Reviewed Apr 10, 2026Breakfast was good. The sofa cum bed adjacent to window was the best thing in the room.
Breakfast was good but lunch was terrible. Reuse rate of oil is quite high which can cause cancer. Fish we ordered was not fresh. Restaurant closes at 10 pm. So, if you reach after 10 pm you have to sleep with empty stomach. Nothing is available in the neighborhood as well for the location. AC was not working when we reached there.

We got to stay is a lovely 3 storey bungalow wh8ch was fantastic, just that few of the appliances (ground floor TV, tea maker), were not working owing to some electrical problem.Staff did attend when we let them know but they didnt have a resolution.It was nothing major and doesnt impact their rating, but could have been better

Reviewed Nov 8, 2025It was in a lovely location with easy walks to local villages. The room was clean on arrival and comfortable. The staff were very helpful.
The rooms were not very sound proof so there was a lot of banging and shouting in the corridors at night which impacted our sleep. There was no mini bar as advertised. We were there 4 nights and had to ask to get our bathroom cleaned and clean towels etc, this should be done daily without asking. The whole room needed a good clean, worktops and tables need polishing, toilet needed bleaching. Also bathroom needs a shower curtain or screen as everything ends up soaking wet and there’s nowhere to put clothes when you’re having a shower. Also the building is new so lots of little improvements needed, tiles in bathroom needs edging etc. We opened a blind in the restaurant to let some light in and the window ledges were covered in dead flies etc. Cleaning needs to be sorted throughout the hotel. Seems to be plenty of staff so no excuse.

Staff was extremely untrained and was basically learning on the job. I made the booking using an international credit card, and despite me informing them that I can only pay by International CC, which they said they will accept - they could not. Good thing my driver was able to pay them. This was the basic theme of this place - just learning on the job. They opened just a few months ago.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2025The property is very new. It's clean and cozy, rooms are spacious, staffs are co-operative, and Pool is well maintained. It is bit outside of the main bolpur town, but should not be an issue if you have a car to move around.
The resturant should have Buffet menu regardless of the number of guests.

Reviewed Mar 22, 2025Breakfast was plentiful and nice. Menus need variation as days go by. We stayed three days to pretty much the same lay-out buffet. General food quality could be better with the price being charged. Coming to lodging, rooms are neat and excellently kept. Some attention could be given to restroom locks, the conditioning equipment and internal ventilation. Other aspects like evening events, drawing area etc... are a visitor's delight!
The a-la-carte food on offer, especially non-veg segment requires some good attention. Veg segment is satisfactory by taste, however, a good deal of attention could be given to that too. From satisfactory to excellent is a huge space for improvement. A premium lodging facility having a considerable distance from the nearest food park or pretty much everything else should ideally cash in to offer quality in-dining to guests.

Only the fish items were stale. Chilli Fish and Garlic fish. We are having stomach issues post having those fishes last night. It was smelly

Reviewed Jan 3, 2025The property is new and everything has a very nice. Rooms are decorated tastefully and everything works.
There is still building works continuing. It is some distance from town eg at least 20 mins on Auto. The staff are generally helpful especially Adjal although a couple of the others are rather unfriendly and stand around watching without assisting. Also, they become rather demanding due to their own disorganisation rather than our unwillingness. Please clean up the rubbish at the back of the the hotel.

Room service is very slow. I informed them, they told that the staff is less, due to which it is delayed. But it needs improvement seriously.

Reviewed Dec 31, 2024The staffs though bit new and fresher but very polite, helpful and Guest friendly. The Property being new was an added advantage, house- keeping was too good and maintenance was quite good.
The property being right on Highway was bit noisy during night time. Since it is located a bit away from City center, so it has both advantages and disadvantages. Commuting to City Center is bit time taking while its advantage is that it is away from the din & bustle of crowded Santiniketan.

Reviewed Dec 28, 2024The property is located in a quiet place, little far from the hustles and bustles of the city. Rooms were spacious, and well-organized with nice, tasteful interior decor. Our room came with the view of a pool, garden and nature around. The hospitality and behavior of the staff was excellent. The complimentary breakfast buffet and welcome drinks were really good.
I think dining service can be further improved by incorporating thali system and more budget friendly options in the menu list.

The club house contains facilities like state of the art gymnasium, games room and an infinity pool overlooking the lush green lawns of the property. Best property and value for money stay in Bolpur.
