Wir konnten die Zimmertüre nicht abschließen, erst mit einem Video per WhatsApp vom Besitzer war es möglich. Preis - Leistung passte für uns leider nicht wirklich.

Siistit huoneet ja kiva aamiaissali. San Giovannin lauttalaituri vieressä, bussipysäkki 400m. Paikan oma Nene-kahvila, josta sai aperitiivot ja pientä snäksiä ja kahvia.

Sijainti kaukana Bellagion keskustasta, kävely oli rankka yli 30 asteen lämmössä. Lähellä ei ravintoloita. Bussi kulki melko harvoin. Aamiaisella ei ollut gluteenittomia tuotteita, en tiedä olisiko pitänyt pyytää erikseen. Aamiaisella ei myöskään mitään tuoreita kasviksia leivän päälle. Ei ilmeisesti kuulu paikalliseen aamiaiseen. Huoneissa olisi voinut olla vaikka verhot tuomaan kodikkuutta, oli hieman kolkko sisustus.

Location tres confortable, propre et très bien situé pour prendre le bateaux. Un parking gratuit ce situe pas tres loin et il y a un bar au bout de la rue où l'on peut prendre l' apéro. Je recommande ce logement pour un séjour au lac de Côme.

Le seul petit bémol et que notre chambre se situait sous les combles.

Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Dusche war super schön, Lage ist super mit kostenlosem Parkplatz dabei, Frühstück war sehr gut und die Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück sehr nett, Check in war flexibel möglich und uns wurden gute Tipps gegeben, wie man sich fortbewegen kann und was man alles sehen kann in Bellagio, Kommunikation war über WhatsApp immer gut, Kühlschrank im Zimmer vorhanden, zwei gratis Wasser waren darin, Preis/Leistung ist gut

Wir hatten das Zimmer 4 im Dachgeschoss, da musste man sich leider immer etwas bücken; Zimmerreinigung findet nur alle 2 Tage statt, was bei uns nicht schlimm war, da wir nur eine Nacht geblieben sind, aber bei einem längeren Aufenthalt würde mich das stören, WLAN war leider nicht gut, auf dem TV gab es leider keine deutschen Sender oder Netflix, statt einer Klimaanlage gab es einen Ventilator, da kann ich nicht beurteilen ob der im Sommer kalt genug macht, da es bei uns leider geregnet hat und daher nicht sonderlich warm war

Lokalizacja, mimo że do miasta trzeba było iść z 25min to bardzo blisko jeziora w urokliwym miejscu, cichym.

Klimatyzacja nie dawała rady w taki upał.

Výborne ubytovanie v tichšej lokalite. Izby boli čisté a komfortné. Raňajky výborne. Kontaktna osoba Alisa bola veľmi milá a komunikovala non stop.

Καθαρά δωμάτια,σε ήσυχη περιοχή,απο ολη την περιοχή στο πιο δροσερό μέρος για καλοκαίρι,ίσια κάτω στο δρομάκι φτάνεις στην λιμνη και ειναι περιοχή για μπάνιο με πολυ καθαρό νερό.Ανετα τα δίκλινα,φιλικό περιβάλλον,το πρωινό χωρίς πολλές πολυτέλειες αλλά πολυ όμορφο,ειδικά τα κρουασάν.Ολα ήταν πολυ όμορφα.Θα πήγαινα ξανα σίγουρα.

Check in πρέπει να κάνεις ηλεκτρονικά γιατί δεν έχει ρεσεψιόν.Ευκολα γίνεται βέβαια με κάποιον σύνδεσμο που σου στέλνουν,αλλά για κάποιον που δεν ξέρει ειναι πρόβλημα.Εκτος κι αν φτάσει μέχρι το μεσημέρι.

Majoitus oli rauhallisessa kylässä Bellagion ulkopuolella ja tarjosi rauhaa ihmisvilinästä. Huone oli siisti ja aamupala kiva!

Ilmastointi olisi voinut olla parempi.

I was absolutely delighted with both the property itself and its location. Everything was within easy walking distance, and the neighborhood was wonderful. The host was incredibly helpful and very easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed the delicious and varied breakfasts. The room was excellent—clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. I highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again in the future.

Host was very rude and initimative.She threatened my family ( 2 adults and 7 year old daughter ) to report us to the police because we booked a double bedroom with sofa and we stated that we were going to be only 2 adults. She didnt ask us why we were more than booked. We didnt know that the names of the tenants should be reported to the police before check in. It was a mistake from out side but that was not the way to communicate this important information to a family who is having vacations and waiting for a year to relax at a trip.There was no elevator. There was a machine, something like a lift device who took 10 times more to take you to the upper floors. There was no wifi working in the room. When reportes to the host, she promised to try and fix it in the morning but never replied that she did anything. I dont recomend this place to anyone. Worst host i experienced in 20 years i have been booking hotels or apartments.

Super kind and nice staff and excellent value for money - room was clean with decent design. Location wise we also liked - St.Giovanni is perfect and quite place to stay near Bellagio.

