The location was on point. Very easy to access Ubud centre on foot. Food, coffee, shopping, massage, bars with in minutes.

I acknowledge that we get what reflects the cost. Water pressure in bathroom was, average, water flow out was a little below average and a good bleach would not hurt.

Very welcoming staff, very well located and practical accommodation!

Het was een prima guesthouse voor wat je betaald. De locatie is perfect

Er zit een zwembad bij, alleen hier heb je alleen ‘s ochtends zon. Daarnaast is de kamer geen enkele keer schoongemaakt in de dagen dat ik er was. Ik heb er 3 nachten geslapen.

L’emplacement très près de centre d’Ubud. Rue tranquille avec plein de commerces de bouche (très bons warungs, très bonne boulangerie). Personnel très gentil et prévenant pour organiser des sorties. Ils nous donnent n’y trouvé 2 chauffeurs exceptionnel avec qui on a pu visiter le nord d’Ubud et beaucoup apprendre sur la culture, et sur le chemin Ubud-Sidemenn et Sidemenn-Sanur.

La salle d’eau, sans douche séparée et donc la pièce était complètement trempée à chaque douche et plancher glissant. La qualité/propreté de la salle d’eau laissait à désirer. Plus de prises de courant, et près du lit serait apprécié. Et une tablette/table de chevet chaque vôté du lit.

Ubud merkezde, sakin bir sokakta ancak 3 dakikalık yürüyüşle hareketli sokaklara ulaşıyorsunuz. Havuz küçük ama serin ve temiz. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Odanızın önündeki masada her zaman sıcak su, bali kahvesi, çeşit çeşit çaylar bulunuyor. Bir isteğiniz olduğunda hemen ilgileniyorlar. Klima çok iyi çalışıyor. Yatak çok rahat. Özel araç istediğimizde bizi Yande ile tanıştırdılar. Yande , tüm gezi planlarımızla ilgilendi. Bazı turlarımızı , Gili transferimizi Yande ayarladı. Birkaç gün boyunca hep bizimleydi. Tatilimizi çok kolaylaştırdı ve güzelleştirdi.

Sadece klozet için güçlü bir temizleyiciye ihtiyaç var. Duş başlıkları oldukça yıpranmış.

A really cozy place that is neatly taken care of by a nice family. The location is excellent to enjoy the center of Ubud while staying somewhere quiet.

Das Bad hat leider sehr geschimmelt und hat unangenehm gerochen. Die Dusche war auch nicht ansprechend, der Abfluss war auf der anderen Seite des Bads und deshalb war das Wasser über den ganzen Boden verteilt.

I really enjoyed this accommodation! The staff is simply sensational! The villa belongs to a family who live there and they are simply wonderful! Very friendly and attentive. The bed is very comfortable. The best bed I've ever slept in! The room is clean, a very pleasant and calm environment. Perfect for relaxing. The location is also very good. Close to the center, you can walk there. I highly recommend it.

For some reason, unlike our previous two stays, breakfast was not included. The staff’s English was not good enough to explain why some rooms had breakfast and some didn’t so we couldn’t work out if this was an optional add on we could have asked for. One of the two rooms we booked did not have hot water, the other had hot water but a massive leak in the shower with water spewing out where the plumbing came out of the wall. They were unable to fix the hot water issue while we there and couldn’t move rooms because they were full. Overall it was more tired and not as well maintained as our previous stays and we’ll look elsewhere next time.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Buana Ubud Inn. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Lage war genial. Von hier aus konnte man die ganze Stadt zu Fuß erkunden und trotzdem auch einen Scooter mieten um noch andere Orte zu sehen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Man wurde immer mit einem sehr freundlichen Lächeln begrüßt und hat hat einen unglaublichen Service erhalten. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

The place was back away from the busy road so it was quiet. We had everything we needed. The location was great, easy walking to food and activities. They also gave us hot water all day long for coffee and tea. Very nice.

