Housekeepi my exceptional, staff very friendly, pool its always clean, rooms are comfortable, very safe, perfect to stay in for vacations and have the beach super close.

Me tocó en el tercer piso y era subir escaleras, no tenía ascensor.

Ubicación, limpieza excelente y comodidad de las camas. El personal es muy amable.

Alguna noche venía ruido de los locales de la calle lateral, con tapones se podía soportar. Pero el alojamiento es un 10, es lo único malo.

En general muy bien, limpio, cómodo, mobiliario bien, excelente ubicación.

Que no tiene estacionamiento y hay que pagar parking.

Absolutamente todo … las personas que trabajan ahí muy amables , respetuosos , súper carismáticos! El servicio del cuarto , gracias a LUZ muy ordenada y considerada por que nos hospedamos con un niño. El recepcionista David nos ayudó a encontrar los tours , nos daba consejos de dónde ir a conocer etc etc ..😊, muy disponible y amable. Hotel muy rústico con piscina donde relajarse cuando se queda uno en el hotel.

Abbiamo letteralmente dormito per tutto il periodo della vacanza con le formiche che ci camminavano in testa e per il corpo,abbiamo fatto notare più volte che dovevano pulire approfonditamente la camera e cambiare regolarmente le lenzuola ma questo non è avvenuto.

Posizione e grandezza della camera

L’emplacement : dans le centre à 2 pas des resto, boutiques…. et à à peine 5mn à pieds de la plage. Hôtel Ok , piscine appréciable Ils prêtent des serviettes pour la piscine et la plage On nous a permis de laisser nos bagages à l’accueil et de profiter de la piscine après le Check out et jusqu’à notre départ pour l’aéroport en fin d’après-midi. Très appréciable !

Un peu moins chouette que sur les photos. Besoin d’un peu de rafraîchissement. Une certaine humidité / moiteur dans la chambre (draps…) Assez bruyant : travaux juste à côté en journée et la musique des bars à côté le soir et nuit. Ok ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel mais le couloir qui dessert les chambres est ouvert sur la rue et les postes de chambre ne sont absolument pas hermétiques ni insonorisantes . On a super mal dormi !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le cadre très végétalisé, tout en gardant un emplacement en plein centre ville. La chambre était très spacieuse et confortable.

Nous n’avons pas eu de wifi et des enjeux avec l’eau chaude qui se sont rapidement réglés. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue à côté d’un bar donc prévoir des boules quies.

La ubicación es excelente, pero por su cercanía a la 5ª Avenida hay mucho ruido hasta la madrugada, se compensa con la comodidad de las camas. La limpieza muy bien.

El desayuno creo que puede mejorar.

Un petit hôtel charmant, très bien situé, avec un accueil attentionné et une piscine agréable, parfait pour profiter de Playa del Carmen.

La chambre était malheureusement très bruyante en raison de la boîte de nuit voisine et d’une insonorisation insuffisante. Ce qui a rendu le sommeil difficile.

Que no tiene ascensor, aunque te ayudan a subir las maletas. Que el desayuno es muy básico, no llega al aprobado. Que la playa tiene sargazo, un desastre.

Le meilleur hôtel qu'on a fait durant notre road trip. On y est revenus tellement l'accueil est bon, les chambres sont confortables, la piscine est incroyable pour les enfants, il fait très propre et il est vraiment bien situé dans le centre mais loin du bruit. Un décor exceptionnel dans la chambre pour l'anniversaire de notre fils ! Quelle belle surprise ! Merci

Det är ett mycket prisvärt och härligt mexikanskt hotell som alltid är välkomnande. 2:a gången som jag bor här och fortsätter vara mitt favoritställe.

The room was spacious, clean, and great value for money. The hotel is close to plenty of restaurants and shops, and the grounds are very green and lovely.

We found the breakfast a bit expensive.

I liked this hotel because it was small and cozy.

The only thing I was disappointed in was the construction going on at an adjacent building. I didn’t notice the first two days because it was a weekend but the workers were at it on weekdays.

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la 5ta avenida pero suficientemente alejado para que no te moleste el ruido. Y el personal es muy profesional y muy amable.

Por decir algo, señalaría que la decoración de las habitaciones podría ser más bonita.

La limpieza y la ubicación.

Hubo un huésped agresivo, que en la madrugada, a gritos y golpes, intentó abrir mi puerta y también la puerta del balcón. Tuve que hablar a recepción para que lo quitaran y pasó la misma situación por la mañana. Ojalá mejorarán la seguridad de las habitaciones, el seguro de la perilla no es suficiente ante estas situaciones de riesgo.

