentos. Gran ubicación, muy cerca del centro de Alkamaar en una calle preciosa de casitas.

Nada. Pero para decir algo... tienen que actualizar las paellas.

De locatie was top, op loopafstand vh centrum. Parkeren voor €6 per dag op nog geen 10 min lopen. Uitstekende indeling vd ruimte.

Persoonlijk vond ik het matras wat te zacht en het was 's nachts nogal warm. Er kon geen raam open, zat op slot en er waren geen sleuteltjes van. We zijn vergeten ernaar te vragen, dus dat is onze fout.

Nothing it was all good. Only thing if you want the sofa bed too you must let them know in advance as not automatic

Very quiet location, two minutes from the train station and a few minutes to town. Kitchen was well equipped, yummy coffee, comfy bed, great blow dryer, and excellent Wifi.

Large area in front of front door that is lower than the floor, we stumbled into it a few times, didn’t fall thank goodness.. There is only hand soap at the sink in the bathroom, no shampoo or soap in the shower

It was very comfortable and the location was perfect....2mon walk from the train station and 15min walk to the center. Lovely picturesque place to visit.

perfect location in Alkmaar, in nice neighbourhood, small restaurants with international food just around the corner, within walking distance to town centre and bicycle rental, in no time at the train and bus station for trips to Amsterdam and Egmont aan Zee, lovely host family, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, nice rain shower, many thanks
