Es un precioso hotel con encanto en el centro de Denia, a unos 10 minutos andando del puerto, de la playa y de la zona comercial, y al lado de muchos bares y restaurantes. Cama muy cómoda y todo muy limpio. El desayuno está muy bien, muy variado y con bizcochos caseros. El personal es muy amable, pero en especial Virginia (de recepción), es todo un amor, muy detallista y nos ha hecho sentir como en casa. Muchas gracias por todo. Volveremos

El desayuno súper completo, el interior con su jardín una pasada y el personal del hotel muy atento. Volvería a repetir sin duda.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Everything. It was a beautiful hotel in a great location with fabulous staff and amazing breakfast. Well maintained both both inside and out with a fab roof terrace and patio areas. Special thanks go to Virgina for such wonderful hospitality.
Only thing that I think could be improved was providing a better hairdryer.

The breakfast was run very badly. There were often no plates, glasses or cups at the self service tables. One morning there was very little food available even though there was over an hour left of breakfast. There was only one person working during breakfast which clearly wasn't enough.

Estaban de obras, no hubo mucho ruido era el cambio de un aire acondicionado en la terraza pero no se pudo desayunar fuera.

Lo difícil que es el maniobrar en el garaje, el acceso del garaje a las habitaciones pasando por el comedor, y el café descafeinado de máquina que da de cápsula, y no está bueno, pero por poner una pega, y mejorar si es posible, pero son memeces … cosas sin importancia, porque el hotel, es de sobresaliente.

Las chicas que trabajan en la recepción son súper atentas y simpáticas (mención a Virginia y a Bea). La habitación superó nuestras expectativas ya que la que nos tocó fue muy amplia, tenía doble puerta para evitar ruidos, baño muy grande y 3 armarios con varias perchas en las que te cabe la ropa sin problemas. El servicio de limpieza también fue excelente porque fueron muy atentos a la hora de reponer cualquier cosa y dejaban la habitación impecable. Repetiríamos sin dudar.
Por poner una pega, el parking. Si tienes un coche grande o no tienes mucha habilidad maniobrando, se te puede complicar

We were in the annex, the rooms were quite small but very nice. They needed a full length mirror, appreciate there may not be room to put on the open stonework but a full length mirror on the inside of the wardrobe door would be great. Hair dryer fixed to bathroom wall and you had to keep the button pressed in for it to work. I would have preferred an independent hairdryer ( Mine and my friends preference.) I was at the hotel in March and enjoyed a drink out in the open courtyard. But on my recent visit the bar and restaurant was closed on a Monday. There is no mention of this on the website. If I had known I would have picked another night to stay. We didn’t require the restaurant but a drink would have been great to have in the courtyard. Sound picky but a few tweaks would be exceptional

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Todo, en general, fue excelente. El hotel destaca por su magnífica ubicación, el impecable estado de sus instalaciones y el cuidado con el que se ha pensado cada detalle. La decoración, la distribución de las zonas comunes, el mobiliario y las terrazas crean un ambiente muy acogedor y con mucho encanto. Además, el trato del personal fue excepcional: siempre amable, atento y profesional. Se agradecen especialmente los pequeños detalles, como el completo equipamiento de higiene de la habitación, con albornoces, zapatillas desechables y productos de una marca de calidad, que aportan un plus de confort. Los desayunos también merecen una mención especial, ya que se elaboran con productos de excelente calidad.
Como pequeño aspecto a mejorar, quizá sería interesante incorporar secadores de pelo con mayor potencia. Es un detalle menor, pero que sin duda contribuiría a que la experiencia fuera todavía más satisfactoria.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026El hotel es precioso. Las habitaciones son bonitas, amplias y cómodas. Y la ubicación es perfecta. Está en el casco antiguo de Denia. El restaurante también nos ha gustado, la comida está muy buena. Lo recomiendo y seguramente volveremos.
La única pega es que en verano en las zonas comunes hace mucha calor.

Overall the staff were lovely however one girl was just utterly rude and sadly brought down the rating on staff however it was only one, all the rest were great. Many people rave about the breakfast and on arrival it was certainly sold as something to look forward to the next day, we thought it was good/ok but definitely not excellent and had to advise the staff of gone off eggs one morning.

Room rather dull and the breakfast was disappointing given that we'd been told that it was so good that it attracts locals as well and hotel guests.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026The courtyard in the hotel. The reception staff were excellent. Parking within the hotel is a massive bonus and a good rate. Having a fridge in the room is always good, and I would put this on your details with booking.com as it is ideal for cold drinks. Lovely terrace area.
Both felt the bed was far too firm. We stayed in the annex, so maybe different mattresses in main hotel (??). Could do with a couple of shelves in the wardrobe for other items of clothing. Could do with a bin in the buffet area to put teabags, cereal boxes etc. No white sugar for black tea. Hot water from the machine to use for tea was very slow, and then you only needed 65% for a full cup, so it carried on puring in the drip tray.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Hotel con encanto, muy bien situado, en pleno centro, pero en una zona tranquila, y a unos 15 minutos andando del puerto y de la playa. Muy buen desayuno buffet, y lo puedes tomar en un bonito comedor o en un precioso patio con mucha vegetación. Cama y almohadas muy cómodas, y todo muy limpio. El personal es excepcional, muy amables todos. Sin duda volveremos