Seem like they didn't we were going to checking in that day. The staff was very nice though. We didn't have a lot of luggage, just backpacks but if you had big bags it might have been a small room.

The location was superb, walking distance to the main palace's and markets, a short scooter ride (you could walk if you wanted too) to the monkey forest, It was quiet and secluded and felt very comfortable. They were very accommodating as i booked online and turned up at the door 15 mins later. I would have stayed for longer if i had the time.

Everything about the property was very good. The location was close to Ubud central and sufficiently far to avoid street noise. The rooms were neat and clean. Toilets were good. The best part of the property was the swimming pool.

Pas de petit déjeuner Lit dur Pas de Netflix à la TV Coqs qui hurlent très fort, j'ai passé de mauvaises nuits et me réveillais à plusieurs reprises. Couple avec des enfants à côté de ma chambre qui faisaient énormément de bruit chaque matin très tôt, enfants qui crient, pleurent.... J'ai voulu partir dès la 1ere nuit mais ils ne remboursaient pas donc je suis restée mais j'étais très déçue.

Friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful pool and terraces with chairs and tables for each room. Hot water with coffee and tea provided for each room and refreshed throughout the day. Beds were very comfortable. Right in the heart of Ubud and easy to walk to several local attractions.

The location was exceptional. Close to everywhere you probably want to visit but still on a quiet street.

We were in Bali for almost a month and we stayed from homestays to 5* hotels and this one was the best by far. The guys who work here are more the willing to help you with everything, the cleanest pool in Bali and the morning coffee in the balcony makes you feel like home.

The only uncomfortable thing was the bed for us. We would prefer someone softer.

La habitación era super cómoda y limpia. Afuera de la habitación hay unos sillones con una mesa en la que siempre dejan un termo de agua caliente y sobres de te y café. La piscina también muy limpia y agradable. En general el ambiente es calmo. El personal muy amable y predispuesto. Definitivamente volvería y recomiendo este lugar. Fue una muy linda estadía. Lovely, comfortable, clean, and spacious. Surprisingly quiet for downtown Ubud. Not 5 star luxury but an absolute steal for the price and managed by a very kind and helpful family.

It is located on a super noisy street and the sounds travels into to the room. The building is at the back of a family compound and half of the building are one "inn" and the other half is a different company. There is a pool.

Booking.com is horrible so use another service to book this homestay.

Buana Ubud Inn is a lovely and very affordable place to stay. The value for money is excellent – you really get a lot for what you pay. The hosts are incredibly kind, caring, and attentive, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms are a bit older and slightly humid, but that didn’t bother us at all. Everything was clean and comfortable and that’s what really matters. If you plan to stay here, make sure to visit Sugriwa’s Warung for a meal – it’s just a short walk away and absolutely delicious! A perfect choice if you’re looking for a cozy, friendly, and budget-friendly stay in Ubud. 💚🌿

A very clean Homestay with a traditional feel and vibe to it. Great location too.

The bathroom with no separation between the shower and toilet meaning water gets everywhere. Also the bathroom lighting was quite dull making it hard to see. Very small and paper thin walls meaning I heard everything going on in the room next to mine and I mean everything!!! Guests were very noisy too coming up and down the stairs at night. Additionally, I had zero wifi for the entire stay.

Rooms and bed were clean and comfortable, ac worked well, location was ideal with access to the central area, staff were good.

The main issues for me was the construction noise next door & porches were all very close together and no privacy when sitting outside- my neighbour was on the phone right outside my door after 11pm & didn’t seem to think this was an issue- if you have one inconsiderate person they disturb many rooms as it’s very compact. The pool area is also the same, compact, you feel that everything is squeezed in as opposed to other places that have gardens and are spread out. It’s a step above a hostel but I’d pay a few dollars more for more space. This was shown on the photos but was more cramped than expected.

Excellent emplacement, suffisamment retiré pour ne pas avoir de bruit, cependant au plus près de la rue principale et de tous les restaurants. Chambre confortable et propre, bonne climatisation.
