The hotel was lovely, really good location, the room was the perfect size as we needed a cot in our room. The only thing was the air con was a little hit and miss but not a huge issue for us.

Colazione continentale con tante scelte tra dolce salato, caldo freddo, e il maître attento alle tue esigenze. Vista sul lago per la colazione, per la cena e la piscina all aperto meravigliosa! Letto King dove abbiamo dormito benissimo.
Non erano fornite le pantofole o ciabatte per piscina. Non c era stendino nell aria fuori la stanza privata per stendere asciugamani e costumi bagnati. Tappi per orecchie non forniti per le stanze più vicine alla strada per i rumori.

Zimmer was wir hatten für die Ausstattung viel zu teuer. Rezeption überlastet. Poolanlage für so viele Gäste zu klein. Zu unser Reisezeit kein Hotel für Erwachsene die Ruhe haben möchten.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Die Lage ist absolut perfekt um Limone zu erkunden. Besonders praktisch ist der Parkplatz auf dem Gelände des Hotels, sofern Sie mit dem Auto anreisen. Wir hatten ein scheinbar frisch renovierten Zimmer mit Blick auf den Gardasee, ein absoluter Traum!
Das Frühstück geht etwas hektisch vor, aber die Auswahl ist absolut okay!

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Mi è piaciuto il comfort della camera, che era ampia e con un buon materasso. Mi è piaciuta anche la parte del centro benessere e il bar con terrazza vista lago. Buffet della colazione abbastanza vario. Bottiglia di benvenuto in camera.
La cosa che mi è piaciuta meno è che la stanza che ci hanno assegnato era a 200 m dal corpo centrale dell'hotel, su una ripida salita, in una sorta di residence a parte, pertanto lontano da tutti i servizi dell'hotel. Non era indicato da nessuna parte che ci fosse questa possibilità ed era veramente scomodo percorrere questa distanza, impossibile con dei tacchi o con eventuali problemi motori. Credo che comunicarlo sarebbe stato doveroso. Inoltre, la camera era stata preparata con i due letti singoli malgrado fossimo una coppia, problema che in realtà è stato risolto unendo i due letti. La piscina esterna era molto caotica e i lettini erano tutti ammassati attorno. la cena era fino alle 21.30 ma arrivando dopo le 20.00 erano già finite alcune cose e prima delle 21 i tavoli erano già tutti sparecchiati. Il menù era molto stile internazionale, del genere di tutto un po' senza grande qualità.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Das Hotel hat eine zentral zur Altstadt gelegen Lage, die fußläufig in 5 min erreichbar war. Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Parkanlage, welche sehr gepflegt ist. Das Zimmer war immer sauber. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war überragend gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.
Das Bad war sehr klein. Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Die Lage ist sehr zentral und schön mit dem Ausblick auf den See. Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel. Das Personal ist super nett und zuvorkommend.
Das Hotel selbst ist super und wir können keine Kritik üben. Was etwas störend war, waren viele Familien mit kleinen Kindern, die im Speisesaal und am Pool etwas viel Lautstärke erzeugt haben.

Leider gab es den 16 Uhr Kaffee nicht mehr. Sehr schade. Wir hatten uns darauf schon gefreut. War eine schöne Atmosphäre.

Haus ist etwas verwinkelt, aufgrund Umbau. Man findet sich aber zurecht.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Die Lage mit Blick auf den Gardasee ist einzigartig. Die Terrasse lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool ist sehr groß und nicht überfüllt - trotz ausgebuchtem Hotel. Ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Essen im Hotel und am Pool ist ebenfalls spitze. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und auch sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder ;-)

WiFi was not good. WiFi lost connection all the time and sometimes didn’t work at all. I didn’t like the checkout time 10.00 a clock. We couldn’t even stay a bit longer for couple of hours just to be around the pool and to have our car in the garage without paying extra 70 euro for two adults. 70 euro with 2-3 hours extra is too much.
