The location does not have many eateries nearby.

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026Familia encantadora, te ofrecen desayuno y cena típica de la zona por un suplemento y esta muy bueno. Habitación limpia y espaciosa, con mesa y armario para guardar cosas.
Sino dispones de coche o transporte esta lejos, a unos 45 minutos en bus del centro de Munnar. A parte, donde esta solo hay un pequeño restaurante delante ...Eso si, la estación de bus esta enfrente. Tampoco tiene vistas a campos de té...

Prepare to be in quite a rural area- there are not many restaurant options nearby and we found it hard to find rickshaws. Would recommend having your own vehicle

Very clean comfortable room to stay in ..soly provides a breakfast if wanted at an ect small cost .Which we learnt how to make with Soly .. Always happy to help with what ever is needed . Highly recommend to stay here when visiting Munaar , only 30 rupees on the bus into munaar to explore.. Thankyou Soly hopefully come back again soon 🙏
The main road can be noisy but they were doing roadworks .

Reviewed Feb 25, 2026Staying at this place brought to so much joy and peace. Sure it’s a bit far from everything but one can always take a bus to nearby towns. Am really happy I stayed there. The room was really beautiful and simple with everything one needs. If you don’t mind taking bus, which by the way goes through beautiful landscapes, then this is the place for you. Thank you Soly for a wonderful stay and chai.

De plus il est très facile de rejoindre Munnar avec l'arrêt de bus qui est juste à côté de leur maison. Je recommande vivement.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2025It was a good place. Full homely vibes. Generally you do not get this feeling when you’re travelling. The owners are very friendly people. They arranged some local Toddy for us. It is a must try thing when you’re in Kerala. The stay is around 20 km from the main town of Munnar. I generally try to stay a bit far from the main city. This way I end up knowing about the places with less tourists. You can trek to the pettimudi hill top from here. It’s only 2-3 km away from here. It’s a moderately steep climb but every step worth it. You can go to Calvary mount as well. The place is 35-40 km drive from here. Absolutely beautiful and serene place. Do give this stay a visit when you are in Munnar.

Reviewed Jan 9, 2025Everything. Hosts are lovely, they do delicious breakfast and snacks. Room is very clean, spacious, has everything you will need. There was hot water. Just in front of the place there is a bus station, with easy access to Munnar, Adimali and further to Kochi, Kottayam etc. I was able to do laundry here for free. Hoping to come back!
