Sehr netter Familienbetrieb, superruhige Lage, leckeres Essen und Motorräder im Gastraum sicher geparkt.

Très belle adresse à Demnate, au calme et entourée de nature. L’hôte est très gentil, accueillant et aux petits soins. La vue depuis la chambre est tout simplement époustouflante, un vrai plaisir au réveil ! La petite piscine en bas de l’hôtel est jolie. Chambre confortable et propre, et nous avons également très bien mangé. Une étape que nous avons beaucoup appréciée !

Das Personal war sehr freundliches und herzlich. Noch am Auto abgeholt wurde uns Hilfe mit dem Gepäck angeboten und in der Lobby bekamen wir Milch und Datteln. Die Familiensuite hatte alles was das Herz begehrt. Zum Ankommen durften wir im äußere Lounge Tee und Kekse genießen. Es gab außerdem ein reichhaltiges Frühstück mit einem einmaligen Ausblick. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können einen Aufenthalt wärmstens empfehlen.

Leider tropfte der Wasserhan im Bad etwas.

Le gérant a été aux petits soins avec nous, et d’une gentillesse extrême. De plus le soir lors du dîner un musicien chanteur était présent avec sa guitare c’était vraiment génial. Le repas était également très bon ainsi que le petit déjeuner très complet et délicieux. Quant à la chambre celle ci avait une vue imprenable sur la montagne, c’était PARFAIT.

Un Acceuil incroyable où tout est fait pour si sentir bien.merci encore pour cette accueil.

Die Zimmerausstattung war sehr schön und komfortabel und die Terasse mit Blick auf die umgebende Landschaft war phänomenal. Wir haben im Restaurant sehr gut zu Abend gegessen und uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank.

Accueil personnalisé malgré une réservation en toute dernière minute. L'hôtel était en travaux (pas d'accès piscine etc...) mais nous avons été installés au calme. Chambre spacieuse, avec superbe terrasse avec vue, sanitaires ok. Déjeuner plus que copieux. Personnel bienveillant++++ Nous avons été soignés au petits oignons.

Oussama and his relatives were incredibly attentive to our needs. The level of service was excellent and their kindness was heartwarming.

Nous venons fréquemment dans cet endroit où l'accueil et la disponibilité d' Oussama font que l'on se sent comme chez soi. Il y a plusieurs types de logements. Nous aimons le confort de l' appartement grâce à son grand salon extérieur, mais les chambres avec balcon donnant sur la soleil couchant sont aussi agréables.

L'endroit est hyper reposant avec une vue magnifique. Le patron est d'une gentillesse absolue.

Le site est encore en travaux, il y a quelques bidons vides et des outils dans le décor qui pourrait être rangés. Le frigo de la chambre ́n'était pas propre.

L aceuil est bien. Personnel sympa. La vue soit des chambre ou des restaurants magnifique.

Juste la piscine qui n était pas encore prête. Si non tout le reste est nickel

Bellissima esperienza all'hotel La Belle Vue a Demnate. Oussama e il suo staff ci hanno accolti con tutte le gentilezze possibili, siamo stati benissimo nelle stanze e abbiamo cenato guastando l'ottima cucina del posto godendo anche di un bellissimo spettacolo di gnawa (musica tradizionale marocchina). Ottima anche la colazione con il pane melowi e altri prodotti tipici. Un'accoglienza perfetta e vere good vibes, ci siamo sentiti veramente accolti! Grazie!!

Excellent séjour pour démarrer et finir notre itinérance vélo. En travaux, l'hébergement offrira bientôt de nouvelles chambres. Super vue en pleine nature. Transfert organisé depuis Marrakech.

Der Besitzer Osama ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, er hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Als Stopp nach der Durchquerung der abenteuerlichen Straße durch den Hohen Atlas absolut perfekt. Für uns als Touristen eine absolute authentische lokale Erfahrung. Toller Blick und super Abendessen und Frühstück!

C'est la 2ème fois que nous venons à La belle vue, et nous avons toujours été accueillis très chaleureusement. C'est un très bel endroit, authentique et chaleureux. La cuisine est très bonne et le petit déjeuner exceptionnel! Adresse à retenir, où nous retournerons avec un immense plaisir.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec le sourire et un bon thé à la menthe. Les chambres sont propres et agréables. Je recommande le tajine à l'omelette berbère un vrai délice.

Très belle vue depuis la chambre le cadre est dépaysant. La chambre est grande est propre. C'était en travaux mais malgré ça on a été super bien accueillis avec le thé et des gâteaux. Pour le dîner nous avons manger sur place le tajine berbère et le tajine poulet sont excellents. Et le matin le petit déjeuner était incroyable. Les 2 monsieur qui se sont occupés de nous étaient très gentils.