Úžasný byt s krásnou terasou, v blízkosti domu příjemná kavárnička na ranní snídani či odpolední snack. Vzdálenost od centra - 10 minut pěšky:-D Za mě velmi dobré - laundry 10 metrů od budovy, kde si můžete vše vyprat a vysušit. Rozhodně 100% můžu doporučit:-D

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, nur 15-20 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Das Zimmer war groß, ebenfalls das Bad und man hatte alles, was man braucht. Das Personal war super freundlich und wir durften sogar 1,5 Stunden vorher das Zimmer beziehen. Das Frühstück ist schlicht, aber lecker. Besonders auf die frischen Croissants jeden Morgen haben wir uns gefreut. Der Frühstücksraum und auch das Treppenhaus waren immer sauber. 2 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt befindet sich ein kleiner Kiesstrand, der größere ist ca. 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Ebenfalls am kleinen Badestrand befindet sich auch ein Fährzugang, sodass man nicht bis ins Zentrum von Bellagio laufen muss. Das war ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Zum Hotel gehört noch ein kleines Restaurant/Cafe um die Ecke und auch werden Kochkurse angeboten. Wir würden es definitiv wieder für einen Aufenthalt in Bellagio buchen.

Die Klimaanlage war hinter einer Art Schrank versteckt, sodass es nur einen schmalen Luftspalt in das hinein Zimmer gab. Dadurch wurde das Zimmer nicht so kühl, wie wir es erhofft hatten. Aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Чудове розташування, далі від шумного центру, поруч є станція парому та міський пляж. Смачний сніданок, хоча не дуже різноманітний. Номер чистий, просторий, багато світла, зручне ліжко. Дуже привітний персонал.

На 3 поверсі, де був наш номер, інтернет працював дуже погано. Було б добре, щоб були одноразові капці.

The staff were very friendly, and communication via WhatsApp was excellent. It was easy to find the property and collect the keys. The rooms were very clean and stylish. A bottle of water was left in the refrigerator, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated after the journey. The breakfast was delicious.

It would be nice to have a wider selection of breakfast options, such as sausages, fried eggs, goat cheese, and similar items.

Tiszta volt, olyan volt mint a képen. Strand és éttermek is voltak a közelben. Az óváros se volt messze.

Tetőtéri szobát kaptunk ahol elég meleg volt. A klíma központilag volt irányítva, ezért volt egy este amikor be se tudtuk kapcsolni, pedig szükséges lett volna. A reggeli nem túl változatos.

Хороший сніданок, розташування гарне, але без авто краще не розглядати, близько вілла.

Номер на 4 поверсі, немає кондиціонеру, лише вітряк, при температурі на вулиці 34 градуси не справлявся.

We had some troubles during our booking and the hosts were always extremely helpful. We stayed in the apartment and everything was perfect, better than what we were expecting. Breakfast was good.

Keep in mind that it is a 30 min walk from the centre and during heat months it’s very hard. Also, if you plan to cook try to bring food from wherever you can as next to the apartment there isn’t really any supermarkets or many restaurants.

NO dia de chuva, uma smart tv fez falta.

Dobre śniadanie, choć serwowane porcje niewielkie. W pokoju dostępny jest czajnik i herbata, a także lodówka.

Dużym minusem pokoju jest jego lokalizacja - 30 minut pieszo do centrum Bellagio. Kursują busiki, ale na żaden nie udało nam się trafić. W pokoju nie było klimatyzacji, jedynie wiatrak, a umiejscowienie na poddaszu potęgowało upał. Pokój zamykany jest na zamek magnetyczny, o czym nie zostaliśmy poinformowani od razu, więc mieliśmy niemały problem, żeby zamknąć drzwi i bezpiecznie zostawić tam swoje rzeczy. Parking przy hotelu jest publiczny, więc w weekend swobodne zaparkowanie graniczy z cudem, zresztą w tygodniu też było tłoczno.

Alicce una anfitriona genial. Nos gustó mucho la habitación e hizo muy cómoda nuestra estancia. El apartamento está a 5 minutos de la parada de bus que te lleva de Como-Bellagio y vice-versa, lo que hizo muy fácil el moverse de Como a Bellagio.

Está un poco retirado del centro, a unos 25 minutos caminando. La única pega es que los restaurantes de la zona cierran pronto, a las 20h-21h ya estaban todos cerrados, menos uno. Por lo que si buscáis cenar tarde o tomar unos cocktails no olvidéis de reservar un coche o taxi, si no, os tocará caminar, ya que los restaurantes del centro de Bellagio cierran más tarde. Pero todo genial, repetiríamos sin duda.

Мястото се намира красив квартал, близо до станция Сан Джованни, до която ходи кораб (трябва да се знае разписанието). Има и автобусна спирка наблизо, бързо може да се стигне до цънтъра на града. Домакините бяха много мили да ни обяснят, как да намерим обекта. Стаята е много чиста, уютна. Наблизо се намират бар, кафе, други заведения в района. Кварталът е приказен. Има красив парк наблизо с приятни гледки към планините.

Rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was good.

Location was worse than we expected. In the property information, it noted you could walk through the gardens but didn’t include that this costs 10€ per person per day. If you choose not to walk through the gardens it is a 30 minute walk along a very narrow, very busy highway with cars travelling at high speeds which feels quite dangerous.