Wir waren jetzt 2 mal im Riviera del sol.Die Zimmer sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal immer mit einem Lächeln.Der Strand in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar..Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit dort und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Rien. La direction de l’établissement est déplorable.

Tout est axé sur l’argent. Je n’ai jamais vu un personnel aussi incompétent. Ils ne répondent pas aux messages. Ils se fichent complètement de vos demandes. Et pire ils sont malhonnêtes. Ils ne remboursement pas vos nuits alors qu’ils les revendent derrière. Honteux.

Prévoir de payer le parking dans la rue 10pesos par heure Piscine petite et fraîche car peu d'exposition soleil Étant à proximité de la rue piétonne où il y a beaucoup d'animation, vous entendez le bruit dans les chambres, mais quand vous êtes fatigué, vous arrivez à dormir. La clim était bloquée en mode ventilation max et pas de gestion d'orientation ( je pense propre qu'à notre chambre) donc à vérifier à votre arrivée.

L'hôtel est bien situé, à quelques pas de la 5e avenue. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Le décor très joli. Le personnel de l'établissement est très courtois et serviable.

Nous avons tout apprécié et reviendrons sûrement.

L emplacement est parfait, puisque l hôtel est en plein centre ville mais un peu à l écart du bruit.Très facile de se garer devant l hôtel. Les chambres sont grandes avec des lits king size.

No complaints

This was an ideal location for 5th Avenue - close enough for an easy walk but without the noise. We booked two rooms, both slightly different in style but both very nice. It was very easy to park outside, but nearby roadworks had blocked one of the roads, which may have helped. I would certainly consider staying here again the next time we're in Playa. We found the reception staff very helpful.

Schönes Hotel nur eine Straße von der 5ta Avenida und 2 Straßen vom Strand entfernt. Hilfsbereites Personal und saubere Zimmer. Schöner kleiner Außen- und Pool-Bereich.

Das Frühstück war gut aber etwas überteuert im Vergleich zu anderen Frühstücksangeboten. Es war nur ein Kaffee beim Frühstück inclusive.

Cet hôtel est très sympa avec un joli cadre verdoyant et piscine où on peut chiller sur les transats. Proximité avec la plage, la célèbre 5eme avenue et la Calle 38.

Un peu bruyant surtout les week-ends, pensez aux boules quies. Le petit déjeuner compris est très simple. Si vous souhaitez des choses en plus, il faut régler 5USD

Uns hat das Hotel insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Die Anlage ist wirklich hübsch und sehr grün, gepflegt und insgesamt eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Unser Zimmer war groß und sauber, und das Personal war immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders gut fanden wir auch die Lage: sehr zentral und nur wenige Minuten vom schönen Playa Mamitas entfernt.

Etwas weniger gut hat uns gefallen, dass es teilweise recht laut war. Mit Ohrstöpseln war das aber völlig in Ordnung, und wir hatten uns darauf auch eingestellt. Außerdem hat die Klospülung in unserem Zimmer öfter nicht richtig funktioniert.

The hotel was in a great location, comfy beds, and tidy.

The noise, OMG the noise. Now I know it's not the hotels fault, and besides construction techniques like sound proofing, there's not much they can do. There are a couple of clubs close by that bang out great music all night. Its that loud, you feel it. And I mean till 8.00am in the morning. And there's construction right next door. The corridor on the second floor which my room was on was above the taxi rank so when the music wasn't banging you could hear the happy taxi drivers laughing and yelling to each other. It was a nice hotel, unfortunately this has to written to give other readers the information from my experience. Oh and no safety lock on the doors. And, no flushing of T.P.

Servicio y ubicacion

Location molto accogliente, pulita e con spazi ben curati. Bella l'idea dello spazio comune con divani, libri, scacchi.. La posizione vicinissima al centro e al mare. Stanza ben tenuta e molto pulita. Personale molto gentile ed efficiente anche in situazioni critiche. Una struttura molto bella e suggestiva, ma con aspetti assolutamente migliorabili.

La colazione era ripetitiva e abbastanza scarsa (frutta, pane burro e marmellata, latte caffè) qualsiasi cosa richiesta in più era a pagamento (acqua compresa). Visto il prezzo mi sarei aspettata di più. Piscina molto fredda e con manutenzione migliorabile.
