El sopar no està ni de lluny a l.alçada de l. Hotel. Els postres no poden ser pitjors,,totalment elaborats amb productes industrials de baixa qualitat. A més no tens opció de sopar fora degut a la ubicació .

The location, the unique "Swiss chalet" design, having some confort after days of trip in less luxurious conditions.

Super, super expensive for what it is! The room was far to hot, even with radiators off. They advised us to sleep with windows opened (it was February, in the mountains covered with snow). The phone for the reception didn't work, I had to walk to the reception for the different problems. Among which, the wifi was not functionning. We wanted to book a massage for two in advance by email, and they replied that we could do that upon arrival. At the front desk, we were told that we couldn't have a massage at the same time because only one masseur was available... Finally, they called another one. The indoor swimming pool doesn't have a view, it is in a completely dark, low ceiling room (my friend hurt his knee on the stairs in the dark). Massage was good but felt a little bit ambiguous (they tir up your paper underwear to strip you almost naked and go very very close to genitalia), surprising for such a hotel. The food is not on par with the targeted level of the hotel. We didn't have our aperitif in the bar, where a big tv screen was showing loud soccer games. Design is nice, but details in decoration are cheesy. And the staff is not trained enough. Etc. Etc. If you are in despair for a warm, cosy and expensive getaway, that's the place. But don't expect the 5-star experience that the tarif of this hotel is promising.

The location is amazing, great views from the room, and the dinner was incredible.

Our bathroom had a bit of smell (I guess from the pipes).

The hotel is great! Super nice, perfect location and the building is amazing. All made of wood and stone. Super nice, super cozy! The room was also perfect. Exactly as described in booking.com. Pool, bar and restaurant were also super nice.

At check-out I was charged extra. The difference was clearly explained by the man at the front desk as the booking.com commission to the hotel. The employee even showed the printout of what they were being charged by booking.com, and even said that it was my problem if the amount printed in my reservation was different to what he was charging. Unbelievable! I rejected payment and told them to trigger the card via booking directly, to which he reacted with unpleasant manners. Finally after a call with someone (not understandable for me because it was in Arabic) he agreed to charge me the correct amount. The whole check-out was an absolute contrast to everything else during our stay. A real pity.

Beautiful location halfway between Chefchaouen and Merzouga; wonderful setting and natural surrounds in ±2000m above sea level; main building and rooms have a look of a log cabin or alpine chalet; beautiful spa and pool area

Staff was friendly and professional although the reception staff when we checked in wasn't that courteous or friendly. The lady who started the night shift at the reception was very professional and friendly. Food is ok to good - this hotel was just a stopover for us before we started for the desert camp. The staff who served us dinner and breakfast was polite and always had a smile on his face. Rooms are good size and have everything you'll need. The location is the best - river and mountain views are breathtaking.

Wonderful hotel right opposite to the Aguelmame Sidi Ali lake. It's very peaceful and quiet. The hotel decor is beautiful, spacious lobby and dinning area. The room was very nice, had view of the lake. Service was good and food was excellent.

The hotel is expensive, provide 1 litre water, one coffee capsule, not enough for 2 persons. They charge a hefty amount for anything extra if you ask for.

My stay was absolutely delightful. The staff's warm hospitality, exquisite food, and the sheer beauty of the rooms and surroundings made my visit truly unforgettable. Thank you for creating such a remarkable experience!

Stunning location, the room was comfortable. Jacuzzi in room was a lovely way to relax. Swimming pool never busy during our stay so often felt like we had the place to our selves. After the first massage we opted for another a great way to relax as a couple. The food was great and the service was unquestionably one of the best during our road trip across morocco. Great walks around the area too. Half Board was a good option for us as there is nothing for miles!

The hotel is located right by the lake, with no other houses around. Most peaceful place in Morocco I've visited. We were the only guests therefore we had the whole mountain and lake for ourselves. That's a treat. The hotel is brand new (with a history goes way back though), beautifully decorated, super clean and offers 100% comfort. Staffs are extremely friendly, attentive and informative, shared a lot of knowledge and information with us and in the mean time made us feel like home. We enjoyed every minute of our time being here and it was surely an unexpected highlight thoughout our whole moroccan trip. Though it's not right on the touristic route but totally worth it to make a short detour and spend one or two nights here.