Комфортный и уютный номер, есть все необходимое для проживания. Администратор была очень дружелюбная и все время оставалась на связи, даже в позднее время, помогала в решении возникающих проблем. Завтрак был лучше ожидаемого.

Отель находится в получасе ходьбы от парома в Белладжо, и порой невозможно добраться до места никак, кроме пешком, это стоит учитывать при планировании поездки.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed these apartments. Everything was smooth and well organised from the start. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras, such as umbrellas, dishwasher tablets, and complimentary bottled water. The hosts clearly pay attention to guests’ needs, and these small touches made us feel very welcome. Thank you for a fantastic stay. We would happily return and recommend these apartments to others.

Habitação ampla, com uma linda e espaçosa varanda ao ar livre. Muito limpo re renovado.

So faltou um forno convencional para assar uma pizza (so tinha microondas).

La facilidad para comunicarme con el alojamiento. Tener aparcamiento disponible a 2 minutos del alojamiento. Que la habitación tenga nevera.

Que la habitación fuese una buhardilla. Los techos solo eran altos en la zona central y había que andar con cuidado de no darse en la cabeza..

Le parking gratuit à proximité. On aurait apprécié les horaires des bateaux à disposition dans la chambre ou dans l'espace partagé.

Eines der besten Unterkünfte am Comer See!! Ich war zum zweiten Mal hier und werde es sicher noch weitere Male buchen.

Sehr süß angerichtetes Frühstück.

Localização bem legal, nao fica no centro, mas facil acesso, tem um porto para pegar barcos, porém nao é um dos principais e nem todos os barcos param nele, mas ja facilita... tem uma igrejinha bem bonita e muito charmosa esse local. Tem estacionamento publico perto do restaurante que sempre tem vagas, nao tivemos problemas. Tudo muito calmo e tranquilo, silencioso também, apenas os sinos da igreja que tocam a partir das 8hs da manha kkkk mas esse horario ja é bom de levantar para aproveitar o dia, entao nao atrapalhou... mas quem gosta de dormir ate tarde, pode incomodar. O apartamento é bem legal, no andar de baixo tem uma sala enorme, cozinha bem equipada e banheiro. No primeiro andar dois quartos, um de casal e outro com 2 camas de solteiro, e um quarto. Tem aquecedor e ar condicionado em todos os cômodos, porém aparelhos um pouco antigos que podem nao ser tão eficientes, mas nao utilizamos pois a temperatura estava bem agradável a noite próximo dos 10 a 14 graus e durante o dos 20 graus. Adoramos, voltaríamos com certeza

Demorei a perceber as janelas do quarto que tem cortinas mas fica muito claro, depois que percebi que as janelas tinham portas para fechar as janelas e deixar tudo escuro. Os dois chuveiros ligados nao funcionavam bem o aquecedor, apenas um de cada vez... e o estacionamento fica uns 100m do apto, para malas com rodinhas nao foi bom pois o piso é de pedras...

El alojamiento en sí está muy bien, todo nuevo, limpio y cuidadisimo. La cama y los alhomadas muy cómodas. Buen desayuno. Sitio muy tranquilo. Fácil aparcamiento a ambos lados de la Iglesia. Una opción más económica pero genial sino quieres quedarte en hoteles más caros en Bellagio.

Es solo una observación. La ubicación no es tan buena en cuanto a si tienes que ir Bellagio. Si vas andando, es un paseo genial durante el día pero por la noche si vuelves de cenar, como en todas esas zonas, a veces no hay mucho acceso para peatones. Aparcar en Bellagio con todo el turismo es más limitado.

Pokój na poddaszu - dla wyższych osób był problem, żeby co chwilę nie uderzać głową. Miał być widok na ogród i miasto - mieliśmy jedynie okna dachowe, więc widoku nie było żadnego.

Struttura nuova, pulita ed accogliente situata in un bel borghetto poco distante dal centro di Bellagio, a due passi dal molo. Camera ampia, check-in e check-out veloci. Doccia stupenda.

Colazione un po' scarsa e di qualità mediocre. Assenza del bidet in bagno. Il campanile attiguo alla mattina suona impietoso, non è ovviamente colpa della struttura ma penso sia giusto segnalarlo perché potrebbe essere un problema per qualcuno. Il difetto maggiore è il letto, composto da un materasso piuttosto sottile che poggia su una tavola di legno. Purtroppo la qualità del sonno è stata pessima e ci siamo svegliati tutte le mattine con il mal di schiena.

La chambre (qui n'est donc pas un appartement) est spacieuse, bien équipée, propre et confortable. Alissa communique par whatsapp facilement car l'endroit n'a pas de réception. La chambre est située dans le hameau de San Giovanni. Le quartier est très calme, pas touristique. Le carillon de l'Eglise de 8h est charmant. Un embarcadère est tout juste en bas de la rue, où quelques bateaux passent. On est à 20 minutes à pied du centre, le parking gratuit juste à côté est un avantage important.

Un seul resto pour dîner à proximité. Il faut retourner dans le centre le soir.
