Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Struttura che risceglierei senza pensarci due volte se tornassi a Valencia. Ottima posizione, in un quartiere residenziale, poco distante dal centro, raggiungibile benissimo in metro. Camera super silenziosa e pulitissima. Letto molto ampio e comodissimo. Ogni giorno ci hanno sistemato il letto e pulito la stanza, cambiato asciugamani. Personale davvero gentile. Siamo pienamente soddisfatti di questo Hotel.
Onestamente non ho nessun aggettivo negativo...

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026La ubicación del hotel es muy práctica: a un paseo del Oceanografic (20 minutos), a 10 minutos de un centro comercial (Saler) que incluye un Carrefour y varios establecimientos de comida rápida y tiendas, y a 5 minutos del metro (línea 10) y del autobús, junto al Roig Arena. Es un hotel pequeño (solo llega a la primera planta) pero se ve bastante nuevo, nos resultó muy cómodo y con una buena relación calidad-precio. El aire acondicionado funcionó bien y pudimos dormir sin problemas. El autobús permite ir a la playa y al centro en media hora aproximadamente. Se ve que es una zona tranquila (al menos cuando no hay eventos en el Roig Arena) así que no tuvimos ruido ninguna noche.
No entendí que la puerta deslizante que hay en la entrada estuviera muchas veces cerrada. Es verdad que se puede abrir con la tarjeta de la habitación, pero a nosotros solo nos dieron una tarjeta a pesar de ser dos personas (aunque es cierto que tampoco la pedimos). Tampoco entendí que no hubiera un dispensador para volver a llenar la botella de agua filtrada del minibar, nos dijeron que el agua filtrada se ofrece como cortesía solamente para la primera noche.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026The location is excellent. We booked this hotel due to it's proximity to the Roig Arena. In fact it's about three minutes walk away. The hotel itself is on one floor. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom spotless . The hotel has its own car park but we were able to park free of charge in front of the hotel aout 100 metres from the front door.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Muy buena experiencia. El hotel se ve prácticamente nuevo, todo está muy limpio y cuidado, y las habitaciones están totalmente equipadas y son muy cómodas. Además, la ubicación es excelente, especialmente si vas a algún evento en el Roig Arena, ya que está muy cerca y resulta muy cómodo para ir andando. Sin duda, un hotel para repetir

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Hubo un error en la reserva ya que reservé una habitación para 4 adultos y al hotel le aparecía como 2 adultos y 2 niños y como la habitación era demasiado pequeña para 4 adultos, nos dieron otra habitación a coste cero para las otras dos personas. Todo un detalle. La habitación era nueva y las camas muy confortables, lo mismo que el baño que era muy amplio y todo nuevo. Reserva plaza de garaje, pero esta no está en el mismo edificio, sino en la calle detrás del hotel. La plaza estaba asignada y era amplia. Está a 10 mn caminando de la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias y del Oceanogràfic La zona es muy tranquila y está cerca de un centro comercial
Que el garaje estuviese en la otra calle y no poder subir el equipaje a través de el.

The hotel is not central, but in a quiet residential area, on the first floor of an apartment building, ten minutes walking form the Oceanogràfic. Restaurants and supermarkets around the corner, tramway stop at walking distance. Very quiet and comfortable.
I woke up with migraine on the first morning and asked not be disturbed, but the cleaning team knocked three times anyway.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Esse hotel é uma farsa, eu reservei, eles entraram em contato comigo para pagar com antecedência e o fiz, ao chegar no hotel por volta da meia noite, o ar condicionado não estava funcionando em pleno verão europeu, a janela não abria, ou seja, o quarto estava literalmente um forno, falei na recepção mas nada resolveram e eles não tinha quarto pra mudar pois estavam lotados. No dia seguinte, pedi pra sair pois impossível ficar sem ar condicionado, falaram que iam me ressarcir, mandei email, WhatsApp mas simplesmente não me respondem, tive que pagar outra diaria de hotel em outro lugar.

Es súper nuevo y las instalaciones están perfectas, la cama súper cómoda y el personal súper agradable y atento. L’ultima sera l’aria condizionata non funzionava e c’erano 33 gradi fuori, in stanza il caldo era soffocante. Nessuna soluzione è stata trovata, nemmeno un ventilatore di emergenza, né cambio stanza. Non vi è un bar interno con la possibilità di consumazioni (anche solo da bere) durante il soggiorno, né una fornitura nel frigo in stanza. Solo una bottiglia d’acqua il primo giorno e il bollitore con 2 bustine di caffè e due tisane.

The set up of the bathroom and shower is a bit strange - you have to come out the shower space to use a basin/hairdryer etc. There is no bar/restaurant on site, hen is fine for a very short stay. Make sure you purchase water if you need it. For a modern hotel, instant coffee is a shame.

Die Kommunikation per Mail oder Booking Nachrichten lässt leider sehr zu wünschen übrig. Anfragen im Nachhinein von meinem Aufenthalt (zB die Bitte um das schicken einer Rechnung) wurden leider komplett ignoriert. Auf englische Telefonanfragen wurde nicht eingegangen.
