Reviewed Sep 7, 2026The airport staff had a difficult time understanding English so they constantly had to use their phones to translate any communication that we had with them. Meantime, the breakfast was well organized because it had both hot and cold items with a wide range of selections to choose from. It was also very filling and tasty. Finally, the shuttle was very convenient since it was able to pick-up and drop-off passengers according to the schedule.
I didn't get a whole lot of sleep due to jet lag so maybe having some light snacks or crackers with milk sticks in the lobby or room would be helpful.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the hotel for allowing us to check in early and enjoy breakfast upon arrival at 8:00 AM. We had a 19hour layover in Shanghai, and the hotel was incredibly helpful in accommodating our needs throughout the day before our early connecting flight that same day. The complimentary shuttle service back to the airport was also very convenient. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service!

Probably the inconvenience part is they don't have a restaurant for lunch and dinner. In some instances you don't have to look for a safe place to eat out of the hotel.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026I like the 24/7 shuttle service. It arrived on time and everything was fairly smooth from the airport up to check-in. I like the breakfast spread. I think it was greater than what we paid for. Breakfast cannot be removed anyway so make sure to take advantage of this. Great plus for the courteous staff!
There was some last minute misunderstanding in the shuttle bus going to Disney park. We were carrying our luggage since we will check-in Toy Story hotel. However, the driver almost didn’t allow us to ride the bus with our luggage for a couple of times. The hotel concierge helped us and we were able to ride the shuttle. Other than the bus, we booked Didi.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Замечательный отель, если вы не планируете выезд в город и он нужен вам только для пересадки, чтобы быть поблизости от аэропорта. Здесь все очень хорошо: и размер номера, и размер кровати, и чистота, и удобства, сам отель новый, завтрак был вкусный. Трансфер максимально удобный и при этом бесплатный. Автобусы ходят один раз в час и от отеля и от аэропорта, опознать их можно по названию отеля, который размещён на корпусе. Отель заботливо присылает вам подробную информацию о том, как найти остановку автобуса в терминалах аэропорта. Все это очень удобно.
Выезд в город из отеля затруднен, он как бы находится в некоторой инфраструктурной изоляции от Шанхая, а в аэропорт ходит только тот регулярный автобус, о котором писалось выше. Несколько грубым показался персонал, который встречал меня. Но утром в период завтрака была милейшая хостес, она была приветливой.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Hotel sme využili druhýkrát pri dlhším prestupe. Dostali sme izbu hneď ako sme prišli o 9:00. Personál na recepcii vedel po anglicky čo sme veľmi ocenili. Check in bol veľmi rýchly a izba pohodlná. Taktiež v okoli sa nachádza ulica s reštauráciami a KFC kde sme sa boli najest.

Faster check-in: Guest arrived from airport at midnight in batches should be checked-in faster. I think it took up to an hour to clear the batch. We were second in line also waited for 15 mins to get our room.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Mali sme objednanú izbu pri niekoľkohodinovom prestupe v Šanghaji. Prišli sme o 7 ráno na hotel, mohli sme si dať raňajky a o 8 nám už dali izbu, v co som dúfala, potrebovali sme si oddýchnuť na 5 hodín a ísť ďalej na letisko a akurát to vyšlo na taký čas že nám spravili skorší check in. Transfer bol presný, premával každú hodinu. Počkali sme na letisku na danom mieste ktoré bolo na fotkách, čo nám dosť pomohlo ho nájsť, cesta na hotel trvala asi 15-20 minút. Naspäť sme nahlásili hodinu o ktorej chceme ísť naspäť na letisko a autobus bol pripravený. Všetko bolo v poriadku, využijeme o pár dni, keď budeme cestovať zase naspäť a mat dlhšie prestup v Šanghaji.

Reviewed May 5, 2026The staff was great. They helped us to manage a problem with attention. Special mention to staff number 5, 6 and 26 that take care of us. The price is correct and the room very large and specially designed for children.
The only point is the shuttle bus at the airport passing only one time for hours, so you have to be lucky at your arrival. Anyway the service is very useful and free!

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026Necesitaba un hotel mínimamente cercano al aeropuerto y en teoría este lo estaba. Disponen de un autobús que te lleva y te recoge en el aeropuerto. El desayuno está bien y también hay variedades occidentales.
Desde el aeropuerto se tarda casi media hora en llegar. Primeramente me dieron una habitación al lado del ascensor, solicité cambiarla y al momento me dieron otra. El olor a cañerías era muy desagradable, también llegaba todo el olor de la cocina. Lo peor fue el ruido de las habitaciones contiguas, familias enteras gritando hasta pasada la medianoche, a las cuatro de la mañana se levantaron y siguieron dando gritos, a las siete el personal de limpieza dando voces, imposible descansar, aparte del ruido de la calle y del tráfico. Evidentemente es un hotel modesto con habitaciones muy económicas, pero acabé tan agotada que no me volvería a quedar aquí.

В номере чисто, кровати удобные, есть всё необходимое, зубные щётки можно взять на ресепшене. Хорошие завтраки, не слишком разнообразные, но вкусные. Утром мы переселялись в отель недалеко от центра города, и нам на ресепшене вызвали такси до метро.

The bed was quite comfortable as well! The highlight was the staff which packed us the breakfast to go since we were going to take the shuttle back to the airport pretty early in the morning. I highly recommend it!
There’s only one shuttle per hour. If you lose or if it’s crowded your wait will be long! It could run at least once every 30min.

Está bastante lejos de las zonas más turísticas, pero es perfecto para ir a Disney o para una estancia cerca del aeropuerto. Reviewed Mar 25, 2026Hotel was close to the airport. They offer a free shuttle to and from airport, as well as free shuttle to Shanghai Disneyland. Comes with free breakfast that was delicious and had a good selection. Rooms were large and spacious. Also close to a large outlet shopping mall as well as a few shops and restaurants nearby.
Nothing really to complain about.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026Een gezellig hotelletje, en het ontbijt was goed: er was veel keuze, en het personeel was erg vriendelijk. De kamers waren comfortabel. Transfer was ook goed.
Het is jammer dat er binnen een straal van vier kilometer van dit hotel geen pinautomaat is.( ATM )

Reviewed Jan 30, 2026Это лучший отель в районе аэропорта Пудун, чтобы провести ночь на пересадке. Чисто, уютно, комфортно, свежайшее белье, удобная кровать. Зубные щётки можно взять на респешен. В номере вода и чай. Бесплатный шатл до аэропорта круглосуточно. Рядом магазинчики, массажные салоны, закусочные. При следующей пересадке 100% остановлюсь тут.