Très bon accueil et repas

Un accueil chaleureux et un service efficace et attentionné. Oussama a tout fait pour que notre séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Il a proposé un excellent Tajine au dîner et le petit déjeuner était copieux. Par ailleurs, on peut compter sur lui pour avoir toutes les informations utiles pour les visites et l’état des routes. Merci mille fois pour cette hospitalité généreuse.

Le riad était en travaux, nous avions été prévenu à l'avance mais avons quand même choisi d'y aller. Accueil très sympathique, le tajine était très bon. Il faudra que nous y retournions après les travaux car je pense que ça sera un très bel établissement qui mérite qu'on s'y arrête. L'emplacement est calme.

Seul bémol pour les gens qui ont quelques difficultés à marcher, il y a des escaliers pour descendre dans les chambres.

Avons été prévenu la veille de notre arrivée que l'établissement était en travaux. Avons quand même maintenu la réservation par manque de temps. Lors de notre arrivée, effectivement de gros travaux étaient en cours. Le petit déjeuner était un peu juste.

Gostoljubivi i susretljivi domaćini, odlična lokacija, lijepi pogled, ukusna hrana. Domaćini su nam izašli u susret i omogućili da opremo blatne bicikle i pohranimo ih na sigurno. Sobe su uredne, kreveti i tuševi odlični, baš kako treba.

The place is beautifully located, offering lovely views and a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. The breakfast was delicious, and the food in general was of excellent quality. Overall, it’s a charming place with as authentic feel and wonderful hospitality.

The property is perfect for stays during warmer months. In December the room felt a bit cool at times

Nádherný apartmán s balkónem a výhledem do krajiny, pohodlné postele a dokonalý klid. V ceně pobytu byla skvělá snídaně servírovaná v jídelně či na terase. Recepční byl velmi ochotný. Perfektní místo i pro vícedenní pobyt.

Krásné prostředí. Jde vidět, že je ubytování postaveno s láskou a ve stylu rodinného podnikání, kde je na prvním místě host. Vynikající komunikace s personálem, super snídaně. Ideální místo pro výlety do Vysokého Atlasu nebo po cestě k vodopádům Ouzoud.

Prachtige accommodatie met veel rust, privacy en uizicht. De eigenaren zijn enorm aardig, behulpzaam en zorgzaam, en ze hebben gezorgd dat we een geweldige paar dagen hadden. We zouden zeker nog een keer terugkomen. Bedankt!

Nous sommes passés pour une étape rapide, mais nous serions bien restés plus longtemps. Le lieu est magique, la nourriture excellente et l'accueil + que parfait et très professionnel. Tout ça pour un prix très raisonnable. On a été super bien accueilli et toute l'équipe était aux petits soins avec nous tout le long. Tout était parfait, de l'accueil jusqu'au dernier moment où Ahmed nous a ramené une bouteille d'eau jusqu'à la voiture. Merci pour tout à toute l'équipe !

L’emplacement, la propreté, la vue

De gastvrijheid. Gastheer Achmed gaf me de mooiste kamer van het complex. Hij heeft me in zijn auto naar de kapper gebracht. Daarvoor heeft hij me rondgeleid in Demnate en van alles over de geschiedenis verteld van zijn stad. We zijn tweeënhalf uur onderweg geweest. Hij accepteerde geen vergoeding. Trots op zijn stad en het de gast naar de zin te maken.

As it says in the name of the property the view from the Hôtel across the valley is wonderful. On arrival the mint tea and biscuits were very welcome. My room was a good size with a comfortable bed, a good hot shower and a balcony to enjoy the view. For dinner I had the Berber Tagine which was delicious. The breakfast was plentiful.

The photos of the "mountain view" from the room do not do it justice - the view was breath-taking, especially during the golden hour. Ahmed was very kind and hospitable, with thoughtful gestures throughout the experience e.g. fruit snacks for our onward journey. The food was also very good and we enjoyed both the breakfast and the dinner very much. The bed was comfortable and the main bedroom was spacious and well designed. The bathroom has a small window so you can even enjoy the view whilst showering. The water pressure was surprisingly powerful. The whole place is very quiet and peaceful at night and in the mornings. I would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling this route and I would certainly stay here again.

La gentillesse et la serviabilité d'Oussama.Il nous donne de l'eau et des fruits avant de partir pour la route. J'ai oublié ma liseuse dans cet hôtel, il s'est débrouillé pour me l'a faire parvenir 3 jours plus tard à Marrakech. Vraiment trop sympa 👍. Le petit dej était excellent.

The best place ever. We had a great staying. Beautiful room, the best breakfast and Tajine. Ahmed, the son of the Owner was our guide and he is a lovely kind person. When you in Demnate come to this place and stay there. Make a walk around and visit the Pont Naturell .

Endless compliments for this place. Of course the view was amazing, but the staff were so friendly and hospitable. We were up in a room on the roof which offered beautiful views of the valley. We at dinner there that was delicious and accommodating and breakfast was beautiful and filling!
